Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于扬声器的后盖以及扬声器。该后盖包括后盖本体,其一边设有第一连接部;以及,连接组件,其设有相互连接的第一表面和第二表面;由第一表面延伸并弯曲,以形成触点;触点设有导体;第一表面还设有连接孔;第二表面设有限位装置和第二连接部,限位装置的横截面为"C"字形;连接组件通过第二连接部与后盖本体的第一连接部连接。该触点用于扬声器与外界的导通;该连接孔用于扬声器的固定或者用于扬声器与其他元器件的导通;该限位装置用于线缆的固定。由于采用分体式设计,该后盖结构简单,制造方便,成品率高。该扬声器具有集成度高,安装方便,适用广泛的特点。
Description
本发明涉及声能转换技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种用于扬声器的后盖以及扬声器。
扬声器(SPK)作为手机的一个部件,其结构设计要求不断提高。在模组局部位置经常需要同多种结构相配合,以实现多种功能。例如,针对SPK中的冲压件,有时需从局部引出多种结构,如触电式导通、线缆(Cable)固定、螺丝固定等,但受限于冲压原材、冲压工艺和电镀等因素,单个钢片无法实现这些复杂的结构。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有多种功能的用于扬声器的后盖的新技术方案。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种用于扬声器的后盖。该后盖包括:
后盖本体,其一边设有第一连接部;以及,
连接组件,其设有相互连接的第一表面和第二表面;
由所述第一表面延伸并弯曲,以形成触点;所述触点设有导体;所述第一表面还设有连接孔;
所述第二表面设有限位装置和第二连接部,所述限位装置的横截面为“C”字形;所述连接组件通过所述第二连接部与所述后盖本体的第一连接部连接。
优选地,所述第一表面与所述第二表面垂直。
优选地,所述导体通过电镀或者化学镀的方式设于所述触点。
优选地,所述导体的材质为金、锡或者镍中的一种。
优选地,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部之间的连接方式为焊接、铆接或者弹性接触连接。
优选地,所述连接方式为弹性接触连接;
由所述第二连接部的相对的两侧弯曲并延伸,以形成“U”字形结构;
所述第一连接部设有相对的第一外壁和第二外壁,所述第一外壁与所述第二外壁的之间距离大于所述“U”字形结构的两条边之间的距离;
所述“U”字形结构的两条边夹在所述第一外壁与所述第二外壁的外侧,形成设定的夹紧力,以使连接稳固。
优选地,所述连接组件的材质为金属。
优选地,所述后盖本体的厚度为0.15-0.2mm。
优选地,所述后盖本体和/或所述连接组件为冲压成型。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种扬声器。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种扬声器。该扬声器包括本发明提供的所述后盖。
本发明提供的用于扬声器的后盖,设有后盖本体和与后盖本体相连接的连接组件。后盖本体与连接组件分别单独制造,再进行连接。该连接组件包括设有导体的触点、连接孔以及限位结构。该触点用于扬声器与外界的导通;该连接孔用于扬声器的固定或者用于扬声器与其他元器件的导通;该限位装置用于线缆的固定。由于采用分体式设计,该后盖结构简单,制造方便,成品率高,该后盖集多种功能于一体。该扬声器具有集成度高,安装方便,适用广泛的特点。
本发明的发明人发现,在现有技术中,扬声器的后盖结构单一,适用性低。因此,本发明所要实现的技术任务或者所要解决的技术问题是本领域技术人员从未想到的或者没有预期到的,故本发明是一种新的技术方案。
通过以下参照附图对本发明的示例性实施例的详细描述,本发明的其它特征及其优点将会变得清楚。

本发明提供了一种用于扬声器的后盖。参照图1-3,该后盖包括:后盖本体1和连接组件2。其中,后盖本体1的一边设有第一连接部101。第一连接部101一般是由后盖本体1的一边向外延伸而成。为使加工方便并节省空间,在本发明的一种实施方式中,参照图3,后盖本体1的一边向外延伸并向下弯折成直角形成第一连接部101。这样,第一连接部101位
于扬声器的侧面,连接组件2设于侧边,节省了高度方向的空间,适于待安装设备轻薄化的要求。当然,弯折的角度可以根据需要进行选择,而不限于直角。第一连接部101也可以单独制作,然后连接到后盖本体1上,本发明对此不做限定。
通常情况下,后盖本体1单独制造。后盖本体1为片状,其材质为金属。优选的实施方式是,后盖为不锈钢材质。考虑到长期使用时,不锈钢也会生锈,更加优选的方式是,在后盖的表面镀一层镍金属,以延长后盖的使用寿命。后盖的厚度为0.15-0.2mm。当然,后盖的形状和材质可以根据需要进行选择,只要满足强度要求以及耐用性要求即可,本发明对此不做限定。
使用时,参照图5,后盖安装到中盖3的一侧。后盖的平整度以及加工的尺寸应具有设定的加工精度,以保证其安装到中盖3上后密封性良好。为了确保平整度以及尺寸的加工精度,在本发明的一种实施方式中,后盖本体1采用冲压成型的方式,将不锈钢片一体冲压成型。后盖与中盖3的连接方式可以为卡接,即在中盖3的侧壁的内侧设有卡槽,安装时,将后盖的边缘嵌入卡槽即可。当然,根据需要,连接方式也可以采用其他方式,如粘接等。
参照图2,连接组件2设有相互连接的第一表面和第二表面。连接组件2的材质采用金属,优选的实施方式为,连接组件2为不锈钢、铜合金或者铝合金。当然,根据需要,连接组件2也可以采用其他材质,如塑料、塑胶或者硅胶等。为了使加工方便并节省空间,在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,第一表面与第二表面垂直,连接组件2采用冲压成型工艺加工而成。当然,根据需要,第一表面与第二表面可以呈设定角度,本发明对此不做限定。第二表面设有第二安装部,连接组件2通过第二连接部203与后盖本体1的第一连接部101连接。第一连接部101与第二连接部203之间的连接方式为焊接、铆接或者弹性接触连接。
为使连接更加稳固,参照图4,在发明的一种实施方式中,连接方式为弹性接触连接。由第二连接部203的相对的两侧弯曲并延伸,以形成“U”字形结构。“U”字形结构的开口可以是水平或者竖直,也可以成其他角度。
第一连接部101设有相对的第一外壁和第二外壁,第一外壁与第二外壁的之间距离大于“U”字形结构的两条边之间的距离。为了加工方便,第一连接部101为矩形,该矩形相对的两条边为第一外壁和第二外壁。“U”字形结构的两条边夹在第一外壁与第二外壁的外侧,形成设定的夹紧力,以使连接稳固。当然,第一连接部101的也可以为柱形,或者其他形状,只要具有相对设置的第一外壁和第二外壁,并且第一外壁与第二外壁的之间距离大于“U”字形结构的两条边之间的距离,以使“U”字形结构的两条边能夹住第一外壁与第二外壁的外侧即可,本发明对此不做限定。
可选择地,在发明的另一种实施方式中,连接方式为弹性接触连接。由第一连接部101的相对的两侧弯曲并延伸,以形成“U”字形结构。同样地,“U”字形结构的开口可以是水平或者竖直,也可以成其他角度。第二连接部203设有相对的第一外壁和第二外壁,第一外壁与第二外壁的之间距离大于“U”字形结构的两条边之间的距离。为了加工方便,第二连接部203为矩形,该矩形相对的两条边为第一外壁和第二外壁。“U”字形结构的两条边夹在第一外壁与第二外壁的外侧,形成设定的夹紧力,以使连接稳固。当然,第二连接部203的也可以为柱形,或者其他形状,只要具有相对设置的第一外壁和第二外壁,并且第一外壁与第二外壁的之间距离大于“U”字形结构的两条边之间的距离,以使“U”字形结构的两条边能夹住第一外壁与第二外壁的外侧即可,本发明对此不做限定。
进一步地,第二表面还设有限位装置204。该装置用于固定多股线缆206的位置,以防止待安装设备使用过程中,线缆206任意移动,造成绝缘皮划破或者造成其他元件松动,而损坏设备。为了加工简单和使用方便,参照图3,在本发明中,限位装置204的横截面为“C”字形。使用时,线缆206从“C”字形限位装置204的开口处放入,依次放入多股线缆206。该装置可以有效地固定多股线缆206的位置。为了避免线缆206安装时开口处划伤线缆206的绝缘皮,开口处的边缘弯折180°,使开口处与线缆206接触的地方变平滑,以免造成划伤。
更进一步地,参照图2,连接组件还设有触点,第一表面延伸并弯曲,以形成触点201,弯曲的方向可以根据需要进行设计。该触点201可以用
于扬声器与其他元器件的电连接,为了保证电连接的可靠性,触点201设有导体。连接时,线圈的导线与外界的导线在触点201处连接,可以采用锡焊的方式将待连接的导线焊接到触点201上,由于触点201上导体的存在可以有效地实现电连接。当然,连接方式不限于焊接,也可以采用其他方式,如接触式电连接,只要能保证电连接的有效性和稳定性即可,本发明对此不做限定。
为保证导体与触点201接触面积大且连接牢固,在本发明的一种实施方式中,导体通过电镀或者化学镀的方式设于触点201。分体式的设置方式还可以避免电镀或者化学镀时,污染后盖本体1。导体的材质为材质为金、锡或者镍中的一种。当然,导体也可以采用其他方式设于触点201,只要该连接方式能保证足够的连接稳定性即可,本发明对此不做限定。此外,导体的材质也可也为其他金属,只要能保证导电性能良好即可。
参照图2-3,为了便于扬声器与待安装设备的连接,如手机、平板电脑或者智能手表等待安装设备,第一表面还设有连接孔202。在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,连接孔202内设有内螺纹,连接孔202还安装有与内螺纹配合的螺钉205。安装时,将连接孔202与待安装设备的安装孔对准,连接孔202位于安装孔的下面;然后,把螺钉205穿过安装孔,再旋紧至连接孔202即可,安装十分方便。当然,连接孔202也可以不设置内螺纹,而采用螺栓连接的方式,将扬声器通过连接孔202安装到设定位置的安装孔中,本发明对此不做限定。
此外,连接孔202还可以具有电连接的功能,在本发明的又一种实施方式中,连接组件2的材质为铜合金或者铝合金。铜合金或者铝合金具有良好的导电性能。通过与外界导线的连接,可以实现扬声器内部电路与外界电路的电性导通。连接时,将连接组件2与扬声器内部电路的导线,如音圈的导线,与连接组件2相连接;然后,将外界电路的导线的电缆接线片,即线鼻子,或者馈电点的安装孔与连接孔202用螺钉205或者螺栓进行电连接,即可实现扬声器内部电路与外界电路的电性导通。连接十分方便。
为了加工制造方便,后盖本体1和/或连接组件2分别采用一体成型
的加工工艺,如,通过一块板材一体冲压成型。加工时,第一连接部101与第二连接部203的结构应当相互匹配,以便于连接。分别成型后,再将后盖本体1的第一连接部101与连接组件2的第二连接部203进行连接,即形成本发明提供的后盖。此外,冲压成型工艺可以根据需要制造出结构复杂的连接组件。加工十分方便,而且由于采用分体式制造,使得加工工序减少,加工难度降低,进而提高了成品率。
本发明提供的用于扬声器的后盖,设有后盖本体1和与后盖本体1相连接的连接组件2,该组件包括设有导体的触点201、连接孔202以及限位结构。该触点201用于扬声器与外界的导通;该连接孔202用于扬声器的固定或者用于扬声器与其他元器件的导通;该限位装置204用于线缆206的固定。由于采用分体式设计,该后盖结构简单,制造方便,成品率高。该后盖集多种功能于一体。
本发明还提供一种扬声器,参照图5,该扬声器包括:上盖4、中盖3、后盖以及磁路系统。后盖安装到中盖3的一侧,上盖4安装到中盖3的与后盖相对的另一侧。上盖4、中盖3和后盖相连接,内部形成容纳腔。容纳腔内安装有磁路组件5。该扬声器的后盖设有连接组件2,扬声器的内部线路通过触点201与外部线路实现电性连接。设有该扬声器的待安装设备的线缆206通过连接组件2的限位装置204进行限位。该扬声器通过连接孔202安装到待安装设备上。该扬声器具有集成度高,安装方便,适用广泛的特点。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于扬声器的后盖,其中,包括:后盖本体(1),其一边设有第一连接部(101);以及,连接组件(2),其设有相互连接的第一表面和第二表面;由所述第一表面延伸并弯曲,以形成触点(201);所述触点(201)设有导体;所述第一表面还设有连接孔(202);所述第二表面设有限位装置(204)和第二连接部(203),所述限位装置(204)的横截面为“C”字形;所述连接组件(2)通过所述第二连接部(203)与所述后盖本体(1)的第一连接部连接(101)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于扬声器的后盖,其中,所述第一表面与所述第二表面垂直。
- 根据权利要求1-2中的任意一项所述的用于扬声器的后盖,其中,所述导体通过电镀或者化学镀的方式设于所述触点(201)。
- 根据权利要求1-3中的任意一项所述的用于扬声器的后盖,其中,所述导体的材质为金、锡或者镍中的一种。
- 根据权利要求1-4中的任意一项所述的用于扬声器的后盖,其中,所述第一连接部(101)与所述第二连接部(203)之间的连接方式为焊接、铆接或者弹性接触连接。
- 根据权利要求1-5中的任意一项所述的用于扬声器的后盖,其中,所述连接方式为弹性接触连接;由所述第二连接部(203)的相对的两侧弯曲并延伸,以形成“U”字形结构;所述第一连接部(101)设有相对的第一外壁和第二外壁,所述第一外壁与所述第二外壁的之间距离大于所述“U”字形结构的两条边之间的距离;所述“U”字形结构的两条边夹在所述第一外壁与所述第二外壁的外侧,形成设定的夹紧力,以使连接稳固。
- 根据权利要求1-6中的任意一项所述的用于扬声器的后盖,其中,所述连接组件(2)的材质为金属。
- 根据权利要求1-7中的任意一项所述的用于扬声器的后盖,其中,所述后盖本体(1)的厚度为0.15-0.2mm。
- 根据权利要求1-8中的任意一项所述的用于扬声器的后盖,其中,所述后盖本体(1)和/或所述连接组件(2)为冲压成型。
- 一种扬声器,其中,所述扬声器设有如权利要求1-9中的任一项所述的后盖。
