The device has a higher manufacturability and efficiency compared to [2] due to the rectangular technological form and the ability to set the field for the interaction of water and cleaned air from rectangular modules.
The disadvantage of this device is the low energy efficiency due to the loss of energy of air movement in local turbulences. The disadvantage is the low manufacturability and high material consumption in the manufacture, due to the complexity of the shape of the blades and a large amount of waste in the manufacture of blades of non-rectangular shape from sheet material.
The technical result of the invention is to increase energy efficiency, improve manufacturability and reduce the material consumption of manufacturing.
The technical result is achieved in that the liquid spray grate containing irrigated modules with blades (blades) located in them, combined in one housing and having a common supply and exhaust of flue gases, the modules are made in the form of parallelepipeds, characterized in that each module contains at least two identical parallel oriented blades (blades).
Modules can be installed in such a way that the direction of the blades in the adjacent modules is opposite. At the indicated location above the surface of the module, a single vortex will be created over two or more modules.
The blade can consist of one plate mounted on the inner walls of the module. The specified implementation will achieve the lowest material consumption due to the reduced weight of the blade.
The blades can be made in the form of a segment of the cylinder. The specified implementation of the blades will facilitate the removal of particles from the surface of the blades.
The blade can consist of two, three, four or more plates, interconnected with the formation of dihedral angles between plates. The specified implementation will allow quite easily and significant waste to produce plates with a developed surface.

11 - распылительная решетка жидкости; 11 - spray grid of the liquid;
12 - discharge of waste fluid from the device.
The device operates as follows:
5. The blades 2 are attached to the walls of the modules 1. The blades can be flat (not shown), in the form of a segment of the cylinder 3, of two plates interconnected to form a dihedral angle 4, of four plates with dihedral angles between them 5.
9. From the modules, a liquid spray grille was assembled as part of an air cleaner (scrubber). The device is located in the housing 8. Due to the pressure drop, the gas enters through the supply duct 6 to the device and passes from bottom to top, through the spray grate of liquid 11, irrigated by liquid from above through the supply nozzle 10. At the same time, the irrigation fluid is supplied to the grate with free flowing, without special spraying. The purified gas is removed through a flue 9.
Holes or slots in the grate form a gas jet tilted in different directions. The fluid supplied through the nozzle 10 and located in close proximity to the beginning of the formed jets is carried away by these jets and is dispersed into small droplets. The jets of adjacent gratings interact in a counter-impact way. The counter interaction of the jets leads to intensive crushing of liquid droplets, causing a high area of gas-liquid interaction. In the process of mutual penetration of the jets into each other, the relative velocities between the gaseous medium and liquid droplets in these jets jump abruptly. The gas-dynamic structure of the stream of jets ensures uniform distribution of liquid over the entire grate and mutual mixing of gas and liquid over the grate 11 over the entire cross section of the device casing without preliminary spraying the irrigating liquid. As a result, a highly turbulent dispersed gas-liquid layer 7 (foam) is formed, characterized by an extremely large specific contact surface, high speed of its renewal and uniform structure.
The inventive design of the device works in such a way that the main process of mixing the counter-shock jets of gas passing through the holes or slots of the grill 11 and the water flowing through the nozzle 10 occurs above the grill 11 and not on its surface, which reduces the wear of the material of the grill and, accordingly, increase the service life of the grate. The liquid with particles captured from the cleaned air is discharged by means of a pipe 12. EFFECT: increased energy efficiency is achieved by reducing gas-dynamic losses due to the unidirectional movement of air volumes adjacent to adjacent blades and, as a result, the absence of local turbulences. The lack of atomizing nozzles for liquids, which require increased pressure of the supplied water, also contributes to energy efficiency.
EFFECT: increased manufacturability is achieved by the fact that for the manufacture of identical blades, direct cutting of material is used, which is easily carried out on common standard equipment.
EFFECT: reduced material consumption of manufacture is achieved by reducing the amount of waste due to identical and relatively simple forms of blades.
