Claims (10)
- 一种用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,包括位于台面(7)上方的龙头本体(1)、套合安装于台面(7)的安装孔内处用于安装龙头本体(1)的螺套(3)、用于对台面(7)与螺套(3)之间的轴向位移进行限位的安装座(4)及至少两个滑块(5),所述的安装座(4)套合连接于所述的螺套(3)外周,所述的螺套(3)的外周对应台面(7)下方的位置处设有至少两个供所述的滑块(5)从螺套(3)内腔向外滑出的通孔(3.2),其特征在于:它还包括用于驱动滑块(5)外伸出通孔(3.2)以实现滑块(5)的轴向限位作用的辅助安装工具(2);且所述的螺套(3)设有供辅助安装工具(2)在其内滑动以起到驱动滑块(5)的作用的中空内腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:在初始状态时,所述的辅助安装工具(2)置于所述的螺套(3)的中空内腔,且所述的辅助安装工具(2)的底部设有在初始状态时用于承载所述的滑块(5)以使得所述的滑块(5)位于螺套内腔且正对应于所述的通孔(3.2)处且水平设置的承载部(2.1)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的承载部(2.1)的上方依次设有连接部(2.2)、在辅助安装工具(2)沿螺套(3)的内腔向下移动时用于斜向导向且呈倒锥台状的过渡部(2.3)及用于将所述的滑块(5)从所述的通孔(3.2)内向外滑出到位的撑开部,且所述的撑开部的直径大于所述的连接部(2.2)的直径。
- 根据权利要求3所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的撑开部向上延伸为与螺套(3)内周形状相配的直筒部(2.4),且所述的直筒部(2.4)的外周面沿轴向设有至少一个导向块(2.5),且所述的螺套(3)的外周面上设有直筒部(2.4)向下滑动时与所述的导向块(2.5)相配合的导向槽(3.1);当所述的导向块(2.5)的下端抵于所述的螺套(3)上端面时,所述的辅助安装工具(2)的承载部(2.1)的承载面与通孔(3.2)的下端相持平以使得滑块(5)正对所述的通孔(3.2)的位置处。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的辅助安装工具(2)的连接部(2.2)与所述的过渡部(2.3)之间为一体式设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的辅助安装工具(2)的下部设有在其沿螺套(3)的内腔向下滑动时用于与滑块(5)相配合以实现斜向导向作用的倒锥台部及用于将所述的滑块(5)撑开到位的撑开部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块(5)内侧壁向上延伸出用于防止滑块(5)从螺套(3)内腔脱出的第一防脱部(5.1),所述的滑块(5)的第一防脱部(5.1)内壁为与所述的连接部(2.2)相配的圆弧面;且初始状态时所述的第一防脱部(5.1)内壁与所述的连接部(2.2)的外周相抵靠。
- 根据权利要求7所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块(5)的另一侧壁向下延伸出第二防脱部(5.2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块(5)的外周面设有周向限位机构,且所述的周向限位机构为套合于多个滑块(5)及螺套外周的环形弹性件(6),所述的滑块(5)的外周壁设有用于嵌合所述的环形弹性件(6)的凹槽(5.3)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块的上表面设有用于防滑的防滑垫(5.4)。
