Description

一种显示装置及其固定框架
本申请引用于2015年11月27日提交的专利名称为“一种显示装置及其固定框架”的第201520970762.4号中国专利申请,其通过引用被全部并入本申请。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置及其固定框架。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对电器设备的要求已经从原来的功能型转变到现在的美观型。而电视作为视频观看装置,人们对其外观的要求也越来越高。
目前,传统电视行业中,多采用塑胶边框设计,通过卡扣等固定方式,与后壳组成一体。在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:此类设计虽然价格便宜,但由于塑胶件成型厚度及卡扣的结构限制,在实现窄边框及结构强度上受限制。且现有电视机用户对外观的要求越来越高,已经不满足于塑胶外观的表面质感。
因此,如何提供更美观的显示装置及固定框架,成为现有技术中亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种显示装置及其固定框架,其解决或者部分解决上述技术问题。
本申请实施例提供一种显示装置,包括:液晶玻璃、中框、后壳以 及边框,所述边框与所述后壳组成的一体结构,所述一体结构和所述中框用于固定所述液晶玻璃,
所述边框为金属边框,所述金属边框的截面为L形,所述金属边框的L形长边通过螺丝与所述后壳的侧壁固定为可拆卸的一体结构;
所述中框与所述后壳的侧壁固定,所述液晶玻璃固定在所述金属边框的L形的短边与所述中框之间。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述金属边框为一体成形结构。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述金属边框表面还包括一电泳处理层。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述金属边框的钢板厚度为0.6mm。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述中框通过卡扣结构与所述后壳的侧壁固定。
本申请实施例提供一种显示装置的固定框架,包括:中框、后壳以及边框,所述边框与所述后壳组成的一体结构,所述一体结构和所述中框用于固定液晶玻璃,

由以上技术方案可见,本申请实施例采用截面为L形的金属边框的L形长边通过螺丝与所述后壳的侧壁固定为可拆卸的一体结构,所述中框与所述后壳的侧壁固定,所述液晶玻璃固定在所述金属边框的L形的短边与所述中框之间。从而,实现了金属边框正面既可以固定液晶玻璃,又可作为外观表面,侧面成为外观表面。本申请实施例在保证强度的同 时,可以将边框设计得更窄,也更加美观与坚固。

参见图1,本申请一具体实施例提供一种显示装置,包括:液晶玻璃11、中框12、后壳13以及边框14,所述边框14与所述后壳13组成的一体结构。所述一体结构和所述中框12用于固定所述液晶玻璃11。
所述边框14为金属边框,所述金属边框14的截面为L形,所述金属边框14的L形长边通过螺丝15与所述后壳13的侧壁固定为可拆卸的一体结构。
从而,实现了金属边框正面既可以固定液晶玻璃,又可作为外观表面,侧面成为外观表面。本申请实施例在保证强度的同时,可以将边框设计得更窄,也更加美观与坚固。

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:液晶玻璃、中框、后壳以及边框,所述边框与所述后壳组成的一体结构,所述一体结构和所述中框用于固定所述液晶玻璃,其特征在于,
    所述边框为金属边框,所述金属边框的截面为L形,所述金属边框的L形长边通过螺丝与所述后壳的侧壁固定为可拆卸的一体结构;
    所述中框与所述后壳的侧壁固定,所述液晶玻璃固定在所述金属边框的L形的短边与所述中框之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述金属边框为一体成形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述金属边框表面还包括一电泳处理层。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述金属边框的钢板厚度为0.6mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述中框通过卡扣结构与所述后壳的侧壁固定。
  6. 一种显示装置的固定框架,包括:中框、后壳以及边框,所述边框与所述后壳组成的一体结构,所述一体结构和所述中框用于固定液晶玻璃,其特征在于,
    所述边框为金属(同理)边框,所述金属边框的截面为L形,所述金属边框的L形长边通过螺丝与所述后壳的侧壁固定为可拆卸的一体结构;
    所述中框与所述后壳的侧壁固定,所述液晶玻璃固定在所述金属边框的L形的短边与所述中框之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述金属边框为一体成形结构。
  8. 根据权利要求6-7中任一项所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述金属边框表面还包括一电泳处理层。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8中任一项所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述金属边框的钢板厚度为0.6mm。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9中任一项所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述中框通过卡扣结构与所述后壳的侧壁固定。
