Abstract
A non-phosphor passivation agent is disclosed. The non-phosphor passivation agent comprises a water-soluble polycarboxylacids polymer and a non-phosphor corrosion inhibitor. The water-soluble polycarboxylacids polymer comprises polymaleic acid, and the non-phosphor corrosion inhibitor comprises water-soluble zinc salt. Use of the non-phosphor passivation agent for performing passivation on metal is also disclosed.
