本发明公开了一种基于场景的拍照装置、方法、计算机存储介质,包括:图像采集单元,配置为采集场景的至少两幅图像;特征提取单元,配置为从所述至少两幅图像中分别提取两个以上图像特征;确定单元,配置为从所述分别提取的两个以上图像特征中确定出优先级最高的图像特征;并根据所述优先级最高的图像特征,确定所述场景的对应摄像参数;所述图像采集单元,还配置为基于所述摄像参数对所述场景中的目标对象进行拍照。
