Abstract

本发明实施例提供了一种信息同步的方法、装置和系统,涉及信息处理技术领域,以解决用户需要手动输入话题名称才能加入话题讨论,操作复杂的问题。技术方案包括:获取当前正在播放的节目信息;判断所述电视上是否有微博账号登录;如果有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息;将所述节目信息和微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得所述微博服务器将所述节目信息发送给所述微博登录信息对应的移动终端。本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以应用在电视等终端设备上,实现快速加入微博讨论的功能。

Description

一种信息同步的方法、装置和系统
本申请要求在2015年11月9日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510759723.4、发明名称为“一种信息同步的方法、装置和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及信息处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种信息同步的方法、装置和系统。
背景技术
随着互联网时代的发展,人们对社交的需求越来越大,目前微博成了人们闲暇时间必不可少的社交工具。用户可以从手机、电视等终端登录微博客户端,通过加入话题讨论、发布个人状态等,实现与他人的社交互动。
现有的微博客户端,用户如果想加入话题讨论,需要按照固定格式,手动输入话题名称,例如:用户想要参与当下热门电视剧《花千骨》的话题讨论时,需要手动输入#花千骨#,才能加入到《花千骨》的讨论组中进行微博互动。
然而,现有技术提供的加入微博话题讨论的方法,用户需要手动输入话题名称,操作复杂。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种信息同步的方法,以解决用户需要手动输入话题名称才能加入话题讨论,操作复杂的问题。
相应的,本发明实施例还提供了一种在信息同步的装置,用以保证上述方法的实现及应用。
相应的,本发明实施例还提供了一种信息同步的系统,用以保证上述方法和装置的实现及应用。
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明实施例公开了一种信息同步的方法,应用在电视上,包括:获取当前正在播放的节目信息;判断所述电视上是否 有微博账号登录;如果有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息;将所述节目信息和微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得所述微博服务器将所述节目信息发送给所述微博登录信息对应的移动终端。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明实施例公开了一种信息同步的方法,应用在移动终端上,包括:接收电视通过微博服务器发送的节目信息;向微博服务器发送获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求;接收并显示所述微博服务器根据所述获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求返回的微博评论。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明实施例公开了一种电视,预先安装有微博客户端,包括:
第一获取模块,用于获取当前正在播放的节目信息;
判断模块,用于判断所述电视上是否有微博账号登录;
第二获取模块,用于如果所述判断模块判断出有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息;
第一发送模块,用于将所述第一获取模块获取的节目信息和所述第二获取模块获取的微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得所述微博服务器将所述节目信息发送给所述微博登录信息对应的移动终端。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明实施例公开了一种移动终端,预先安装有微博客户端,包括:
第一接收模块,用于接收电视通过微博服务器发送的节目信息;
第一发送模块,用于向微博服务器发送获取所述第一接收模块接收的节目信息对应的微博评论请求;
接收显示模块,用于接收并显示所述微博服务器根据所述第一发送模块发送的获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求返回的微博评论。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明实施例公开了一种信息同步的系统,包括:
电视,预先安装有微博客户端,用于获取当前正在播放的节目信息,判断所述电视上是否有微博账号登录,如果有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息,将所述节目信息和微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得所述微博服 务器将所述节目信息发送给所述微博登录信息对应的移动终端;
所述移动终端,预先安装有微博客户端,所述移动终端与所述电视处于同一局域网中,用于接收所述微博服务器发送的节目信息,向所述微博服务器发送获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求,接收并显示所述微博服务器根据所述获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求返回的微博评论。
根据本发明实施例的又一个方面,提供了一种计算机程序,其包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在电子装置上运行时,导致所述电子装置执行上述的信息同步的方法。

本发明实施例的有益效果为:
本发明实施例提供的信息同步的方法、装置和系统,电视能够将当前正在播放的节目信息通过微博服务器发送给移动终端,使得移动终端可以根据该节目信息向微博服务器请求对应的微博评论,用户无需手动输入话题名称即可加入微博话题讨论,操作简单,解决了现有技术用户需要手动输入话题名称才能加入话题讨论,操作复杂的问题。另外,本发明实施例提供的技术方案,用户无需预先知道当前正在播放的节目名称,即可加入其所对应的微博话题讨论,使用更方便,提高了用户的使用体验。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
为了解决用户需要手动输入话题名称才能加入话题讨论,操作复杂的问题,本发明实施例提供一种信息同步的方法、装置和系统。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的信息同步的方法,应用在电视上,包括:
步骤101,获取当前正在播放的节目信息。
在本实施例中,用户可以通过两种方式观看节目:一种是,使用信号源观看节目;另一种是,使用轮播台观看节目。
当用户使用信号源观看节目时,如图2所示,步骤101可以接收电视系统发送的当前正在播放的节目所在的频道名称,根据频道名称,通过电视系统向信号源服务器发送获取当前正在播放的节目对应的节目信息的请求,接收信号源服务器返回的节目信息响应,从节目信息响应中获取当前 正在播放的节目对应的节目信息。
当用户使用轮播台观看节目时,步骤101可以接收轮播台发送的节目广播,从节目广播中获取当前正在播放的节目对应的节目信息。
步骤102,判断电视上是否有微博账号登录。
步骤103,如果有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息。
步骤104,将节目信息和微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得微博服务器将节目信息发送给微博登录信息对应的移动终端。
进一步地,为了解决在电视上通过遥控器手动输入用户名密码登录微博操作复杂度高的问题,如图2所示,本发明实施例提供的信息同步的方法,还可以包括:
步骤105,如果没有微博账号登录,接收同一局域网中的移动终端发送的连接请求。
在本实施例中,步骤105会启动一个后台微博服务WeiboServices,在微博服务中注册一个mHandMessageReceiver广播接收器,用于接收移动终端通过DLNA服务发送的连接请求。
步骤106,根据连接请求向同一局域网中的移动终端发送确认连接响应。
具体地,步骤106对连接请求处理后,发现消息头标记为weibofirst即步骤401接收的连接请求,则将本地的微博客户端的APPKEY(应用秘钥),HASHKEY(哈希签名),PACKAGEKEY(应用包名),SSIDKEY(应用唯一标示),URL(默认连接地址)封装为JSONObject对象并加上letvappinfo的头标记,生成确认连接响应,通过调用Util类的doPost方法将确认连接响应通过DLNA服务发送给移动终端。
步骤107,接收同一局域网中的移动终端根据确认连接响应发送的微博登录信息。
在本实施例中,移动终端接收到确认连接响应后,会将移动终端上已登录微博客户端用户信息UID(用户唯一标识)、ACCESSTOKEN(访问令牌)、EXPIRESIN(登录过期时间)、REFRESHTOKEN(刷新令牌)等微博登录信息封装为JSONObject对象并加上weibosso的头标记,调用JniInterface类的CtrlPointSendMessageByUdn方法通过DLNA服务进行发 送,步骤107可以通过DLNA服务接收移动终端根据确认连接响应发送的微博登录信息。
步骤108,根据微博登录信息登录微博。
步骤108可以对接收到的微博登录信息进行处理,获取消息头为weibosso,即登录移动终端微博客户端的微博登录信息,通过消息中的UID、ACCESSTOKEN、EXPIRESIN、REFRESHTOKEN等用户数据登录本地微博。
进一步地,如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的信息同步的方法,还可以包括:
步骤109,根据预先设置的时间间隔,周期性地向同一局域网中的移动终端发送连接检测报文。
在本实施例中,步骤109会封装一个头标记为letvheat的包含当前时间信息的连接检测报文,通过调用Util类的doPost方法将连接检测报文通过DLNA服务发送给移动终端,以确认移动终端是否扔在局域网中。
在本实施例中,预先设置的时间间隔为1分钟,当然,本实施例并不对时间间隔进行具体的限定,在实际的使用过程中,可以根据需要设定时间间隔,此处不做赘述。
步骤110,如果接收到同一局域网中的移动终端返回的连接检测响应,保持微博登录状态。
在本实施例中,当移动终端还在局域网中时,移动终端的mReveivedMessage在收到连接检测报文后,发现此连接检测报文为以letvheat开头的连接检测报文,移动终端封装一个头标记为weiboheat且包含当前时间信息的连接检测响应,调用JniInterface类的CtrlPointSendMessageByUdn方法通过DLNA服务返回,步骤110通过DLNA服务接收该连接检测响应,从而判断移动终端还在局域网中,保持微博登录状态。
步骤111,如果在预先设置的时间范围内未接收到同一局域网中的移动终端返回的连接检测响应,退出微博登录状态。
在本实施例中,可以预先设置时间范围为3分钟,当步骤111在3分钟 内未接收到移动终端返回的连接检测响应,退出微博登录状态。
需要说明的是,步骤109-111仅是本发明实施例提供的一种自动退出微博登录的方法,在实际的使用过程中也可以通过其他方式退出微博登录,例如:通过设置退出登录按键,接收用户手动输入的退出指令退出微博登录,此处不对每种情况进行一一赘述。
如图4所示,本发明另一实施例还提供一种信息同步的方法,应用在移动终端上,包括:
步骤401,接收电视通过微博服务器发送的节目信息。
步骤402,向微博服务器发送获取节目信息对应的微博评论请求。
在本实施例中,当接收到用户发送的打开微博评论指示,或者查看微博评论指示时,步骤402会向微博服务器发送获取节目信息对应的微博评论请求。
步骤403,接收并显示微博服务器根据获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求返回的微博评论。
进一步地,如图5所示,本发明另一实施例提供的信息同步的方法,还可以包括:
步骤404,获取同一局域网中连接的电视的电视设备信息。
具体地,首先,步骤404判断是否已经连接到局域网中,如果已经连接到局域网中,则步骤404通过调用JniInterface类的CtrlPointStart()方法启动本地数字生活网络联盟(Digital Living Network Alliance,DLNA)服务,在启动DLNA服务后调用JniInterface类CtrlPointGeDeviceList()方法获得所有的连接到同一局域网中启动DLNA服务的设备列表devicelist,同时注册mReveivedMessage广播接收器来接收通过DLNA服务收到的消息;然后,步骤404对设备列表devicelist进行处理,过滤筛选出电视设备信息。
步骤405,根据电视设备信息向同一局域网中连接的电视发送连接请求。
具体地,步骤405可以根据电视设备信息封装一个头标记为weibofirst的消息JSONObject对象,调用JniInterface类的CtrlPointSendMessageByUdn方法通过DLNA服务向电视发送连接请求。
步骤406,接收同一局域网中连接的电视根据连接请求返回的确定连接 响应。
在本实施例中,电视预先安装有微博客户端,电视启动后微博客户端会启动一个后台微博服务WeiboServices,在微博服务中注册一个mHandMessageReceiver广播接收器,用于接收电视通过DLNA服务接收的连接请求,当mHandMessageReceiver收到连接请求并处理后,发现消息头标记为weibofirst即步骤405发送的连接请求,则将电视的微博客户端的APPKEY(应用秘钥),HASHKEY(哈希签名),PACKAGEKEY(应用包名),SSIDKEY(应用唯一标示),URL(默认连接地址)封装为JSONObject对象并加上letvappinfo的头标记,生成确认连接响应,通过调用Util类的doPost方法将确认连接响应通过DLNA服务返回。
步骤407,向同一局域网中连接的电视发送微博登录信息,以使得该电视根据微博登录信息登录微博。
具体地,步骤406在接收到确认连接响应并处理后,获取此消息以letvappinfo开头,即为电视发送来的确认连接响应后,步骤407将已登录微博客户端用户信息UID(用户唯一标识)、ACCESSTOKEN(访问令牌)、EXPIRESIN(登录过期时间)、REFRESHTOKEN(刷新令牌)等微博登录信息封装为JSONObject对象并加上weibosso的头标记,调用JniInterface类的CtrlPointSendMessageByUdn方法通过DLNA服务发送给电视,以使得电视根据微博登录信息登录微博。
进一步地,当步骤404获取的电视设备信息为两个以上时,如图6所示,本发明实施例提供的信息同步的方法,还可以包括:
步骤408,以列表的形式显示电视设备信息。
步骤409,根据用户的连接指示从电视设备信息中获取目标电视设备信息。
则此时,图5所示的步骤405可以替换为步骤405’,向目标电视设备信息对应的电视发送连接请求。
需要说明的是,对于方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明实施例,某些步骤可以采用其他 顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作并不一定是本发明实施例所必须的。

如图7所示,本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端,预先安装有微博客户端,包括:
第一接收模块701,用于接收电视通过微博服务器发送的节目信息。
第一发送模块702,用于向微博服务器发送获取第一接收模块701接收的节目信息对应的微博评论请求;
接收显示模块703,用于接收并显示微博服务器根据第一发送模块702发送的获取节目信息对应的微博评论请求返回的微博评论。

第一获取模块704,用于获取同一局域网中连接的电视的电视设备信息。
第二发送模块705,用于根据第一获取模块704获取的电视设备信息向同一局域网中连接的电视发送连接请求。

第一获取模块1001,用于获取当前正在播放的节目信息。
判断模块1002,用于判断电视上是否有微博账号登录。
第二获取模块1003,用于如果判断模块1002判断出有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息。
第一发送模块1004,用于将第一获取模块1001获取的节目信息和第二获取模块1003获取的微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得微博服务器将节目信息发送给微博登录信息对应的移动终端。
进一步地,如图11所示,本发明实施例提供的电视,还可以包括:
第一接收模块1005,用于如果判断模块1002判断出没有微博账号登录,接收同一局域网中的移动终端发送的连接请求。
第二发送模块1006,用于根据第一接收模块1005接收的连接请求向同一局域网中的移动终端发送确认连接响应。
第二接收模块1007,用于接收同一局域网中的移动终端根据确认连接响 应发送的微博登录信息。

进一步地,移动终端可以与同一局域网中的电视建立连接,并向电视发送微博登录信息,电视可以根据微博登录信息自动登录微博,解决了现有技术在电视上通过遥控器手动输入用户名密码登录微博操作复杂度高的问题。本发明实施例提供的技术方案用户无需在电视上手动输入微博登录信息即可自动登录微博,操作方便,便于使用。
如图13所示,本发明实施例还提供一种信息同步的系统,包括:
电视1301,预先安装有微博客户端,用于获取当前正在播放的节目信息, 判断电视1301上是否有微博账号登录,如果有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息,将节目信息和微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得微博服务器将节目信息发送给微博登录信息对应的移动终端1302;
移动终端1302,预先安装有微博客户端,移动终端1302与电视1301处于同一局域网中,用于接收微博服务器发送的节目信息,向微博服务器发送获取节目信息对应的微博评论请求,接收并显示所述微博服务器根据获取节目信息对应的微博评论请求返回的微博评论。
进一步地,电视1301,还用于如果没有微博账号登录,接收移动终端1302发送的连接请求,根据连接请求向移动终端发送确认连接响应,接收移动终端1302根据确认连接响应发送的微博登录信息,根据微博登录信息登录微博;
移动终端1302,还用于获取电视1301的电视设备信息,根据电视设备信息向电视1301发送连接请求,接收电视1301根据连接请求返回的确定连接响应,向电视1301发送微博登录信息。
进一步地,电视1301,还用于根据预先设置的时间间隔,周期性地向移动终端1302发送连接检测报文,如果接收到移动终端1302返回的连接检测响应,保持微博登录状态,如果在预先设置的时间范围内未接收到移动终端1302返回的连接检测响应,退出微博登录状态。
本发明实施例提供的信息同步的系统的具体实现方法,可以参见如图1-12所示的本发明实施例提供的信息同的方法和装置所述,此处不再赘述。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种信息同步的方法,应用在电视上,其特征在于,包括:
    获取当前正在播放的节目信息;
    判断所述电视上是否有微博账号登录;
    如果有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息;
    将所述节目信息和微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得所述微博服务器将所述节目信息发送给所述微博登录信息对应的移动终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果没有微博账号登录,接收同一局域网中的移动终端发送的连接请求;
    根据所述连接请求向所述同一局域网中的移动终端发送确认连接响应;
    接收所述同一局域网中的移动终端根据所述确认连接响应发送的微博登录信息;
    根据所述微博登录信息登录微博。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据预先设置的时间间隔,周期性地向所述同一局域网中的移动终端发送连接检测报文;
    如果接收到所述同一局域网中的移动终端返回的连接检测响应,保持微博登录状态;
    如果在预先设置的时间范围内未接收到所述同一局域网中的移动终端返回的连接检测响应,退出微博登录状态。
  4. 一种信息同步的方法,应用在移动终端上,其特征在于,包括:
    接收电视通过微博服务器发送的节目信息;
    向微博服务器发送获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求;
    接收并显示所述微博服务器根据所述获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求返回的微博评论。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取同一局域网中连接的电视的电视设备信息;
    根据所述电视设备信息向所述同一局域网中连接的电视发送连接请求;
    接收所述同一局域网中连接的电视根据所述连接请求返回的确定连接响应;
    向所述同一局域网中连接的电视发送微博登录信息,以使得该电视根据所述微博登录信息登录微博。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果所述电视设备信息为两个以上,以列表的形式显示所述电视设备信息;
    根据用户的连接指示从所述电视设备信息中获取目标电视设备信息;
    则所述根据所述电视设备信息向所述同一局域网中连接的电视发送连接请求替换为:
    向所述目标电视设备信息对应的电视发送连接请求。
  7. 一种电视,预先安装有微博客户端,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取当前正在播放的节目信息;
    判断模块,用于判断所述电视上是否有微博账号登录;
    第二获取模块,用于如果所述判断模块判断出有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息;
    第一发送模块,用于将所述第一获取模块获取的节目信息和所述第二获取模块获取的微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得所述微博服务器将所述节目信息发送给所述微博登录信息对应的移动终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电视,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一接收模块,用于如果所述判断模块判断出没有微博账号登录,接收同一局域网中的移动终端发送的连接请求;
    第二发送模块,用于根据所述第一接收模块接收的连接请求向所述同一局域网中的移动终端发送确认连接响应;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述同一局域网中的移动终端根据所述确认连接响应发送的微博登录信息;
    登录模块,用于根据所述第二接收模块接收的微博登录信息登录微博。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电视,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二发送模块,用于根据预先设置的时间间隔,周期性地向所述同一局域网中的移动终端发送连接检测报文;
    第一控制模块,用于如果接收到所述同一局域网中的移动终端返回的连接检测响应,保持微博登录状态;
    第二控制模块,用于如果在预先设置的时间范围内未接收到所述同一局域网中的移动终端返回的连接检测响应,退出微博登录状态。
  10. 一种移动终端,预先安装有微博客户端,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收电视通过微博服务器发送的节目信息;
    第一发送模块,用于向微博服务器发送获取所述第一接收模块接收的节目信息对应的微博评论请求;
    接收显示模块,用于接收并显示所述微博服务器根据所述第一发送模块发送的获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求返回的微博评论。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取同一局域网中连接的电视的电视设备信息;
    第二发送模块,用于根据所述第一获取模块获取的电视设备信息向所述同一局域网中连接的电视发送连接请求;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述同一局域网中连接的电视根据所述第二发送模块发送的连接请求返回的确定连接响应;
    第三发送模块,用于向所述同一局域网中连接的电视发送微博登录信息,以使得该电视根据所述微博登录信息登录微博。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    显示模块,用于如果所述第一获取模块获取的电视设备信息为两个以上,以列表的形式显示所述电视设备信息;
    第二获取模块,用于根据用户的连接指示从所述显示模块显示的电视设备信息中获取目标电视设备信息;
    则所述第二发送模块,还用于向所述第二获取模块获取的目标电视设备信息对应的电视发送连接请求。
  13. 一种信息同步的系统,其特征在于,包括:
    电视,预先安装有微博客户端,用于获取当前正在播放的节目信息,判断所述电视上是否有微博账号登录,如果有微博账号登录获取微博登录信息,将所述节目信息和微博登录信息发送给微博服务器,以使得所述微博服务器将所述节目信息发送给所述微博登录信息对应的移动终端;
    所述移动终端,预先安装有微博客户端,所述移动终端与所述电视处于同一局域网中,用于接收所述微博服务器发送的节目信息,向所述微博服务器发送获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求,接收并显示所述微博服务器根据所述获取所述节目信息对应的微博评论请求返回的微博评论。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述电视,还用于如果没有微博账号登录,接收所述移动终端发送的连接请求,根据所述连接请求向所述移动终端发送确认连接响应,接收所述移动终端根据所述确认连接响应发送的微博登录信息,根据所述微博登录信息登录微博;
    所述移动终端,还用于获取所述电视的电视设备信息,根据所述电视设备信息向所述电视发送连接请求,接收所述电视根据所述连接请求返回的确定连接响应,向所述电视发送微博登录信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述电视,还用于根据预先设置的时间间隔,周期性地向所述移动终端发送连接检测报文,如果接收到所述移动终端返回的连接检测响应,保持微博登录状态,如果在预先设置的时间范围内未接收到所述移动终端返回的连接检测响应,退出微博登录状态。
  16. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在电子装置上运行时,导致所述电子装置执行根据权利要求1-6中的任一个所述的方法。
  17. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求16所述的计算机程序。
