背景技术
移动终端技术的发展使得高分辨率的屏幕和高像素的照相机已经成为了必备。
显示屏像素的提高将产生更大的数据量,进而要求用来传输数据的MIPI(Mobile Industry Processor Interface,移动产业处理器接口)总线的工作频率越来越高,其工作时就不可避免的会产生高次谐波,其中一些高次谐波就会落在射频通信频带范围内,从而被移动终端自身的天线接收到,最终导致天线的接收灵敏度降低,严重时甚至会影响到移动终端的正常通话。
现有的解决方法是:在电路设计中加入高频滤波电路(通常是共模扼流圈),通过高频滤波电路将高次谐波过滤掉。但是,本申请的发明人在研究中发现:高频滤波电路的衰减越大,对高次滤波的过滤效果越好,但同时也对MIPI信号的波形影响越大,导致MIPI信号的质量不合格;高频滤波电路的衰减越小,对MIPI信号的波形影响越小,但同时对高次滤波的过滤效果也就越差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种抗显示屏MIPI总线的高次谐波干扰的方法、装置及移动终端,在抗MIPI总线上的高次谐波干扰的前提下,还可以保证MIPI信号的质量不受影响。

可选地,确定所述移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系包括:针对所述移动终端可使用的任意一个射频通信频段,为所述显示屏MIPI总线设置第一工作频率;根据所述第一工作频率确定所述显示屏MIPI总线产生的高次谐波的频率;如果所述高次谐波的频率没有落在所述任意一个射频通信频段范围内,将所述第一工作频率作为与所述任意一个射频通信频段对应的安全频率。
可选地,针对同一个射频通信频段,确定一个或至少两个安全频率。
可选地,所述根据所述第一工作频率确定所述显示屏MIPI总线产生的高次谐波的频率包括:计算所述显示屏MIPI总线的工作频率的1/4分频频率或1/12分频频率;以及计算所述分频频率的倍频频率并作为所述显示屏MIPI总线产生的高次谐波的频率。
可选地,所述检测当前网络使用的射频通信频段包括:识别移动终端当前使用的网络类型;以及根据所述网络类型确定所述移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段。
可选地,所述的网络类型包括:GSM850,GSM900,WI-FI2.4G,GPS,3G,4G。
根据本申请的第二方面,提供一种抗显示屏MIPI总线高次谐波干扰的 装置,包括:检测单元,用于检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段;查询单元,用于根据移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系查找与移动终端当前的射频通信频段对应的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率,其中,所述显示屏MIPI总线以所述安全频率工作时所产生的高次谐波不会落在对应的所述射频通信频段范围内;设置单元,用于将显示屏MIPI总线的当前工作频率设置为查找到的所述显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率。
可选地,所述检测单元包括:识别模块,用于识别移动终端当前的网络类型;确定模块,用于根据所述网络类型确定所述射频通信频段。
可选地,所述的网络类型包括:GSM850,GSM900,WI-FI2.4G,GPS,3G,4G。
根据本申请的第三方面,提供一种移动终端,包括存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器,用于存储所述移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系,其中,所述显示屏MIPI总线以所述安全频率工作时所产生的高次谐波不会落在对应的所述射频通信频段范围内;
所述处理器,用于检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段,根据所述存储器存储的所述对应关系查找与所述移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段对应的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率,将显示屏MIPI总线的当前工作频率调整为查找到的所述显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率。
本申请实施例提供的一种抗高次谐波干扰的方法,在移动终端中预存有所述移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系,其中,所述显示屏MIPI总线以所述安全频率工作时所产生的高次谐波不会落在对应的所述射频通信频段范围内,所述方法包括:检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段;根据所述对应关系查找与移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段对应的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率;将显示屏MIPI总线的当前工作频率设置为查找到的所述显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率。进一步地,针对移动终端可使用的任意网络射频通信频段,设置一个显示屏MIPI总线的工作频率,以获得该网络射频通信频段的安全频率。在移动终端使用 时,将显示屏MIPI总线的工作频率设置为查找到的安全频率,从源头避免显示屏MIPI总线的频率的谐波干扰发生。

下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
图1是现有技术的移动终端使用MIPI接口的结构示意图。在图1中,分别示出了移动终端的基带芯片100、显示器驱动芯片101、照相机驱动芯 片102。在移动终端启动时,基带芯片100从静态存储区域中读取各个芯片的配置,根据芯片配置分别启动显示器驱动芯片101、照相机驱动芯片102。
其中,基带芯片100和显示器驱动芯片101通过MIPI协议的DSI(Display Serial Interface,显示串行接口)通信,基带芯片100和照相机驱动芯片102通过CSI(Camera Serial Interface,摄像串行接口)通信。DSI定义了一个位于处理器和显示模组之间的高速串行接口,CSI定义了一个位于处理器和摄像模组之间的高速串行接口。
基带芯片100和显示器驱动芯片101的通信可能会对移动终端当前使用的射频网络的通信频段造成干扰。表格1-1列出了移动终端使用的射频网络的部分通信频段。

移动终端通信时,显示屏MIPI总线的工作频率产生的高次谐波如果落入上述频段之内,则可能被天线接收,造成移动终端通信不良。
由此,如图2所述,本申请实施例在现有技术的基础上提供一种抗显示屏MIPI总线的高次谐波干扰的方法,包括步骤201-步骤203。
在步骤201中,检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段。移动终端的存储器内存储有网络类型和通信频段的二维关系表,如表格1-1所示。在一个优选的实施例中,根据移动终端所使用的射频网络类型,可以获得移动终端的通信频段,例如,移动通信终端使用GSM900频段进行通信,其接收频率的范围为925.2MHz-959.8MHz。
在步骤202中,根据对应关系查找与移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段对应的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率。在移动终端中的存储器中预存有所述移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应 关系,其中,显示屏MIPI总线以安全频率工作时所产生的高次谐波不会落在对应的所述射频通信频段范围内。在本步骤中,根据步骤202中获得移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段,从关系表中获取一个对应的安全频率。
在步骤203中,将显示屏MIPI总线的当前工作频率设置为查找到的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率。
在一个可选的实施例中,如图3所示,确定网络射频通信频段和显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率包括步骤301-步骤304。
在步骤301中,针对所述移动终端可使用的一个射频通信频段,为显示屏MIPI总线设置第一工作频率。例如移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段为925.2MHz-959.8MHz,为移动终端的显示屏MIPI总线设置第一工作频率为800MHz,800MHz是工程师根据设计经验设置的值。
在步骤302中,根据第一工作频率确定显示屏MIPI总线产生的高次谐波的频率。通过高次谐波的测试装置,测试接收到显示屏MIPI总线产生的高次谐波的频率。
在一个可选的实施例中,通过计算显示屏MIPI总线的工作频率的1/4分频频率或1/12分频频率,然后计算分频频率的倍频频率并作为显示屏MIPI总线产生的高次谐波的频率。
基带芯片和显示屏驱动芯片的DSI接口定义1个时钟Lane(通道)和1-4个数据Lane(通道)传输数据。具体使用1/4分频或1/12分频计算由显示屏MIPI总线的通道数目(lane)确定。MIPI线路上的RGB(Red、Green、Blue,红、绿、蓝)信号并行传输,当MIPI线路数为2组时,相同颜色分量(R或G或B)每3个时钟周期出现一次重复;当MIPI线路数为3组时,相同颜色分量(R或G或B)每1个时钟周期出现一次重复;当MIPI线路数为4组时,相同颜色分量(R或G或B)每3个时钟周期出现一次重复,以此类推。每个时钟周期内可以传输2个颜色分量数据,每个颜色分量数据包含8个字节,所以当颜色分量数据每3个时钟周期重复一次时,MIPI干扰间隔=MIPI频率*2/(8*3)=MIPI频率/12;当颜色分量数据每1个时钟周期重复一次时,MIPI干扰间隔=MIPI频率*2/(8*1)=MIPI频率/4。所以,MIPI线路为2组时,MIPI干扰间隔是MIPI频率的1/12分频;MIPI线路为3组时, MIPI干扰间隔是MIPI频率的1/4分频;MIPI线路为4组时,MIPI干扰间隔是MIPI频率的1/12分频,以此类推。
在步骤303中,判断高次谐波的频率是否落在当前使用的射频通信频段范围内。如果没有高次谐波的频率没有落在当前射频通信频段范围内,执行步骤304。
在步骤304中,将第一工作频率作为与当前使用的射频通信频段对应的安全频率。
和图2所示的抗显示屏MIPI总线的高次谐波干扰的方法的流程图相对应,本申请实施例提供一种抗显示屏MIPI总线的高次谐波干扰的装置,如图4和图5所示。
图4是本申请实施例的抗显示屏MIPI总线的高次谐波干扰的装置与显示屏驱动芯片的连接示意图。在图4中,抗高次谐波干扰的装置4032获取射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系,根据对应关系获得一个显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率,通过显示屏驱动芯片4033将当前显示屏MIPI总线的工作频率设置为安全频率。
图5是本申请实施例的抗显示屏MIPI总线的高次谐波干扰的装置的结构图。上述装置包括检测单元501、查询单元502和设置单元503。
检测单元501检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段。
查询单元502与检测单元501连接,从检测单元501获取移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段,根据射频通信频段从移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系查找与移动终端当前的射频通信频段对应的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率,其中,所述显示屏MIPI总线以所述安全频率工作时所产生的高次谐波不会落在对应的所述射频通信频段范围内。
设置单元503将显示屏MIPI总线的当前工作频率设置为查询单元502查找到的MIPI总线的安全频率。
可选地,检测单元501包括:识别模块,用于识别移动终端当前的网络类型;确定模块,用于根据所述网络类型确定所述射频通信频段。上述网络 类型包括:GSM850,GSM900,WI-FI2.4G,GPS,3G,4G。
本申请实施例提供的一种抗高次谐波干扰的方法,在移动终端中预存有所述移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系,其中,所述显示屏MIPI总线以所述安全频率工作时所产生的高次谐波不会落在对应的所述射频通信频段范围内,所述方法包括:检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段;根据所述对应关系查找与移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段对应的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率;将显示屏MIPI总线的当前工作频率设置为查找到的所述显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率。进一步地,针对移动终端可使用的任意网络射频通信频段,确定该网络射频通信频段的安全频率,在移动终端使用时,将显示屏MIPI总线的工作频率设置为查找到的安全频率,从源头避免显示屏MIPI总线的高次谐波的干扰发生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抗显示屏MIPI总线高次谐波干扰的方法,其特征在于,在移动终端中预存有所述移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系,其中,所述显示屏MIPI总线以所述安全频率工作时所产生的高次谐波不会落在对应的所述射频通信频段范围内,所述方法包括:
    检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段;
    根据所述对应关系查找与移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段对应的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率;
    将显示屏MIPI总线的当前工作频率设置为查找到的所述显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,确定所述移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系包括:
    针对所述移动终端可使用的任意一个射频通信频段,为所述显示屏MIPI总线设置第一工作频率;
    根据所述第一工作频率确定所述显示屏MIPI总线产生的高次谐波的频率;
    如果所述高次谐波的频率没有落在所述任意一个射频通信频段范围内,将所述第一工作频率作为与所述任意一个射频通信频段对应的安全频率。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,针对同一个射频通信频段,确定一个或至少两个安全频率。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一工作频率确定所述显示屏MIPI总线产生的高次谐波的频率包括:
    计算所述显示屏MIPI总线的工作频率的1/4分频频率或1/12分频频率;以及
    计算所述分频频率的倍频频率并作为所述显示屏MIPI总线产生的高次谐波的频率。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段包括:
    识别移动终端当前使用的网络类型;以及
    根据所述网络类型确定所述移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的网络类型包括:GSM850,GSM900,WI-FI2.4G,GPS,3G,4G。
  7. 一种抗显示屏MIPI总线高次谐波干扰的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测单元,用于检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段;
    查询单元,用于根据移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系查找与移动终端当前的射频通信频段对应的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率,其中,所述显示屏MIPI总线以所述安全频率工作时所产生的高次谐波不会落在对应的所述射频通信频段范围内;
    设置单元,用于将显示屏MIPI总线的当前工作频率设置为查找到的所述显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测单元包括:
    识别模块,用于识别当前网络的网络类型;
    确定模块,用于根据所述网络类型确定所述射频通信频段。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述的网络类型包括:GSM850,GSM900,WI-FI2.4G,GPS,3G,4G。
  10. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,
    包括存储器和处理器,其中,
    所述存储器,用于存储所述移动终端可使用的射频通信频段与显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率之间的对应关系,其中,所述显示屏MIPI总线以所述安全频率工作时所产生的高次谐波不会落在对应的所述射频通信频段范围内;
    所述处理器,用于检测移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段,根据所述存储器存储的所述对应关系查找与所述移动终端当前使用的射频通信频段对 应的显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率,将显示屏MIPI总线的当前工作频率调整为查找到的所述显示屏MIPI总线的安全频率。
