Description

用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置 技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头安装领域,特别涉及一种用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置。
背景技术
常规水龙头的安装,通常是在台面之下进行的,因此需要专业人士长时间弯腰、或蹲着或躺在阴暗狭窄的台盆底下,并使用多种专用工具才能完成。这种需要到台面下进行组装和锁紧的安装方式,对龙头安装人员来说既费时又费力。针对上述不足,市面上出现了一种水龙头的台上式快速安装方法,申请号为专利US20120137427A1也公开了一种可以在台面上安装水龙头的方案,该方案带有两根螺杆和两锁紧件,但是,两个螺杆占据了安装孔的部分空间,导致中间穿过进水管的空间很小,因此对进水管的尺寸有极大的限制。再者,锁紧件的宽度方向必然占据安装孔的部分空间,使安装空间变小,不但限制了龙头进水管的尺寸,安装也不够便利,费时费力。且仅由两根直径有限的螺杆来实现支承,水龙头的强度无法得到很好的保证,抗剪能力也很差。现有技术中虽然出现了利用磁性卡位挡块来实现安装的产品,但问题在于,其可靠性比较差,安装要求比较高,成本也比较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种安装均可在台面上进行,安装快速方便且与台面的轴向限位效果更好的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,包括位于台面上方的龙头本体、套合安装于台面的安装孔内处用于安装龙头本体的螺套、用于对台面与螺套之间的轴向位移进行限位的安装座及至少两个滑块,所述的安装座套合连接于所述的螺套外周,所述的螺套的外周对应台面下方的位置处设有至少两个供所述的滑块从螺套内腔向外滑出的通孔,它还包括用于驱动滑块外伸出通孔以实现滑块的轴向限位作用的辅助安装工具;且所述的螺套设有供辅助安装工具在其内滑动以起到驱动滑块的作用的中空内腔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该用于水龙头的台上式快速装置设有用于安装龙头本体的螺套、用于对台面与螺套之间的轴向位移进行限位的安装座及至少两个滑块,螺套的外周靠近台面下方的位置处设有两个供滑块从螺套内腔滑出的通孔,且安装时滑块外伸出 通孔,滑块的上端面抵合于所述的台面的下端以实现轴向限位。也就是说,借助辅助安装工具从螺套的内腔滑动即可驱动滑块从螺套的通孔伸出,使得安装后滑块件抵在台面下端起到很好的轴向限位作用,完成安装后取出辅助安装工具即可,再用扳手或其他工具将安装座拧紧直到抵至台面的上端,水龙头完全限位;本发明结构十分紧凑、操作便捷,在洗漱台上方即可快速安装固定龙头,安装后的龙头不易发生松动、摇晃,水龙头的强度好,抗剪能力强。且螺套内有很大的空间,冷热水管的穿设非常方便,不会对进水管的尺寸有很大的要求,也不存在任何干涉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步描述。
如图1-11所示,一种用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,包括位于台面7上方的龙头本体1、套合安装于台面7的安装孔内处用于安装龙头本体1的螺套3、用于对台面7与螺套3之间的轴向位移进行限位的安装座4及至少两个滑块5,所述的安装座4套合连接于所述的螺套3外周,所述的螺套3的外周对应台面7下方的位置处设有至少两个供所述的滑块5从螺套3内腔向外滑出的通孔3.2,它还包括用于驱动滑块5外伸出通孔3.2以实现滑块5的轴向限位作用的辅助安装工具2;且所述的螺套3设有供辅助安装工具2在其内滑动以起到驱动滑块5的作用的中空内腔。
辅助安装工具的一个实施例:在初始状态时,辅助安装工具2置于螺套3的中空内腔,且辅助安装工具2的底部设有在初始状态时用于承载滑块5以使得滑块5位于螺套内腔且正对应于通孔3.2处且水平设置的承载部2.1。承载部2.1的上方依次设有连接部2.2、在辅助安装工具2沿螺套3的内腔向下移动时用于斜向导向且呈倒锥台状的过渡部2.3及用于将滑块5从通孔3.2内向外滑出到位的撑开部,且撑开部的直径大于连接部2.2的直径。这样,承载部2.1的设置,就可以将滑块5的尺寸设计的大一点,则与台面的接触面积大一点,可有效保证轴向限位的可靠性。且安装时,滑块5的位置还是在台面7下方的,操作者很难保证整个过程中滑块5始终对准通孔3.2,尤其是把整个组件插入台面7的安装孔时,即使动作再轻也难以避免滑块5会发生偏移,而水平的承载部2.1则可大大减小误操作的可能,安装效率更高。辅助安装工具2沿螺套3的内腔向下移动时,经斜向设置的过渡部2.3逐渐将滑块撑开到位。撑开部向上延伸为与螺套3内周形状相配的直筒部2.4,且直筒部2.4的外周面沿轴向设有至少一个导向块2.5,且螺套3的外周面上设有直筒部2.4向下滑动时与导向块2.5相配合的导向槽3.1;当导向块2.5的下端抵于螺套3上端面时,辅助安装工具2的承载部2.1的承载面与通孔3.2的下端相持平以使得滑块5正对通孔3.2的位置处。这样,导向块2.5的设置既可以起到很好的定位作用,可以使得承载部2.1及滑块5正对通孔3.2的位置处,且也可以在辅助安装工具2向下滑动时起到很好的导向作用。直筒部2.4的最上端还设有凸台2.6,更加便于操作。总体来说,该实施例的辅助安装工具的设置更加方便形成出厂时的安装组件,则后续客户的操作更加方便。
如图1、4、6、9所示,辅助安装工具2的连接部2.2与过渡部2.3之间为一体式设置。
如图11所示,辅助安装工具2还有另一连接部2.2与过渡部2.3之间为分体式设置的实施例,这时,水平设置的承载部2.1及连接部2.2均设置于底座2.1上。其余直筒部2.4、导向块2.5及凸台2.6的结构与上实施例一致,不在此赘述。
辅助安装工具2还有个简化的实施例,在该实施例中,辅助安装工具2的下部设有在其沿螺套3的内腔向下滑动时用于与滑块5相配合以实现斜向导向作用的倒锥台部及用于将所述的滑块5撑开到位的撑开部。即在本具体实施例中,只有倒锥台部(形状与过渡部2.3一致)及撑开部(结构与直筒部2.4一致),这样简化的辅助安装工具2也可以实现驱动滑块5的安装,只是在安装时需要自己对准位置,花费的时间会多一些。
滑块5内侧壁向上延伸出用于防止滑块5从螺套3内腔脱出的第一防脱部5.1,滑块5的第一防脱部5.1内壁为与连接部2.2相配的圆弧面;且初始状态时第一防脱部5.1内壁与连接部2.2的外周相抵靠。如图4所示的具体实施例中,连接部的直径与两滑块的宽度的和小于或等于螺套3的直径。滑块5的另一侧壁向下延伸出第二防脱部5.2。这样,既可以防止滑块5从螺套3的内腔脱出,又可防止滑块5完全掉入螺套3的内腔,防止引起不必要的麻烦。滑块5与台面7之间的配合效果也更好。
滑块5的上表面还可以设置用于防滑的防滑垫5.4。可用于增加滑块5与台面7之间的摩擦,可以起到很好的防滑作用,滑块5的轴向限位作用也更好。
滑块5的外周面设有周向限位机构。该周向限位机构为套合于多个滑块5及螺套外周的环形弹性件6,滑块5的外周壁设有用于嵌合环形弹性件6的凹槽5.3。且安装时,先利用辅助安装工具2驱动滑块5外伸出通孔3.2,然后旋合安装座4,直至安装座4的下端与台面7的上端相抵,滑块5的上端面则抵合于台面7的下端,以实现对台面7与螺套3之间的轴向位移进行限位,并将辅助安装工具2从螺套3的内腔拔出,此时环形弹性件处于弹性张开状态。这样,环形弹性件6可以在出厂时将预安装组件(如图8所示)很好的固定为一体,滑块5不易掉出。安装完成后的段时间内,当需要拆卸时,只需将水龙头本体拆下,并将安装座4旋松,在环形弹性件的弹力的作用下,滑块5从通孔3.2处重新进入螺套3的内腔,即可实现对水龙头的拆卸,非常方便。在本具体实施例中,环形弹性件为皮筋6。

1)预安装时,将安装座螺纹连接于螺套外周,并将安装座旋合至预定安装位置,控制安装座与螺套下端设有的通孔之间的距离大于或等于台板的高度;将辅助安装工具插设于螺套内腔,并利用螺套底部设有的水平的承载部将滑块定位好,控制滑块整体置于螺套内腔,且滑块的位置正对螺套的通孔处,形成组装好的组件;
2)、将上述组装好的组件插入台面的安装孔处,直至安装座与台面的上端面定位;
3)、用力按下辅助安装工具,使其沿螺套内腔向下滑动,并利用辅助安装工具设有的倾斜导向部对滑块沿通孔向外滑动进行导向,直至辅助安装工具的撑开部将滑块完全撑开到位, 此时滑块完全从螺套的通孔内伸出;
4)、旋合安装座,直至安装座的下端与台面的上端相抵,滑块的上端面则抵合于台面的下端,以实现对台面与螺套之间的轴向位移进行限位,并将辅助安装工具从螺套的内腔拔出;
5)、将龙头本体安装于螺套和安装座上;
6)、将水管接至水龙头本体上。
如图1-8中,导向槽3.1及通孔3.2开设于螺套3的同侧,这只是一个示意图,导向槽3.1及通孔3.2可以如图5所示错开设置,这都是本领域技术人员容易想到的替换,只是为了如方便加工的目的。
以上仅就本发明的最佳实施例作了说明,但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制。本发明不仅局限于以上实施例,其具体结构允许有变化。凡在本发明独立权利要求的保护范围内所作的各种变化均在本发明保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,包括位于台面(7)上方的龙头本体(1)、套合安装于台面(7)的安装孔内处用于安装龙头本体(1)的螺套(3)、用于对台面(7)与螺套(3)之间的轴向位移进行限位的安装座(4)及至少两个滑块(5),所述的安装座(4)套合连接于所述的螺套(3)外周,所述的螺套(3)的外周对应台面(7)下方的位置处设有至少两个供所述的滑块(5)从螺套(3)内腔向外滑出的通孔(3.2),其特征在于:它还包括用于驱动滑块(5)外伸出通孔(3.2)以实现滑块(5)的轴向限位作用的辅助安装工具(2);且所述的螺套(3)设有供辅助安装工具(2)在其内滑动以起到驱动滑块(5)的作用的中空内腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:在初始状态时,所述的辅助安装工具(2)置于所述的螺套(3)的中空内腔,且所述的辅助安装工具(2)的底部设有在初始状态时用于承载所述的滑块(5)以使得所述的滑块(5)位于螺套内腔且正对应于所述的通孔(3.2)处且水平设置的承载部(2.1)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的承载部(2.1)的上方依次设有连接部(2.2)、在辅助安装工具(2)沿螺套(3)的内腔向下移动时用于斜向导向且呈倒锥台状的过渡部(2.3)及用于将所述的滑块(5)从所述的通孔(3.2)内向外滑出到位的撑开部,且所述的撑开部的直径大于所述的连接部(2.2)的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的撑开部向上延伸为与螺套(3)内周形状相配的直筒部(2.4),且所述的直筒部(2.4)的外周面沿轴向设有至少一个导向块(2.5),且所述的螺套(3)的外周面上设有直筒部(2.4)向下滑动时与所述的导向块(2.5)相配合的导向槽(3.1);当所述的导向块(2.5)的下端抵于所述的螺套(3)上端面时,所述的辅助安装工具(2)的承载部(2.1)的承载面与通孔(3.2)的下端相持平以使得滑块(5)正对所述的通孔(3.2)的位置处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的辅助安装工具(2)的连接部(2.2)与所述的过渡部(2.3)之间为一体式设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的辅助安装工具(2)的下部设有在其沿螺套(3)的内腔向下滑动时用于与滑块(5)相配合以实现斜向导向作用的倒锥台部及用于将所述的滑块(5)撑开到位的撑开部。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块(5)内侧壁向上延伸出用于防止滑块(5)从螺套(3)内腔脱出的第一防脱部(5.1),所述的滑块(5)的第一防脱部(5.1)内壁为与所述的连接部(2.2)相配的圆弧面;且初始状态时所述的第一防脱部(5.1)内壁与所述的连接部(2.2)的外周相抵靠。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块(5)的另一侧壁向下延伸出第二防脱部(5.2)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块(5)的外周面设有周向限位机构,且所述的周向限位机构为套合于多个滑块(5)及螺套外周的环形弹性件(6),所述的滑块(5)的外周壁设有用于嵌合所述的环形弹性件(6)的凹槽(5.3)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的用于水龙头的台上式快速安装装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块的上表面设有用于防滑的防滑垫(5.4)。
