Description

喷雾装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种农业生产装置,具体是一种喷雾装置。
背景技术
喷雾器是喷雾器材的简称,喷雾器是利用空吸作用将药水或其他液体变成雾状,均匀地喷射到其他物体上的器具,由压缩空气的装置和细管、喷嘴等组成,随着国家对三农的重视,也来越多先进技术使用到农业生产中,喷雾器的使用提高了人们多害虫控制和提高农作物收成,喷药时,放在地上打足气,再背在身后,等气耗尽,药液雾面变小了,再放在地上打足气,再背起……。如此反复,耗力费时,半天打不了几桶药,这种喷雾器工作效率低,并且耗费大量物力。因此,针对上述问题而设计了一种喷雾装置。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种喷雾装置,具有结构紧凑,工作效率高,使用寿命久等优点,通过优化整体结构,满足不同使用要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种喷雾装置,包括加压阀门、罐体、过滤装置、入水管、喷头、调节阀、输出导管、旋转机构、启动按钮、推杆、底板和滑轮,所述底板下端设置滑轮,所述底板上端设置罐体和推杆,所述罐体侧端面设置过滤装置,所述过滤装置上端设置入水管,所述罐体内侧下端设置加压阀门,所述罐体上端活动连接旋转机构,位于旋转机构与罐体连接处设置启动按钮,所述旋转机构上端面穿过输出导管,所述输出导管水平中心处设置调节阀,所述输出导管前端设置喷头。
进一步,所述推杆下端连接加压阀门。
进一步,所述旋转机构旋转角度设置为360°。
进一步,所述输出导管下端设置在罐体内侧且与加压阀门平齐。
进一步,所述喷头呈E字形且水平设置在输出导管前端。
本发明的有益效果是:该种喷雾装置推杆下端连接加压阀门通过手动就可以控制喷出农药流量,所述旋转机构旋转角度设置为360°,不需要调整姿势就可以360°进行喷药,所述输出导管下端设置在罐体内侧且与加压阀门平齐,最大限度将罐体的药液处理掉便于清洗,所述喷头呈E字形且水平设置在输出导管前端,提高原有单一喷头工作效率,并且该种种喷雾装置,操作简单,工作效率高,使用寿命久,适合推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示:本发明实施例的喷雾装置包括加压阀门1、罐体2、过滤装置3、入水管4、喷头5、调节阀6、输出导管7、旋转机构8、启动按钮9、推杆10、底板11和滑轮12,所述底板11下端设置滑轮12,所述底板11上端设置罐体2和推杆10,所述罐体2侧端面设置过滤装置3,所述过滤装置3上端设置入水管4,所述罐体2内侧下端设置加压阀门1,所述罐体2上端活动连接旋转机构8,位于旋转机构8与罐体2连接处设置启动按钮9,所述旋转机构8上端面穿过输出导管7,所述输出导管7水平中心处设置调节阀6,所述输出导管7前端设置喷头5。
作为本发明的优化技术方案:所述推杆10下端连接加压阀门1,所述旋转机构8旋转角度设置为360°,所述输出导管7下端设置在罐体2内侧且与加压阀门1平齐,所述喷头5呈E字形且水平设置在输出导管7前端。
作为本发明的使用注意事项:使用前注意检查罐体是否有漏气,检查完毕将配好的药液通过入水管灌入罐体,此时启动启动按钮9,等2~3分钟,旋开输出管道上端调节阀6,并且调整喷头合理的角度,在必要的可以通过推杆调整,通过推杆位移,可以通过旋转机构8旋转合理的角度即可特定位置进行喷雾。 使用完毕后再次按下启动按钮,清洗罐体内部。

  1. 一种喷雾装置,其中:包括加压阀门、罐体、过滤装置、入水管、喷头、调节阀、输出导管、旋转机构、启动按钮、推杆、底板和滑轮,所述底板下端设置滑轮,所述底板上端设置罐体和推杆,所述罐体侧端面设置过滤装置,所述过滤装置上端设置入水管,所述罐体内侧下端设置加压阀门,所述罐体上端活动连接旋转机构,位于旋转机构与罐体连接处设置启动按钮,所述旋转机构上端面穿过输出导管,所述输出导管水平中心处设置调节阀,所述输出导管前端设置喷头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾装置,其中:所述推杆下端连接加压阀门。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾装置,其中:所述旋转机构旋转角度设置为360°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾装置,其中:所述输出导管下端设置在罐体内侧且与加压阀门平齐。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾装置,其中:所述喷头呈E字形且水平设置在输出导管前端。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种喷雾装置,其中:所述喷头呈E字形且水平设置在输出导管前端。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种喷雾装置,其中:所述喷头呈E字形且水平设置在输出导管前端。
