本申请涉及一种读卡装置以及便携式设备。该读卡装置包括:装置本体,装置本体设有凹槽,装置本体设有第一表面;PCB板,PCB板设于装置本体内;弹片,弹片设于凹槽内,弹片的一端固定于凹槽的内壁,且与PCB板信号连接,弹片的另一端为自由端;自由端的中部弯曲并凸出于第一表面,以形成接触点;自由端的末端位于第一表面以下。该便携式设备设有本申请提供的读卡装置。本申请的目的是解决现有读卡装置的数码卡钩、挂弹片,造成读卡装置损坏的技术问题。实用新型的一个用途是用于便携式设备中,以读取数码卡。

读卡装置以及便携式设备
本申请要求申请日为:2015年11月13日,申请号为:201520906707.9,名称为:“读卡装置以及便携式设备”的中国专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本申请涉及通信传输技术领域,更具体地,本申请涉及一种读卡装置以及便携式设备。
背景技术
便携式设备的硬件中一般都读取数码卡(如SIM卡、Micro SD卡等)的读卡装置。现有的读卡装置由于弹片的末端悬空,接触弹片高出读卡装置的固定结构,在用户使用手工剪切卡片或数码卡转换卡套情况时,易出现数码卡钩、挂弹片的现象,甚至使弹片拉断导致读卡装置被破坏,造成失效。
发明内容
本申请的一个目的是解决现有读卡装置的数码卡钩、挂弹片,造成读卡装置损坏的技术问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供一种读卡装置,该读卡装置包括:
装置本体,所述装置本体设有凹槽,所述装置本体设有第一表面;
PCB板,所述PCB板设于所述装置本体内;
弹片,所述弹片设于所述凹槽内,所述弹片的一端固定于所述凹槽的内壁,且与所述PCB板信号连接,所述弹片的另一端为自由端;所述自由端的中部弯曲并凸出于所述第一表面,以形成接触点;所述自由端的末端位于所述第一表面以下。
可选地,所述凹槽为3个,所述弹片为3个且分别设于所述凹槽中。
可选地,所述弹片的材质为铜合金或者铝合金。
可选地,所述弹片一体成型。
可选地,所述装置本体还设有壳体。
可选地,所述壳体的材质为塑胶、硅胶或者塑料。
可选地,所述壳体一体注塑成型。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供一种便携式设备,所述便携式设备设有本申请提供的所述读卡装置。
本申请的一个技术效果在于,该读卡装置的弹片设置在所述装置本体的凹槽内,所述弹片的自由端的中部弯曲并凸出于所述第一表面,形成接触点,以进行数据传输。所述自由端的末端位于所述第一表面以下,可以有效的防止使用手工剪切卡片或数码卡转换卡套时,出现数码卡钩、挂弹片的现象,避免了读卡装置被破坏。

本申请提供一种读卡装置,参照图1-2,该装置包括:装置本体2、PCB板(未示出)和弹片1。装置本体2设有凹槽201,装置本体2还设有第一表面。PCB板设于所述装置本体2内。本领域技术人员可以理解,用于读卡装置的PCB板,具有读取数码卡的数据的功能和/或具有传输电力的功能,其结构和尺寸可以根据需要进行设计,对此本申请不做限定。弹片1设于凹槽201内,进一步地,为了安装方便,弹片1的一端固定于凹槽201的内壁,且与PCB板信号连接。弹片1的另一端为自由端,自由端的中部弯曲并凸出于第一表面,以形成接触点101。触点101与外部连接器进行连接,以传输数据或者传输电力。自由端的末端102位于第一表面以下。由于自由端的末端102不是凸出于装置本体2,而是在凹槽201内,所以在使用手工剪切卡片或数码卡转换卡套时,自由端不易与数码卡或者卡套产生钩、挂现象。
需要说明的是,使用时,数码卡与读卡装置配合安装。接触点101凸出于第一表面,直接与数码卡的读取部接触。实现数据传输、通信传输或者电力传输。由于自由端的末端102位于第一表面以下,使用手工剪切卡片或数码卡转换卡套时,卡片或者数码卡不会钩、挂住末端102,有效避免了读卡装置被破坏。
为了提高传输速度并提高弹片1的使用寿命,凹槽201为3个,弹片1为3个且分别设于凹槽201中。弹片1的材质为铜合金或者铝合金。当然,本领域技术人员可以根据需要采用其他导体,对此本申请不做限定。三个弹片1分别与PCB板信号连接。为了简化加工工艺并保证结构稳定, 弹片1一体成型。
为了保护读卡装置,装置本体2还设有壳体。壳体的材质为塑胶、硅胶或者塑料。为了简化加工工艺,制造时,先将弹片1与PCB板连接完毕,再放入磨具中,采用注塑方法将壳体注塑成型。当然,壳体也可单独制造,再与装置本体2进行组装,对此本申请不做限定。
本申请还提供一种便携式设备,该便携式设备设有本申请提供的所述读卡装置。该读卡装置与便携式设备信号连接,以传输数据、电力或者信号。该便携式设备具有传输效果好,使用寿命长的优点。
虽然已经通过示例对本申请的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本申请的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本申请的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本申请的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种读卡装置,其特征在于,包括:
    装置本体(2),所述装置本体(2)设有凹槽(201),所述装置本体(2)设有第一表面;
    PCB板,所述PCB板设于所述装置本体(2)内;
    弹片(1),所述弹片(1)设于所述凹槽(201)内,所述弹片(1)的一端固定设于所述凹槽(201)的内壁,且与所述PCB板信号连接,所述弹片(1)的另一端为自由端;所述自由端的中部弯曲并凸出于所述第一表面,以形成接触点(101);所述自由端的末端(102)位于所述第一表面以下。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的读卡装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽(201)为3个,所述弹片(1)为3个且分别设于所述凹槽(201)中。
  3. 根据权利要求1或者2所述的读卡装置,其特征在于,所述弹片(1)的材质为铜合金或者铝合金。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中的任意一项所述的读卡装置,其特征在于,所述弹片(1)一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中的任意一项所述的读卡装置,其特征在于,所述装置本体(2)还设有壳体。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中的任意一项所述的读卡装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的材质为塑胶、硅胶或者塑料。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中的任意一项所述的读卡装置,其特征在于,所述壳体一体注塑成型。
  8. 一种便携式设备,其特征在于,所述便携式设备设有如权利要求1-7中的任意一项所述的读卡装置。
