Abstract

A construction playset is intended for building complex mechanic 3-D models comprising static and moving parts and with using no adhesive materials, and not limited on their length, width and volume by the size of fixing (connection) elements constituting the construction kit of elements, made of ecologically friendly materials. The construction playset is composed of forming, building and fixing elements that are capable of consecutive connection between them. The first ones have equal thickness and required shape. At least two of the forming elements have at least one rectangular and/or round hole; and/or at least one outer slot and/or slit, and that are disposed layer-wise with the possibility to be connected between by at least one fixing element, forming together a static or moving construction. The fixing element has a needle-like shape and sharpened ends and and round-shaped cross-cutting with the diameter equal to the diameter of at least one round hole on the forming elements. At least two building elements have rectangular-shaped ends being equal to the size of at least one rectangular hole on forming elements, and are fit to be inserted perpendicular into rectangular holes on the forming elements with their further coupling with the latter. Their thickness is equal to the width of slots and/or slits on the forming elements.

Construction playset intended for building complex mechanic 3-D models
The utility model belongs to a type of play and souvenir construction kits (meccanos) designed to form models by connection (coupling) and assembly (mounting) sheet material and connection elements. Such models can be 3-D constructions for children.
Popular similar "Marco Construction Playset" comprises a set of construction and connection elements. For it, the construction elements are made in the form of a beam cross- shaped in its cross-section, and each connection element of the kit has cross shape, at the same time rod-like elements as axial independent elements are made in the form of one-stage and two-stage rods. (Declarative patent of Ukraine on invention N° 65775 A, IPC A63H 33/04, publ. 15.04.2004, Bui. N°4) [1]. The said construction playset is designed to simplify production of certain elements included in the construction kit and to reduce their production cost, however design features of the said utility model assemblies limit width, length and volume of the constructed model by dimensions of connection elements and allow only a limited number of simple static and movable models.
Popular «Dynamic Model Toy Produced and Assembled from Sheet Materials The dynamic toy model is produced and assembled on a frame basis. At least one modeling component is to be mounted on the frame; the connection elements and driving gear elements are disposed between each component driving gear and modeling components. The framework comprises at least a frame, parts of the frame and connecting pieces joined by pins or other connecting pieces fastened in the form of the frame and connection elements coupled due to clutching pins or other connection elements in the form of the frame. JN¾24) [3]. The said similar model has complex procedure of a movable construction assembly building since it requires advance mounting of the central construction components forming axial clearance by end parts thereof for further connection with other elements of the construction by fixing details. The width, length and volume of this construction are also limited by dimensions of connection elements and by the length of the axis to be inserted into the central hole.
The main objective of the utility model is to design a new ecologically friendly construction kit of complex mechanic 3-D models comprising static and movable parts with using no adhesive materials, and not limited on their length, width and volume by the size of fixing (connection) elements due to new features, namely, by replacing construction forming elements, introducing new elements, in particular, building elements, allowing their connection with fixing elements, at the same time, a model is formed without any additional coupling elements and any adhesive substances.
The task set is resolved by producing the construction playset comprising various kinds of construction and connection elements differing in their structure and shape from the kits we know. The task of the utility model is resolved based on the proposed simple reliable consecutive connection of forming elements between them and with the building elements by means of needle-like shaped fixing elements with sharpened ends and with no adhesive materials. As a result, a new reliable connection system of the constructive elements in the construction kit has been created allowing gradual volume building-up in a model of any configuration, length and width. At the same time fixing elements used for rigid fixing of construction kit elements and providing model building-up also function as axial details, if required by the structural concept.
In other words, as a result of this complex approach, the goal of developing a new ecologically friendly construction playset of complex mechanic 3-D models comprising static and movable parts and using no adhesive materials, and not limited on their length, width and volume by the size of fixing (connection) elements has been reached.
Industrial suitability of the said utility model is proved by technical drawings and description of embodiments of the construction playset elements assembly in line with certain design concepts. The utility model elements are shown on Fig. 1 - Fig. 3. Fig. 4 - Fig. 8 present the utility model embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows incomplete list of forming elements of equal thickness and different shape according to the design concept. The forming elements may have rectangular and/or round holes, and/or outer slots and/or slits.
Fig. 2 shows fixing elements. The fixing elements have needle-like shape and sharpened ends and round-shaped cross-cutting with the diameter equal to the diameter of at least one round hole on the forming pieces.
Fig. 3 shows incomplete list of building elements of equal thickness with the forming elements and of various shapes according to a design concept. The building elements have rectangular ends equal to the size of at least one rectangular hole on the forming pieces.

To thoroughly examine the above peculiarities and advantages of the utility model, the embodiments of the utility model accompanied by graphic materials are given below.
Embodiment 1. Fig. 4 shows the simplest possibility of the construction kit forming elements assembly to form a static model by the way of consecutive layer-wise building-up of the forming complex-shaped elements 20 and 21 by matching round holes 25 of the forming element 20 (Fig. 1) with round holes 25 of the forming element 21 (Fig. 1) in the order graphically shown on Fig. 4 and their coupling between them by fixing elements 28 (Fig. 2). The parts of fixing elements protruding from outer limits of the forming elements will be broken off. The static construction is assembled by consecutive layer-wise building-up of forming elements and their coupling by fixing elements.
Embodiment 2. In the same manner, Fig. 5 shows the possibility of assembly of forming elements of the construction playset to form a dynamic model by consecutive layer- wise building-up of forming pieces (Fig. 1) and their coupling between them by fixing elements 28 (Fig. 2).
Embodiment 3. Fig. 6.1 , 6.2, 6.3 show possibility of assembly of forming pieces and building elements of the construction playset to form a dynamic model. The user can make it by consecutively connecting elements between them in the following order: three building elements 33 (Fig. 3) are inserted perpendicularly into rectangular holes 24 of the forming element 1 1 (Fig. 1), four fixing elements 28 (Fig. 2) are inserted perpendicularly into round holes 25.1, 25.2, 25.3, 25.4 of the forming element 1 1 (Fig. 1), three opposite end parts of the building elements 33 (Fig. 3) are inserted into quadrate holes 24 of the forming element 13 (Fig. 1), opposite ends of four fixing elements 28 (Fig. 2) are inserted into the round holes 25.1, 25.2, 25.3, 25.4 of the forming element 13 (Fig. 1).
On Fig. 6.1 according to design concept the model is to rotate on the central axis. For it, the parts of fixing elements protruding from their outer limits 28 (Fig. 2), overstepping outer limits of the round holes 25.1, 25.2, 25.3 of the forming elements 11 (Fig. 1) and external limits of the round holes 25.1, 25.2, 25.3 of the forming elements 13 (Fig. 1) have been broken off. On Fig. 6.2 according to design concept, only three protruding ends of the fixing element should be kept. For it, the parts of protruding ends of the fixing elements 28 (Fig. 2), overstepping the external limits of round holes 25.2 of the forming element 1 1 (Fig. 1) and 25.2 of the forming element 13 (Fig. 1 ) have been broken off.
On Fig. 6.3 according to design concept the model is to rotate on the lateral axis. For it, the parts of protruding ends of the fixing elements 28 (Fig. 2), overstepping external limits of the round holes 25.2, 25.3, 25.4 of the forming element 1 1 (Fig. 1) and external limits of the round holes 25.2, 25.3, 25.4 of the forming element 13 (Fig. 1) have been broken off.
Embodiment 4. Fig. 7 shows the possibility of an assembled moving construction of the designed volume intended to rotate on specific axis, the construction to be built by consecutive layer- wise building-up of forming elements (Fig. 1), their coupling between them by fixing elements (Fig. 2), connecting to the assembled construction of building elements (Fig. 3) to be inserted perpendicularly into rectangular holes of the last layer of forming elements and coupled by fixing elements inserted into round holes on the forming elements and completion of the construction by the forming elements connected with earlier disposed building elements and fixing elements.
Embodiment 5. Fig. 8.1 -8.6 shows the possibility of building-up a truck back-axle when due to consecutive use of all elements of the construction kit (forming (Fig. 1), building (Fig. 3), fixing (Fig. 2) elements), it is possible to obtain required designed volume of a model not limited on its length and width.

Claims
A construction playset intended for building complex mechanic 3-D models comprising static and moving parts with using no adhesive materials, and not limited on their length, width and volume by the size of fixing (connection) elements constituting the construction kit of elements, made of ecologically friendly materials, is distinguished by the kit of elements comprising forming, building and fixing elements that are capable of consecutive connection between them, for that the first ones have equal thickness and required shape and at least two of the forming elements have at least one rectangular and/or round hole; and/or at least one outer slot and/or slit, and that are disposed layer-wise with the possibility to be connected between them by at least one fixing element, forming together a static or moving construction, for that the fixing element has a needle-like shape and sharpened ends, and round-shaped cross-cutting with the diameter equal to the diameter of at least one round hole on the forming elements, and at least two building elements have rectangular-shaped ends, being equal to the size of at least one rectangular hole on the forming elements, and are fit to be inserted perpendicular into rectangular holes on the forming elements with their further coupling with the latter, and for that their thickness is equal to the width of slots and/or slits on the forming elements.
