针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种图像信息的获取方法、用户设备及服务器,能够在用户设备丢失后,获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息并上传至服务器,从而大大提升了寻回用户设备的可能性。

本发明实施例提供了一种图像信息的获取方法,该方法包括:
用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令时,对所述用户设备的用户界面UI模块进行锁定,并对所述用户设备进行监测;

由上述技术方案可知,本发明实施例提供的图像信息的获取方法、用户设备及服务器,通过服务器发送锁定指令以对用户设备的屏幕进行锁定,且用户设备同时对用户设备屏幕的操作信号进行监控,当检测到对用户设备触发信号时,获得非法用户的信息,即启动摄像头获取非法用户的图像信息及环境图像信息,并上传至服务器,从而可根据上述信息找回用户设备,有利于寻找被盗用户设备。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获 得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1示出了本发明一实施例提供的一种图像信息的获取方法的流程示意图,如图1所示,该实施例提供的图像信息的获取方法包括如下步骤:
S101:用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令时,对所述用户设备的用户界面(User Interface,简称UI)模块进行锁定,并对所述用户设备进行监测。
在本步骤中,用户设备一般指移动终端,例如智能手机、个人数码助理(PDA)、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、车载电脑(carputer)、掌上游戏机、智能眼镜、智能手表、可穿戴设备等等。
具体来说,在用户设备被盗或者遗失后,服务器发送锁定指令至用户设备,而用户设备接收到锁定指令后,对用户设备的UI模块(即屏幕)进行锁定,便于用户设备对基于UI的操作信号进行监控。
S102:当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息;
举例来说,所述用户设备触发信号包括:屏幕点亮信号、关机信号或者解锁密码输入信号等。因此,当检测到上述任一信号,则启动用户设备的摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息。
一般地,由于用户设备包括前置摄像头和后置摄像头,则可控制两个摄像头同时拍摄,以获得非法用户的图像信息以及用户设备周围环境的图像信息。
S103:将所述图像信息发送至所述服务器。
由此可见,本实施例通过服务器发送锁定指令对用户设备的屏幕进行锁定,用户设备同时对屏幕的操作信号进行监控,当检测到对用户设备触发信号时,获得非法用户的信息,即启动摄像头获取非法用户的图像信息及环境图像信息,并上传至服务器,从而可根据上述信息找回用户设备,有利于寻找被盗用户设备。
相应地,当用户设备触发信号包括:屏幕点亮信号、关机信号或者解锁密码输入信号,则步骤S102中当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息,具体包括:
当检测到屏幕点亮信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像 头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息;
或者,
当检测到关机信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息;
或者,
当检测到解锁密码输入信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息。
具体来说,当检测到上述用户设备触发信号时,用户设备启动前置摄像头进行拍摄,从而可获取非法用户人脸的图像信息,并发送至服务器。
优选地,由于用户设备一般包括后置摄像头,因此可同时启动后置摄像头进行拍摄,获取当前非法用户使用用户设备的后端周围环境,并发送至服务器。
进一步地,步骤S103中将所述图像信息发送至所述服务器,具体包括如下步骤:
检测所述用户设备的网络连接状态;
当检测到所述用户设备的网络已连接时,将所述图像信息上传至所述服务器。
其中,网络是指:移动数据网络或者wifi网络。
可理解地,若检测所述用户设备的网络连接状态为未连接时,则继续等待网络连接,直至网络连接成功,以将拍摄得到的图像信息上传至服务器。
其中,上述检测所述用户设备的网络连接状态的步骤,具体包括:
所述用户设备注册网络广播消息的监听器,以监听网络连接状态;所述网络广播消息包括:网络连接状态信息;
当所述用户设备接收到所述网络广播消息后,获得所述网络连接状态。
具体来说,当用户设备接收到所述网络广播消息时,获取网络广播消息中的网络连接状态信息,通过该网络连接状态信息可得知网络未连接或网络已连接。
为了更清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,下面通过一个具体的实施例介绍来说明图像信息的获取方法,如图2所示,该实施例提供的图像信息的获取方法包括如下步骤:
S201:用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令后,发送第一广播消息,以使用户设备的UI模块锁定。
其中,所述第一广播消息即为锁定UI模块的广播消息“LOCK_XXX_BRODCAST”。
S202:监听屏幕点亮信号、关机信号及解锁密码输入信号。
具体来说,监听SCREEN_POWER_ON广播(亮屏)、SHUT_DOWN_BROADCAST广播(关机)和屏幕key_input事件。
S203:判断是否检测到上述任一信号,若是,则转至步骤S204,否则转至步骤S202。
具体来说,若检测到SCREEN_POWER_ON广播(亮屏)、或者SHUT_DOWN_BROADCAST广播(关机)、或者屏幕key_input事件中任一信号,则转至步骤S204继续拍摄步骤。
S204:启动前置摄像头及后置摄像头,并控制前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,获得非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息。
具体来说,调用CameraManager的openXXXFront和openXXXBack方法,打开前后摄像头,调用startXXXCapture方法进行拍照。
S205:用户设备注册网络广播消息的监听器,监听网络连接状态。
其中,网络广播消息为“CONNECTIVITY_ACTION”广播。
S206:用户设备接收到网络广播消息时,判断网络连接状态是否为已连接,若是,则转至步骤S207,否则转至步骤S205。
具体来说,用户设备通收到CONNECTIVITY_ACTION广播后,通过判断网络连接状态为CONNECTED,确认网络已连接。
S207:将拍摄得到的图像信息上传至服务器。
具体来说,可调用uploadXXXInfo方法将图片信息上传到服务器。
由此可见,本实施例提供的图像信息的获取方法,具体通过服务器发送锁定指令对用户设备的屏幕进行锁定,用户设备接收到锁定指令时锁定UI模块,并同时对屏幕的操作信号进行监控,当检测到对用户设备触发信号时,获得非法用户的信息,即启动摄像头获取非法用户的图像信息及环境图像信息,并上传至服务器,从而可根据上述图像信息找回用户设备,有利于寻找被盗用户设备。
如图3所示,为本发明另一实施例提供了一种图像信息的获取方法的流程示意图,该方法包括如下步骤:
S301:根据用户指令向用户设备发送锁定指令,以使所述用户设备锁定用户界面UI模块。
具体来说,在用户设备被盗或者遗失后,服务器根据用户指令,发送锁定指令至用户设备。
S302:接收并显示所述用户设备发送的图像信息;
其中,所述图像信息是当所述用户设备监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头拍摄获得的。
可理解地,所述用户设备触发信号包括:屏幕点亮信号、关机信号或者解锁密码输入信号。
本实施例中,服务器端接收到用户设备发送的图像信息可能包括:非法用户图像信息及设备使用环境图像信息,则通过上述图像信息用户能更全面的了解用户设备环境信息,给用户提供了找到用户设备的具体线索,提高了找回用户设备的可能性。
如图4所示,为本发明一实施例提供了一种用户设备的结构示意图,具体地,该用户设备包括:监测单元401、图像信息获取单元402及发送单元403。其中:
监测单元401,用于当用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令时,对所述用户设备的用户界面UI模块进行锁定,并对所述用户设备进行监测;
图像信息获取单元402,用于当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息;
发送单元403,用于将所述图像信息发送所述至服务器。
本实施例中,所述用户设备触发信号包括:屏幕点亮信号、关机信号或者解锁密码输入信号。
本实施例中,所述图像信息获取单元402,用于:
当检测到屏幕点亮信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息;
或者,
当检测到关机信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分 别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息;
或者,
当检测到解锁密码输入信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息。
本实施例中,所述用户设备还包括网络连接检测单元,用于:
检测所述用户设备的网络连接状态;
当检测到所述用户设备的网络已连接时,将所述图像信息上传至所述服务器。
具体来说,所述网络连接检测单元,还用于:
注册网络广播消息的监听器,以监听网络连接状态;所述网络广播消息包括:网络连接状态信息;
当所述用户设备接收到所述网络广播消息后,获得所述网络连接状态。
本实施例所述的用户设备,依据上述一实施例中的图像信息的获取方法。因此,该实施例所述的用户设备接收到锁定指令后锁定UI模块,并同时对屏幕的操作信号进行监控,当检测到对用户设备触发信号时,获得非法用户的信息,即启动摄像头获取非法用户的图像信息及环境图像信息,并上传至服务器,从而可协助用户根据上述信息找回用户设备,有利于寻找被盗用户设备。
如图5所述,为本发明另一实施例提供的一种服务器的结构示意图,该服务器包括:发送单元501及接收单元502。其中:
发送单元501,用于根据用户指令向用户设备发送锁定指令,以使所述用户设备锁定用户界面UI模块;
接收单元502,用于接收并显示所述用户设备发送的图像信息;
其中,所述图像信息是当所述用户设备监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头拍摄获得的。
举例来说,所述用户设备触发信号可包括:屏幕点亮信号、关机信号或者解锁密码输入信号等信号中任意一个。
本实施例所述的服务器,依据上述另一实施例中的图像信息的获取方法。因此,本实施例所述服务器发送锁定指令后,会接收到用户设备发送的图像信息包括:非法用户图像信息及设备使用环境图像信息,则通过上述图像信 息用户能更全面的了解用户设备环境信息,给用户提供了找到用户设备的具体线索,提高了找回用户设备的可能性。
图6是示出本申请另一实施例的用户设备的结构框图。
参照图6,所述用户设备,包括:
处理器(processor)601、存储器(memory)602、通信接口(Communications Interface)603和总线604;其中,
所述处理器601、存储器602、通信接口603通过所述总线604完成相互间的通信;
所述通信接口603用于该用户设备与服务器之间的信息传输;
所述处理器601用于调用所述存储器602中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法;
当用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令时,对所述用户设备的用户界面UI模块进行锁定,并对所述用户设备进行监测;当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息;将所述图像信息发送至所述服务器。
参见图1,本发明另一实施例公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行如下操作:
当用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令时,对所述用户设备的用户界面UI模块进行锁定,并对所述用户设备进行监测;
当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息;
将所述图像信息发送至所述服务器。
本发明另一实施例公开一种存储介质,用于存储如前述实施例所述的计算机程序。

参照图7,所述服务器,包括:
处理器(processor)701、存储器(memory)702、通信接口(Communications Interface)703和总线704;其中,
所述处理器701、存储器702、通信接口703通过所述总线704完成相互间的通信;
所述通信接口703用于该服务器与用户设备之间的信息传输;
所述处理器701用于调用所述存储器702中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法;
根据用户指令向用户设备发送锁定指令,以使所述用户设备锁定用户界面UI模块;接收并显示所述用户设备发送的图像信息;其中,所述图像信息是当所述用户设备监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头拍摄获得的。
参见图3,本发明另一实施例公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行如下操作:
根据用户指令向用户设备发送锁定指令,以使所述用户设备锁定用户界面UI模块;
接收并显示所述用户设备发送的图像信息;
其中,所述图像信息是当所述用户设备监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头拍摄获得的。
本发明另一实施例公开一种存储介质,用于存储如前述实施例所述的计算机程序。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种图像信息的获取方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令时,对所述用户设备的用户界面UI模块进行锁定,并对所述用户设备进行监测;
    当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息;
    将所述图像信息发送至所述服务器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户设备触发信号包括:屏幕点亮信号、关机信号或者解锁密码输入信号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息,包括:
    当检测到屏幕点亮信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息;
    或者,
    当检测到关机信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息;
    或者,
    当检测到解锁密码输入信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述图像信息发送至所述服务器,包括:
    检测所述用户设备的网络连接状态;
    当检测到所述用户设备的网络已连接时,将所述图像信息上传至所述服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测所述用户设备的网络连接状态,包括:
    所述用户设备注册网络广播消息的监听器,以监听网络连接状态;所述网络广播消息包括:网络连接状态信息;
    当所述用户设备接收到所述网络广播消息后,获得所述网络连接状态。
  6. 一种图像信息的获取方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    根据用户指令向用户设备发送锁定指令,以使所述用户设备锁定用户界面UI模块;
    接收并显示所述用户设备发送的图像信息;
    其中,所述图像信息是当所述用户设备监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头拍摄获得的。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户设备触发信号包括:屏幕点亮信号、关机信号或者解锁密码输入信号。
  8. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,该用户设备包括:
    监测单元,用于当用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令时,对所述用户设备的用户界面UI模块进行锁定,并对所述用户设备进行监测;
    图像信息获取单元,用于当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息;
    发送单元,用于将所述图像信息发送至所述服务器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述用户设备触发信号包括:屏幕点亮信号、关机信号或者解锁密码输入信号。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述图像信息获取单元,用于:
    当检测到屏幕点亮信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息;
    或者,
    当检测到关机信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息;
    或者,
    当检测到解锁密码输入信号时,启动所述用户设备的前置摄像头和后置摄像头分别进行拍摄,以获取非法用户图像信息及环境图像信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述用户设备还包括网络连接检测单元,用于:
    检测所述用户设备的网络连接状态;
    当检测到所述用户设备的网络已连接时,将所述图像信息上传至所述服务器。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述网络连接检测单元,还用于:
    注册网络广播消息的监听器,以监听网络连接状态;所述网络广播消息包括:网络连接状态信息;
    当所述用户设备接收到所述网络广播消息后,获得所述网络连接状态。
  13. 一种服务器,其特征在于,该服务器包括:
    发送单元,用于根据用户指令向用户设备发送锁定指令,以使所述用户设备锁定用户界面UI模块;
    接收单元,用于接收并显示所述用户设备发送的图像信息;
    其中,所述图像信息是当所述用户设备监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头拍摄获得的。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述用户设备触发信号包括:屏幕点亮信号、关机信号或者解锁密码输入信号。
  15. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器、存储器、通信接口和总线;其中,
    所述通信接口用于该用户设备与服务器之间的信息传输;
    所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法;
    当用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令时,对所述用户设备的用户界面UI模块进行锁定,并对所述用户设备进行监测;当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息;将所述图像信息发送至所述服务器。
  16. 一种计算机程序,其特征在于,包括程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行如下操作:
    当用户设备接收到服务器发送的锁定指令时,对所述用户设备的用户界面UI模块进行锁定,并对所述用户设备进行监测;
    当监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头进行拍摄,获得图像信息;
    将所述图像信息发送至所述服务器。
  17. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储如权利要求16所述的计算机程序。
  18. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器、存储器、通信接口和总线;其中,
    所述通信接口用于该服务器与用户设备之间的信息传输;
    所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法;
    根据用户指令向用户设备发送锁定指令,以使所述用户设备锁定用户界面UI模块;接收并显示所述用户设备发送的图像信息;其中,所述图像信息是当所述用户设备监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头拍摄获得的。
  19. 一种计算机程序,其特征在于,包括程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行如下操作:
    根据用户指令向用户设备发送锁定指令,以使所述用户设备锁定用户界面UI模块;
    接收并显示所述用户设备发送的图像信息;
    其中,所述图像信息是当所述用户设备监测到用户设备触发信号时,启动并控制摄像头拍摄获得的。
