目前,数字电视获得频道列表的信息都是从传输流TS(Tansport
Stream)里获取的,每获取一个频道都要重新锁定对应的频点,设置对应调谐器的参数,等待调谐器锁定后,这要等待很长时间,且会根据信号的强弱等待不同的时间,解调器再去解出对应的TS流给主芯片,主芯片再去解复用DEMUX,获取对应的频道列表数据,获取一个新的频道列表一般至少需要5分钟以上。这种获取频道列表的方式需要的时间长。

本发明的主要目的在于提出一种显示频道列表的方法和系统,旨在实现快速获得数字电视的频道列表信息。

获得模块,用于获得频道列表的获取请求;

显示模块,用于接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表。

接收单元,用于接收所述条件接收模块发送的预置地址参数;
获得单元,用于根据所述地址参数获得访问地址;
发送单元,用于根据服务器地址将所述请求发送所述服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据。

第一接收单元,用于接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据;

本发明通过接收获取频道列表的请求;根据条件接收模块中预置地址参数将所述请求发送至服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据;接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表。通过上述方式,本发明先将频道列表数据存储在服务器中,能够从服务器快速获得频道列表数据,相对现有技术中从TS流中获得数据的方式,需要的时间短,获得过程简单,方便用户合理安排观看时间,提高了用户体验。

本发明提供一种获得频道列表的方法。
参照图1,图1为本发明获得频道列表的方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本实施例中,该获得频道列表的方法包括:
步骤S10,获得频道列表的获取请求;
本发明主要应用于数字一体机中,具体实施中本领域技术人员也可以根据本发明核心思想应用于机顶盒中。以数字一体机为例进行说明,用于机顶盒进行类似处理。在用户插电开机使用时,所述数字一体机自动产生获取频道列表的请求,或者在开机使用的数字一体机中插入条件接收模块时,即插入CAM(Conditional
Access
Module)卡时,所述数字一体机自动产生获取频道列表的请求,从而获得获取频道列表的请求,当然还可以根据用户触发的查看频道列表的命令,获得获取频道列表的请求。
具体实施中还可以在所述CAM卡通电使用时,所述CAM卡产生获取频道列表的命令,发送至所述数字一体机。具体地,所述CAM卡通过通用接口发送至所述数字一体机。
步骤S20,获取条件接收模块中预置地址参数,根据所述预置地址参数将所述请求发送至服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据;
其中,预先在所述服务器中存储有所有的频道的数据,即频道列表数据,当然所述服务器实时或定时从网络上获取数字电视的频道数据,并存储实时或定时从网络上获取数字电视的频道数据。
在获得获取所述频道列表的请求后,本实施例中所述数字一体机从插入所述数字一体机中的CAM卡中读取预置的服务器IP参数,具体实施中也可以是所述CAM卡将预置的服务器IP参数发送所述数字一体机,具体地,所述CAM卡将预置的服务器IP参数通过通用接口发送所述数字一体机。
所述数字一体机根据所述服务器IP参数获得所述服务器的IP,通过所述服务器的IP将所述请求发送至所述服务器,所述服务器根据获取频道列表的请求将预先保存的频道列表数据发送给所述数字一体机。
步骤S30,接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表。
接收所述服务器发送的所述频道列表数据,根据所述频道列表数据进行对应的解析,从而获得所述判断列表。在本实施例中,通过本发明方法获得频道列表的时间大概为2秒,而现有技术中通过TS流获得频道列表的时间根据信号的强弱,所需时间大概为5分钟。获得频道列表后,根据用户显示命令,显示所述判断列表,用户可以在查看所述频道列表后进行换频道、选频道等正常处理。
本发明通过接收频道列表的获取请求;获取条件接收模块CAM卡中预置IP参数,根据所述预置IP参数将所述请求发送至服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据;接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表。通过上述方式,本发明先将频道列表数据存储在服务器中,能够从服务器快速获得频道列表数据,相对现有技术中从TS流中获得数据的方式,需要的时间短,获得过程简单,方便用户合理安排观看时间。提高了用户体验。
参照图2,图2为本发明实施例中获取条件接收模块中预置地址参数,根据所述预置地址参数将所述请求发送至服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据的一种流程示意图。
基于本发明获得频道列表的方法第一实施例,步骤S20可以包括:
步骤S21,接收所述条件接收模块发送的预置IP参数;
本实施中,在所述CAM卡插入所述数字一体机中,通电开始使用时,所述CAM卡自动产生获取频道列表的请求或者接收所述数字一体机产生的或获取频道列表的请求,然后所述CAM卡将预置在CAM卡中服务器IP参数发送给所述数字一体机,具体地所述CAM卡将预置在CAM卡中服务器IP参数通过通用接口发送给所述数字一体机,所述数字一体机接收所述CAM卡发送的IP参数。
步骤S22,根据所述地址参数获得所述服务器的地址;
所述数字一体接收到所述CAM卡发送的服务器的IP参数时,对所述IP参数进行对应的处理,获得所述服务器IP。
步骤S23,根据所述服务器的地址将所述请求发送所述服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据。
所述数字一体机根据在步骤S22获得的所述服务器的IP,将获取频道列表的请求发送所述服务器,所述服务器接收到所述数字一体发送的所述请求,将预置在所述服务器的频道列表数据反馈给所述数字一体机。
本实施例中数字一体机是一个大众化的产品,不同厂商生产的数字一体机有差异,本实施例中通过CAM卡预置服务器IP参数,数字一体机获得所述CAM卡发送的服务器IP参数时,从服务器获得频道列表数据,接收到服务器发送的频道列表数据时,再返回CAM卡进行处理,从而获得频道列表,这样就实现了数字一体机获得频道列表的功能。
参照图3,图3为本发明实施例中接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表的一种流程示意图。
基于本发明获得频道列表的方法第一实施例,步骤S30可以包括:
步骤S31,接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据;
步骤S32,将所述频道列表数据发送至所述条件接收模块,以使得所述条件接收模块对所述频道列表数据进行对应处理;
所述数字一体机接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,然后将接收到的频道列表数据发送至所述CAM卡,所述CAM卡接收所述数字一体机发送的频道列表数据,并进行对应的处理,具体地,对所述频道列表数据行解密处理。具体实施中也可以在所述数字一体机接收到所述频道列表数据时,不发送给所述CAM卡进行处理,将CAM卡解密的功能集成在所述数字一体机中。
步骤S33,接收所述条件接收模块发送的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间。
本实施例中在所述CAM卡对所述频道列表数据处理完后,接收所述CAM卡发送的处理完的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间,具体地,保存至缓存空间FLASH。
进一步地,对所述CAM卡发送的频道列表数据进行校正,获得校正后的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间。
在所述数字一体机获得所述CAM卡发送的频道列表数据时,对所述频道列表数据进行校正,确定接收到的频道列表数据正确后,将所述频道列表数据保存至缓存空间。
参照图4,图4为本发明实施例中接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,获得所述频道列表的另一种流程示意图。
基于本发明获得频道列表的方法第三实施例,步骤S30还可以包括:
步骤S34,接收用户触发的查看频道列表的请求;
在用户想查看频道列表时,用户可以通过遥控器触发控制所述数字一体机进入频道列表菜单的请求,所述数字一体机接收用户触发的查看频道列表的请求。具体地,用户通过遥控器触发查看频道列表的请求,数字一体机的应用软件APK接收所述请求,然后向电视管理模块TV
Manager传输获取频道列表数据的请求。
步骤S35,从所述存储空间中调取频道列表数据;
在接收到用户触发的查看频道列表的请求时,从所述存储空间中调取频道列表数据。具体地,TV
Manager根据所述请求从缓存空间FLASH调取频道列表数据,然后将调取频道列表数据返回给APK。
步骤S36,按预置规则显示所述频道列表。
根据步骤S35调取的频道列表数据,所述数字一体机按着预置规则显示所述频道列表,具体地,所述数字一体的APK按频道、时间等规则显示频道列表。
本发明进一步提供一种获得频道列表的系统。
参照图5,图5为本发明获得频道列表的系统第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在本实施例中,该获得频道列表的系统包括:
获得模块10,用于获得频道列表的获取请求。
本发明主要应用于数字一体机中,具体实施中本领域技术人员也可以根据本发明核心思想应用于机顶盒中。以数字一体机为例进行说明,用于机顶盒进行类似处理。在用户插电开机使用时,所述数字一体机自动产生获取频道列表的请求,或者在开机使用的数字一体机中插入条件接收模块时,即插入CAM(Conditional
Access
Module)卡时,所述数字一体机自动产生获取频道列表的请求,从而获得获取频道列表的请求,当然还可以根据用户触发的查看频道列表的命令,获得获取频道列表的请求。
具体实施中还可以在所述CAM卡通电使用时,所述CAM卡产生获取频道列表的命令,发送至所述数字一体机。具体地,所述CAM卡通过通用接口发送至所述数字一体机。
发送模块20,用于获取条件接收模块条件接收模块中预置地址参数,根据所述预置地址参数将所述请求发送至服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据。
其中,预先在所述服务器中存储有所有的频道的数据,即频道列表数据,当然所述服务器实时或定时从网络上获取数字电视的频道数据,并存储实时或定时从网络上获取数字电视的频道数据。
在获得获取所述频道列表的请求后,本实施例中所述数字一体机从插入所述数字一体机中的CAM卡中读取预置的服务器IP参数,具体实施中也可以是所述CAM卡将预置的服务器IP参数发送所述数字一体机,具体地,所述CAM卡将预置的服务器IP参数通过通用接口发送所述数字一体机。
所述数字一体机根据所述服务器IP参数获得所述服务器的IP,通过所述服务器的IP将所述请求发送至所述服务器,所述服务器根据获取频道列表的请求将预先保存的频道列表数据发送给所述数字一体机。
显示模块30,用于接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表。
接收所述服务器发送的所述频道列表数据,根据所述频道列表数据进行对应的解析,从而获得所述判断列表。在本实施例中,通过本发明方法获得频道列表的时间大概为2秒,而现有技术中通过TS流获得频道列表的时间根据信号的强弱,所需时间大概为5分钟。获得频道列表后,根据用户显示命令,显示所述判断列表,用户可以在查看所述频道列表后进行换频道、选频道等正常处理。

本实施中,在所述CAM卡插入所述数字一体机中,通电开始使用时,所述CAM卡自动产生获取频道列表的请求或者接收所述数字一体机产生的或获取频道列表的请求,然后所述CAM卡将预置在CAM卡中服务器IP参数发送给所述数字一体机,具体地所述CAM卡将预置在CAM卡中服务器IP参数通过通用接口发送给所述数字一体机,所述数字一体机接收所述CAM卡发送的IP参数。
获得单元22,用于根据所述地址参数获得访问地址。
所述数字一体接收到所述CAM卡发送的服务器的IP参数时,对所述IP参数进行对应的处理,获得所述服务器IP。
发送单元23,用于根据服务器地址将所述请求发送所述服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据。
所述数字一体机根据在步骤S22获得的所述服务器的IP,将获取频道列表的请求发送所述服务器,所述服务器接收到所述数字一体发送的所述请求,将预置在所述服务器的频道列表数据反馈给所述数字一体机。

所述数字一体机接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,然后将接收到的频道列表数据发送至所述CAM卡,所述CAM卡接收所述数字一体机发送的频道列表数据,并进行对应的处理,具体地,对所述频道列表数据行解密处理。具体实施中也可以在所述数字一体机接收到所述频道列表数据时,不发送给所述CAM卡进行处理,将CAM卡解密的功能集成在所述数字一体机中。
保存单元33,用于接收所述条件接收模块发送的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间。
本实施例中在所述CAM卡对所述频道列表数据处理完后,接收所述CAM卡发送的处理完的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间,具体地,保存至缓存空间FLASH。
进一步地,保存单元33还用于对所述CAM卡发送的频道列表数据进行校正,获得校正后的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间。
在所述数字一体机获得所述CAM卡发送的频道列表数据时,对所述频道列表数据进行校正,确定接收到的频道列表数据正确后,将所述频道列表数据保存至缓存空间。
参照图8,图8为本发明实施例中显示模块的另一种功能模块示意图。
基于本发明获得频道列表的系统第三实施例,所述显示模块30还包括:
第二接收单元34,用于接收用户触发的查看频道列表的请求。
在用户想查看频道列表时,用户可以通过遥控器触发控制所述数字一体机进入频道列表菜单的请求,所述数字一体机接收用户触发的查看频道列表的请求。具体地,用户通过遥控器触发查看频道列表的请求,数字一体机的应用软件APK接收所述请求,然后向电视管理模块TV
Manager传输获取频道列表数据的请求。
调取单元35,用于从所述存储空间中调取频道列表数据。
在接收到用户触发的查看频道列表的请求时,从所述存储空间中调取频道列表数据。具体地,TV
Manager根据所述请求从缓存空间FLASH调取频道列表数据,然后将调取频道列表数据返回给APK。
显示单元36,用于按预置规则显示所述频道列表。
根据调取模块50调取的频道列表数据,所述数字一体机按着预置规则显示所述频道列表,具体地,所述数字一体的APK按频道、时间等规则显示频道列表。

- 一种显示频道列表的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:获得频道列表的获取请求;接收所述条件接收模块发送的预置地址参数;根据所述地址参数获得所述服务器的地址;根据所述服务器的地址将所述请求发送所述服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据;接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表,其中,所述接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表的步骤包括:接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据;将所述频道列表数据发送至所述条件接收模块,以使得所述条件接收模块对所述频道列表数据进行对应处理;接收所述条件接收模块发送的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述条件接收模块发送的频道列表数据,并保存的步骤包括:对所述条件接收模块发送的频道列表数据进行校正,获得校正后的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表的步骤还包括:接收用户触发的查看频道列表的请求;从所述存储空间中调取频道列表数据;按预置规则显示所述频道列表。
- 一种显示频道列表的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:获得频道列表的获取请求;获取条件接收模块中预置地址参数,根据所述预置地址参数将所述请求发送至服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据;接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表。
- 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取条件接收模块中预置地址参数,根据所述预置地址参数将所述请求发送至服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据的步骤包括:接收所述条件接收模块发送的预置地址参数;根据所述地址参数获得所述服务器的地址;根据所述服务器的地址将所述请求发送所述服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据。
- 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表的步骤包括:接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据;将所述频道列表数据发送至所述条件接收模块,以使得所述条件接收模块对所述频道列表数据进行对应处理;接收所述条件接收模块发送的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间。
- 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述条件接收模块发送的频道列表数据,并保存的步骤包括:对所述条件接收模块发送的频道列表数据进行校正,获得校正后的频道列表数据,并保存至存储空间。
- 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表的步骤还包括:接收用户触发的查看频道列表的请求;从所述存储空间中调取频道列表数据;按预置规则显示所述频道列表。
- 一种获得频道列表的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:获得模块,用于获得频道列表的获取请求;发送模块,用于获取条件接收模块条件接收模块中预置地址参数,根据所述预置地址参数将所述请求发送至服务器,以使得所述服务器根据所述请求反馈所述频道列表的数据;显示模块,用于接收所述服务器反馈的频道列表数据,显示所述频道列表。
