1 and 2 show an example of a vehicle seat for explaining an embodiment of the present invention.
A vehicle seat 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a seat mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile, and includes a seat cushion 2 constituting a seat surface portion, a seat back 3 constituting a backrest portion, and a seated person's seat. And a lumbar support 4 for supporting the waist.
The seat cushion 2 has a pair of cushion side frames 10 arranged at intervals in the seat width direction. The seat back 3 also has a pair of back side frames 11 arranged at intervals in the seat width direction. The lower end portion of each backside frame 11 is connected to the rear end portion of the cushion side frame 10.
A cross member 12 as a structural member made of a sheet metal member is bridged between the lower ends of the pair of back side frames 11, and the pair of back side frames 11 are connected to each other by the cross member 12. The lumbar support 4 is attached to the seat occupant support side surface 12 a of the cross member 12, that is, the surface facing the backrest surface side of the seat back 3.
FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the lumbar support 4, and FIG. 4 shows block members constituting the lumbar support 4.
The lumbar support 4 includes a plurality of block members 13 and a fixing member 14.
Each of the block members 13 is a resin member having a substantially rectangular plate, and has a honeycomb structure having both light weight and high strength. In the illustrated example, the two block members 13 having the same shape, that is, the same length L, width W, and thickness T are aligned on the seat width direction of the cross member 12 on the seater support side surface 12a. Are stacked in the thickness direction.
Each of the block members 13 has two sets of convex portions 20 and concave portions 21. The convex portion 20 is provided on one surface intersecting the stacking direction (thickness direction) of the block members 13 and is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The concave portion 21 is provided behind the convex portion 20 forming a set on the other surface intersecting the stacking direction of the block members 13 so that the convex portions 20 of the other block members 13 can be fitted. .
The two block members 13 to be stacked are stacked with the convex portion 20 of one block member 13 fitted into the concave portion 21 of the other block member 13. By fitting the convex portion 20 and the concave portion 21, relative displacement of the two block members 13 in a plane perpendicular to the stacking direction is prevented. Furthermore, since two sets of the convex part 20 and the concave part 21 are provided for each of the block members 13, the fitting part between the convex part 20 and the concave part 21 between the two block members 13 is also two places. The relative rotation of the two block members 13 in the plane provided and perpendicular to the stacking direction is also prevented.
It should be noted that three or more block members 13 can be stacked. Also in this case, two adjacent block members 13 in a plane perpendicular to the stacking direction are fitted by fitting the convex portions 20 and the concave portions 21 at two positions between the two block members 13 adjacent in the stacking direction. Relative displacement and rotation are prevented.
The fixing member 14 has a bolt 22 and a nut 23. A bolt 22 is provided through the insertion hole provided in the cross member 12 so as to penetrate the plurality of block members 13 in a continuous manner in the stacking direction, and a nut 23 is provided between the head of the bolt 22 and the cross member 12. And it fastens to bolt 22 across a plurality of block members 13. Accordingly, the plurality of stacked block members 13 are integrally fixed to the cross member 12. As the bolt 22, a bolt having an appropriate length is used according to the total thickness of the plurality of stacked block members 13.
The plurality of stacked block members 13 are fixed to the cross member 12 by two fixing members 14. Thereby, the lumbar support 4 is attached to the cross member 12 in a state where the rotation around the one fixing member 14 is blocked by the other fixing member 14.
In addition, the bolt 22 of the fixing member 14 is provided so as to pass through the convex portion 20 and the concave portion 21 arranged in the stacking direction of the plurality of block members 13, and the tip portion of the bolt 22 and the nut 23 are provided in the concave portion 21. Although being housed, the fixing member 14 can be provided at any location of the plurality of block members 13.
A plurality of block members 13 are stacked with the surface on which the convex portion 20 is provided facing the seater support side surface 12a of the cross member 12, but the surface on which the concave portion 21 is provided is supported by the seat member on the cross member 12. A plurality of block members 13 may be stacked toward the side surface 12a.
According to the lumbar support 4 described above, by changing the number of the block members 13 stacked on the occupant support side surface 12a of the cross member 12, the support surface of the lumbar support 4, that is, the plurality of block members 13 stacked. Of these, the position of the surface of the block member 13 arranged at the uppermost stage can be flexibly changed.
The plurality of stacked block members 13 are adjacent to each other in a plane perpendicular to the stacking direction by fitting the convex portions 20 and the concave portions 21 at two locations between the two block members 13 adjacent in the stacking direction. Since the relative displacement and relative rotation of the two block members 13 are prevented, there is no difference in use feeling from the case of being constituted by a single member.
And since the position of the support surface of the lumbar support 4 can be changed flexibly by changing the number of the block members 13 to be stacked, the block member can be used for various types of vehicle seats having different support surface positions. 13 can be used in common, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, in this example, since single-type block members 13 having the same shape are used, the manufacturing cost can be further reduced.
5 to 7 show modified examples of the lumbar support 4 described above.
In the example shown in FIG. 5, each block member 13 is provided with a set of convex portions 20 and concave portions 21, and the convex portions 20 and the concave portions 21 between the two block members 13 adjacent to each other in the stacking direction are provided. One fitting point is provided.
The plurality of stacked block members 13 are integrally fixed to the cross member 12 by one fixing member 14, and the bolts of the fixing members 14 that penetrate the plurality of block members 13 in a row in the stacking direction. Reference numeral 22 denotes a protrusion 20 and a recess 21 that are arranged in the stacking direction of the plurality of block members 13.
In this example, the fitting between the convex portion 20 and the concave portion 21 at one location between the two block members 13 adjacent in the stacking direction, and the two adjacent to each other after removing the fitting portion between the convex portion 20 and the concave portion 21. The relative displacement and relative rotation of the two adjacent block members 13 are prevented by the bolts 22 penetrating the one block member 13 in succession.
Further, the cross member 12 is provided with a fitting portion 24 that is a hole into which the convex portion 20 of the block member 13 can be fitted. A plurality of block members 13 are stacked with the surface on which the convex portion 20 is provided facing the seater support side surface 12a of the cross member 12, and the convex portion 20 of the block member 13 arranged at the bottom is a fitting portion 24 is fitted. The lumbar support 4 is attached to the cross member 12 in a state in which the rotation around the fixing member 14 is prevented by the fitting between the convex portion 20 of the lowermost block member 13 and the fitting portion 24.
In addition, the fitting part 24 can also be a convex part that can be fitted into the concave part 21 of the block member 13. In this case, a plurality of block members 13 are stacked with the surface provided with the recesses 21 facing the seat occupant support side surface 12a of the cross member 12, and the recesses 21 of the block member 13 arranged at the lowermost stage are convex. A certain fitting portion 24 is fitted.
The example shown in FIG. 6 uses a plurality of types of block members having different thicknesses. In the illustrated example, the block member 13a having a relatively large thickness and the block member 13b having a relatively small thickness are used. Block members are stacked on the seater support side surface 12 a of the cross member 12.
For example, assuming that the thickness of the block member 13a is twice the thickness of the block member 13b, the total thickness of the two block members of the stacked block member 13a and the block member 13b is obtained by stacking only the block member 13b. As compared with the above, the number of block members to be stacked can be reduced. Thereby, the assembly | attachment to the cross member 12 of a some block member can be made easy.
The thickness of the block member may be three or more, and is appropriately selected in consideration of variations in the position of the support surface of the lumbar support 4 and manufacturing costs of a plurality of types of block members.
The example shown in FIG. 7 uses a plurality of block members having different widths. In the illustrated example, the block member 13c having the relatively largest width and the block member 13d having a smaller width than the block member 13c are used. The three block members, the block member 13e having a width smaller than the block member 13d, are stacked on the seater supporting side surface 12a of the cross member 12 in this order. That is, the upper block member has a smaller width.
According to this example, the support surface of the lumbar support 4 can be inclined stepwise so as to match the shape of the lumbar vertebra that is in front of the lumbar support, and the hold feeling of the lumbar region can be enhanced.
FIG. 8 shows another example of the vehicle seat for explaining the embodiment of the present invention.
A vehicle seat 101 shown in FIG. 8 is a seat mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile, and includes a seat cushion 102 that constitutes a seat surface portion and a rhino support 104 that supports a thigh of a seated person.
The seat cushion 102 has a pair of cushion side frames 110 that are arranged at intervals in the seat width direction. A seat pan 112 as a structural member made of a sheet metal member is bridged between the front end portions of the pair of cushion side frames 110, and the pair of cushion side frames 110 are connected to each other by the seat pan 112. The rhino support 104 is attached to a seat occupant support side surface 112a of the seat pan 112, that is, a surface facing the seat surface side of the seat cushion 2.
FIG. 9 is an exploded view of the rhino support 104.
The rhino support 104 is configured similarly to the lumbar support 4 described above, and includes a plurality of block members 13 and a fixing member 14.
In the illustrated example, two block members 13 having the same shape are stacked in the thickness direction on the seater support side surface 112a of the seat pan 112 with the length direction aligned in the seat width direction.
Each of the block members 13 has two sets of a convex portion 20 and a concave portion 21, and the two block members 13 to be stacked are such that the convex portion 20 of one block member 13 is the concave portion 21 of the other block member 13. Are stacked by fitting. Relative displacement and relative of two adjacent block members 13 in a plane perpendicular to the stacking direction due to the fitting of the convex portions 20 and the concave portions 21 at two positions between the two block members 13 adjacent in the stacking direction. Rotation is prevented.
The fixing member 14 includes a bolt 22 that is provided by penetrating a plurality of block members 13 in the stacking direction, and a bolt 22 that sandwiches the seat pan 112 and the plurality of block members 13 between the heads of the bolts 22. The plurality of stacked block members 13 are integrally fixed to the seat pan 112.
The plurality of stacked block members 13 are fixed to the seat pan 112 by two fixing members 14. Thereby, the rhino support 104 is attached to the seat pan 112 in a state where the rotation around the one fixing member 14 is blocked by the other fixing member 14.
According to the above rhino support 104, by changing the number of the block members 13 stacked on the seater support side surface 112a of the seat pan 112, the support surface of the rhino support 104, that is, the plurality of block members 13 stacked.
Since the position of the support surface of the rhino support 104 can be flexibly changed by changing the number of the block members 13 to be stacked, the block member can be used for various types of vehicle seats having different support surface positions. 13 can be used in common, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
The configuration of various modified examples of the lumbar support 4 shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 can also be applied to the rhino support 104.
FIG. 10 is an example in which the configuration of the modified example of the lumbar support 4 using a plurality of block members having different widths shown in FIG. 7 is applied to the cy-support 104. The surface can be inclined stepwise so as to have an upward slope toward the front end of the seat cushion 102, and the thigh hold feeling can be enhanced.
The present invention can be applied to a vehicle seat provided with a support attached to a seated person supporting side surface of a structural material spanned between a pair of side frames.
