Abstract
一种背光模组、显示模组及显示设备。背光模组包括:具有容置空间的背板(10)、位于所述背板(10)的容置空间内的导光板(11)、LED灯组(12)和激光器(20),其中,所述LED灯组(12)位于导光板(11)的入光侧,所述激光器(20)位于导光板(11)的与入光侧相邻的非入光侧,并且发射的激光(21)穿过导光板(11)入光侧的边缘部分,所述激光器(20)发射的激光(21)的颜色与LED灯组(12)的LED发出的光线(13)的颜色相匹配。在导光板(11)与入光侧相邻的非入光侧设置有激光器(20),并且激光器(20)发射的激光(21)穿过导光板(11)入光侧的边缘部分。采用这样的设计,可以使背光模组入光侧的亮度在激光(21)的照射下趋于均匀,从而有效改善了背光模组的灯影现象,提升了显示设备的画面品质。
Description
本申请要求在2015年12月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为201521036559.6、发明名称为“一种背光模组、显示模组及显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请实施例涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种背光模组、显示模组及显示设备。
目前,液晶显示设备的背光模组普遍采用LED(light-emitting diode,发光二极管,简称LED)作为光源,根据光源的分布位置,背光模组可分为直下式和侧入式两种。侧入式背光模组中,LED灯条位于导光板的侧端,该类背光模组主要应用于笔记本、掌上电脑以及手机等小尺寸显示设备,随着LED相关技术的不断进步,侧入式背光模组同样也开始应用于较大尺寸的显示设备,为用户带来更好的视觉感受。
侧入式背光模组的结构主要包括:具有容置空间的背板;位于背板的容置空间内顺序放置的反射片、导光板和光学膜片;位于背板的容置空间内且位于导光板入光侧的LED灯组;以及位于光学膜片上方且与背板连接的胶框。其中,背板10、导光板11以及LED灯组12的结构如图1所示。
现有技术中,由于LED灯组12的LED的发光角度所限,如图1所示,在每个LED正对的区域光线比较强,因此在LED正对的区域会形成亮度比较大的明带A1,在相邻两个LED之间的间隙正对的区域会形成亮度比较小的暗带A2,由此形成的明暗相间的现象,称为灯影。灯影的存在使得显示设备的显示画面品质较差。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种背光模组、显示模组及显示设备,以改善背光模组的灯影现象,进而提升显示设备的画面品质。
本申请实施例提供了一种背光模组,包括具有容置空间的背板、位于所述背板的容置空间内的导光板、LED灯组和激光器,其中,所述LED灯组位于导光板的入光侧,所述激光器位于导光板的与入光侧相邻的非入光侧,并且发射的激光穿过导光板入光侧的边缘部分,所述激光器发射的激光颜色与LED灯组的LED发出的光线颜色相匹配。
优选的,所述激光器为两个,分别位于导光板的与入光侧相邻的两个非入光侧,并且两个激光器射出的激光相对。
具体的,所述激光器通过双面胶带粘贴在背板的侧壁或底壁上。
优选的,所述LED灯组的LED为白光LED,所述激光器为白光激光器。
更优的,所述激光器为亮度可调节激光器。
本申请实施例提供的背光模组,在导光板与入光侧相邻的非入光侧设置有激光器,并且激光器发射的激光穿过导光板入光侧的边缘部分,采用这样的设计,可以使背光模组入光侧的亮度在激光的照射下趋于均匀,从而有效改善了背光模组的灯影现象,提升了显示设备的画面品质。
本申请实施例提供了一种显示模组,包括上述任一技术方案所述的背光模组。该显示模组的背光模组入光侧光线较为均匀,入光侧的画面品质较高,因此,显示模组的显示效果较好。
本申请实施例提供了一种显示设备,包括上述技术方案所述的显示模组。该显示设备的画面品质较高,显示效果较好。
可选的,所述显示设备包括液晶电视机、液晶显示器或者手机显示屏。
为了更清楚地说明本申请实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作一简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图是本申请的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图2所示,本申请实施例提供的背光模组,包括具有容置空间的背板10、位于背板10的容置空间内的导光板11、LED灯组12和激光器20,其中,LED灯组12位于导光板11的入光侧,激光器20位于导光板的与入光侧相邻的非入光侧,并且发射的激光21穿过导光板入光侧的边缘部分,激光器发射的激光21的颜色与LED灯组的LED发出的光线13的颜色相匹配。
在本申请实施例中,导光板与入光侧相邻的非入光侧设置有激光器,并且激光器发射的激光穿过导光板入光侧的边缘部分,采用这样的设计,可以使背光模组入光侧的亮度在激光的照射下趋于均匀,从而有效改善了背光模组的灯影现象,提升了显示设备的画面品质。
在本申请实施例中,背光模组还包括设置于背板的容置空间内的反射片以及光学膜片,其中,导光板设置于反射片之上,光学膜片设置于导光板之上。
其中,LED灯组的LED发出光线的具体颜色不限,激光器发出激光的具体颜色也不限,值得注意的是,激光器发射的激光颜色要与LED灯组的LED发出的光线颜色相匹配。
具体的,LED可以为白光LED,激光器可以为白光激光器。激光器可
以发射出均匀的白光,使入光侧的光线较为均匀。
更优的,激光器为亮度可调节激光器。当激光器为亮度可调节激光器时,可以通过调节激光器发射激光的亮度,使入光侧边缘亮度的均匀性达到最佳,从而提升背光模组的画面品质。此外,激光器的具体固定位置不限,例如可以将激光器固定在背板的侧壁或者背板的底壁等位置;激光器固定在背板内的具体方式也不限,例如可以通过双面胶带将激光器固定在背板内。
在本申请的一个优选实施例中,如图2所示,背光模组具有两个激光器20,分别位于导光板的与入光侧相邻的两个非入光侧,并且两个激光器发射的激光21相对。
在该优选实施例中,导光板的与入光侧相邻的两个非入光侧均设置有激光器,并且两个激光器发射的激光相对,这样可以使背光模组入光侧的光线更加均匀,进而背光模组的画面品质更高,显示设备的显示画面效果更好。
本申请实施例提供了一种显示模组,包括上述任一项技术方案所述的背光模组。该显示模组的背光模组入光侧光线较为均匀,背光模组的画面品质较高,因此,显示模组的显示效果较好。
本申请实施例提供了一种显示设备,包括上述技术方案所述的显示模组。该显示设备的画面品质较高,显示效果较好。
在本申请实施例中,显示设备的具体类型不限,例如可以为液晶电视机、液晶显示器或者手机显示屏等等。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (8)
- 一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括具有容置空间的背板、位于所述背板的容置空间内的导光板、LED灯组和激光器,其中,所述LED灯组位于导光板的入光侧,所述激光器位于导光板的与入光侧相邻的非入光侧,并且发射的激光穿过导光板入光侧的边缘部分,所述激光器发射的激光颜色与LED灯组的LED发出的光线颜色相匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述激光器为两个,分别位于导光板的与入光侧相邻的两个非入光侧,并且两个激光器发射的激光相对。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述激光器通过双面胶带粘贴在背板的侧壁或底壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述LED灯组的LED为白光LED,所述激光器为白光激光器。
- 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述激光器为亮度可调节激光器。
- 一种显示模组,其特征在于,包括液晶面板和如权利要求1~5任一项所述的背光模组。
- 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6所述的显示模组。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述显示设备包括液晶电视机、液晶显示器或者手机显示屏。
