在本实施例中,所述大拇指放置位134设置在所述手握部130的第一端131的端部,所述大拇指放置位134包括第一大拇指放置位136和第二大拇指放置位137,所述第一大拇指放置位136和第二大拇指放置位137分别位于所述第一端131的两侧。设置两个大拇指放置位,即第一大拇指放置位和第二大拇指放置位就能够方便使用者的左手大拇指和右手大拇指放置,以便使用者的两个手进行轮换按摩。当然,本实施例仅设置一个大拇指放置位也是可以的。
在本实施例中,用于控制所述手部按摩器的开关124设置在所述第一端131的端部。电路板123安装固定在手握部130的第一端131位置,并将开关安装固定在第一端131的端部,由于大拇指放置位134设置在第一端131的端部,从而当大拇指放置在大拇指放置位134时就方便通过大拇指来控制开关124,方便使用者使用。而且把可把振动产生机构中的驱动电机与电路板并排设置,这样就可以把电路板和驱动电机都设置在手握部内,从而使得壳体的内部结构紧
凑,以便把手握部设置成适合使用者的手的大小,方便使用者拿握时进行按摩。
在本实施例中,所述振动产生机构120通过导线连接有USB插头。
具体是,电路板通过导线160连接有USB插头,所述第一端131的端部设置有导线孔,所述导线160通过所述导线孔穿过所述第一端131的端部;所述手握部130包括与所述第一端131相对的第二端132和位于所述第一端和第二端之间的侧面133,所述子槽135设置在所述侧面133上;所述第一端设置有开关孔,所述导线孔位于所述开关孔和子槽之间。USB插头与电脑的USB接口插接配合为手部按摩器供电,对于一些经常坐在电脑面前的上班的人来说,需要经常打字,手部僵硬,通过该手部按摩器经常对手部进行按摩使得手放松。而且把导线孔设置在开关孔和子槽之间防止穿过导线孔的导线影响到使用者用大拇指控制开关,方便使用者使用。
在本实施例中,第二端132设置成弧形结构,以便拿握,且防止有棱角。需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员而言,第二端132也是可以设置有大拇指放置位的。
其中,所述手握部外表面设置多个凸点。在振动产生机构工作时产生振动作用于手握部位置,使用者把手握在手握部上,在手握部外表面设置的多个凸点增加手握部对使用者的手的按摩舒适度,使得按摩效果更佳。
具体的,所述手握部130外表面设置有软质材料的垫片150,所述凸点152设置在所述垫片150上。软质材料的垫片具有伸缩性能,增加按摩舒适度。所述垫片150上设置有卡扣151,所述手握部130设置有与所述卡扣151卡配的卡孔113。卡孔113和卡扣151实现卡接,方便固定连接和拆卸。当然,在手握部上设置卡扣,在垫片上设置卡孔相互卡配也是可以的。需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员而言,采用其他方式将垫片安装固定在壳体上也是可以的,比如采用胶水粘合固定,使用螺丝将垫片固定在壳体上也是可以的。而本实施例采用卡接固定方便安装和拆卸。
在本实施例中,所述垫片150为两个,分别设置在所述子槽135的两侧。
这样设置更加方便使用者用手拿握此手握部。
其中,壳体110上设置有用于放置垫片150的凹槽,凹槽适合垫片150的大小和厚度设置,这样将垫片放置在凹槽内使得垫片的凸点152位于壳体表面外,以便使用者拿握,且通过凸点还可以对拿握的位置进行按摩。
如图4所示为振动产生机构和第二壳配合的示意图,第二壳和第一壳在手握部的相对应的位置形成用于放置振动产生机构的空间。本实施例的第二壳和第一壳通过螺丝螺接固定,这样方便安装和拆卸,当然,也可以采用其他方式固定,比如采用卡接固定。
具体的,所述第二壳设置有螺丝孔柱116,所述电路板123设置有用于避让所述螺丝孔柱的避让孔,对应的,第一壳设置有与所述螺丝孔柱配合的并通过所述螺丝螺接的螺丝孔。
其中,第一壳112设置有第一固定柱114,第二壳设置有第二固定柱115,第二固定柱115设置有用于放置第二固定柱114的插槽,当第二壳和第一壳安装固定时,先将滚轮140套接在第二固定柱115上,再将第一固定柱114插入到第二固定柱115上的插槽内,这样就方便滚轮140依第二固定柱115为轴进行转动。滚轮140设置有用于放置第二固定柱115的轴孔141,轴孔141适合第二固定柱115大小设置,从而使得滚轮转动更加顺畅。而且第一固定柱插入到第二固定柱内这样就增加了第二固定柱的强度,防止因滚轮受压过大而损坏第二固定柱。
其中,滚轮140的滚动面上设置有多个均布的凹陷142。滚轮在转动时,通过凹陷142实现按摩的功能的效果更佳。
其中,驱动电机121和电路板123并排固定在所述手握部内。偏心轮122安装到驱动电机的输出轴上后,驱动电机121、偏心轮122及电路板123三者并排设置,且驱动电机121位于电路板123和偏心轮122之间。这样就使得手握部的内部器件安装紧凑。本实施例所述电路板通过螺丝安装固定在所述手握部内,螺丝安装固定牢固,且方便安装和拆卸。当然,采用其他方式安装固定也
是可以的,比如卡接固定。
在本实施例中,子槽为包括四个孔,四个孔分别对应适合使用者除去大拇指外的另外四个手指,以便使用者拿握。当然,本实施例也可以将子槽设置成一个槽形结构或一个孔形结构。然而,本实施例设置四个槽形结构的也是可以的。对于本领域技术人员而言,设置两个孔,每个孔分别放置两个手指也是可以的。以及设置三个孔,其中一个放置两个手指也是可以的。

Claims (10)
- 一种手部按摩器,包括壳体和固定在壳体内的振动产生机构,其特征在于,所述壳体包括手握部,所述振动产生机构设置在所述手握部内。
- 如权利要求1所述的手部按摩器,其特征在于,所述手握部包括用于放置手指的手指放置槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的手部按摩器,其特征在于,所述手握部包括用于放置大拇指的大拇指放置位和用于放置其他四个手指的子槽。
- 如权利要求3所述的手部按摩器,其特征在于,所述大拇指放置位设置在所述手握部的第一端的端部,所述大拇指放置位包括第一大拇指放置位和第二大拇指放置位,所述第一大拇指放置位和第二大拇指放置位分别位于所述第一端的两侧。
- 如权利要求4所述的手部按摩器,其特征在于,用于控制所述手部按摩器的开关设置在所述第一端的端部。
- 如权利要求5所述的手部按摩器,其特征在于,所述振动产生机构通过导线连接有USB插头,所述第一端的端部设置有导线孔,所述导线通过所述导线孔穿过所述第一端的端部;所述手握部包括与所述第一端相对的第二端和位于所述第一端和第二端之间的侧面,所述子槽设置在所述侧面上;所述第一端设置有开关孔,所述导线孔位于所述开关孔和子槽之间。
- 如权利要求1-6任一所述的手部按摩器,其特征在于,所述手握部外表面设置多个凸点。
- 如权利要求7所述的手部按摩器,其特征在于,所述手握部外表面设置有软质材料的垫片,所述凸点设置在所述垫片上。
- 如权利要求8所述的手部按摩器,其特征在于,所述垫片上设置有卡扣,所述手握部设置有与所述卡扣卡配的卡孔。
- 如权利要求3所述的手部按摩器,其特征在于,所述手握部外表面设 置有软质材料的垫片,所述垫片上设置有多个凸点,所述手握部包括第一端、与所述第一端相对的第二端和位于所述第一端和第二端之间的侧面,所述子槽设置在所述侧面上,所述大拇指放置位设置在所述第一端的端部;所述垫片为两个,分别设置在所述子槽的两侧。
