Description
DESCRIPTION
HOEING MACHINE RUNNING ON SOLAR ENERGY THE RELATED ART
The invention relates to hoeing machines used in the field of agricultural machinery in hoeing and digging in small scale gardens, fields, and lands.
The invention, particularly relates to providing the energy required for operating said hoeing machines from solar energy, instead of fossil fuels.
THE PRIOR ART
Agricultural lands require cultivation, or in or in other words hoeing for the purpose of clearing unwanted weeds, ventilating the soil, and thus obtaining fertile products. Hoeing operation had been done by manpower until technological products and related systems were developed. With the developing technology hoeing machines are manufactured, which allow easier and quicker cultivation of soil.
In the prior art, hoeing machines are available which run on fossil fuel, gasoline, diesel, and electricity. The prior art applications run on gasoline, diesel fuels, and electrical energy. During operation of the hoeing machines that run on gasoline and diesel fuel, the wastes of combusted fossil fuels mix into soil and thus pollute the soil. This pollution directly affects the agricultural product grown in soil and makes the agricultural land infertile. On the other hand, hoeing machines that run on electrical energy are not preferred, since their fuel consumption is too high.
Since the prior art hoeing machines run on gasoline, diesel, and electricity are heavy, they cause deeper digging operations, which leads to the possibility of cutting roots of trees. Moreover, the use and manoeuvrability of the prior art machines may be limited.
Another disadvantage of the hoeing machines used in the prior art is not being able to replace blunt special blades, since the cutting special blades are integrated to the special designed rotating table. As a result, either the part of the soil that corresponds to the blunt blade isn't cultivated properly or the special designed rotating table containing the special blades is required to be replaced completely.
In the patent research made about the prior art, a utility model document with No. 2010/00588, entitled: "A suspension embodiment for preventing shocks on a hoeing machine" relates to "A hoeing machine making use of motor power for moving trailers or using the same as a vehicle and mechanisms that prevent shocks and vibrations when the hoeing machine pulls the trailer, and it comprises a suspension mechanism positioned between the wheel axle connection and hoeing motor gearbox in order to prevent breaking, bumps, and vibrations on the hoeing machine that pull the trailer and the connection areas thereof in bumpy and rough roads."
The above mentioned machine according to the invention also runs on fossil fuel. The above said drawbacks and the inadequacy of the prior art solutions about the subject have necessitated an improvement in the related technical field.
PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a hoeing machine, which meets the above said requirements, eliminates all of the drawbacks, and brings some additional advantages.
The main purpose of the invention is to run hoeing machines on solar energy so as to produce an environmentally friendly hoeing machine by preventing the pollutant gas emission from hoeing machines that run on fossil fuels.
The purpose of the invention is to produce the cutting special blades that cultivate the soil in a modular manner, independent of the special designed rotating table, so that when any of the special blades are required to be replaced, the malfunctioning blade can be replaced locally without interfering with the other special blades.
Another purpose of the invention is to produce the special designed rotating table, on which the cutting special blades are mounted, of a strong polymer plastic material, so that prevent it from rusting and ensure that it has high strength against impacts.
Another purpose of the invention is to allow performing machine, seeding, when desired, by means of mounting a seed spreading and plug mechanism thereon.
Another purpose of the invention is to ensure operation without shaking the user during hoeing by means of absorbing the vibrations via the suspension system.
Another purpose of the invention is to allow digging depth is adjustable.
Another purpose of the invention is to allow the hoeing machine to use solar energy during operation as well as storing solar energy in a battery when not in use. The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all of its advantages shall be understood better with the figures and the detailed description given below in reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made by taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.
