农业灌溉装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种灌溉装置,具体是一种适用于农业灌溉的灌溉装置,属于农业设备技术领域。
背景技术
农业灌溉的水泵功率较大,需要提供电力资源,通常情况下我国广大农村需要灌溉的地域距离农电网较远,需要搭建专线,不仅麻烦而且还消耗大量的电力资源,所以大多数的人都是使用蓄电池来进行动力传输,由于蓄电池蓄电成本较高,且几年就要更换一次,这样极大地浪费了电力和人力,因此,针对上述问题而设计了一种农业灌溉装置。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种农业灌溉装置,具有结构紧凑、节约成本、使用简单方便等优点,通过优化整体结构,满足不同使用要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种农业灌溉装置,包括太阳能电池板、智能集成控制箱、水泵、总流量计、发电机、水管、副流量计、灌溉控制阀、夜光LED灯和灌溉器,所述太阳能电池板通过固定架固定安装在朝阳的安置台上;所述智能集成控制箱通过导线接收太阳能电池板产生的电量;所述发电机和智能集成控制箱通过导线相连接;所述水管一端连接在水泵上;所述总流量计安装在水管的主管上;所述副流量计安装在水管的支管上;所述灌溉控制阀安装在水管的支管上,并位于副流量计的一侧;所述夜光LED灯设置在副流量计和灌溉控制阀上;所述灌溉器设置在水管的尾部上。
进一步,所述太阳能电池板上安装有阳光自动跟踪装置。
进一步,所述智能集成控制箱点对点控制水泵、总流量计、副流量计、灌溉控制阀和夜光LED灯。
进一步,在所述水泵的进水口和/或出水口安装有自动反冲洗过滤器。
进一步,在所述水管的每个支管上都设置有若干灌溉器,在灌溉器上设置有若干出水孔。
进一步,所述夜光LED灯的背部设置有粘胶。
本发明的有益效果是:该农业灌溉装置的太阳能电池板上安装有阳光自动跟踪装置,能极大地利用太阳能;所述智能集成控制箱点对点控制水泵、总流量计、副流量计、灌溉控制阀和夜光LED灯,使整体结构更加合理;在所述水泵的进水口和/或出水口安装有自动反冲洗过滤器,使水中的杂质不会进入管道影响出水;在所述每个分支水管上都设置有若干灌溉器,在灌溉器上设置有若干出水孔,所述出水孔为斜向下的锥形孔,使灌溉效率更加高效,同时斜向下的锥形孔能够更好的使水渗入地下植物根部;所述夜光LED灯的背部设置有粘胶,可以方便的将LED灯粘贴在各处;所述连接弯管和灌溉器是贯通连接,且连接弯管的管口朝向灌溉器,使有连接弯管出来的水不会受到上层覆盖物的影响,并且该农业灌溉装置结构紧凑,节约成本,使用简单方便,适合推广使用。

如图1至图3所示:一种农业灌溉装置,包括太阳能电池板1、智能集成控制箱2、水泵3、总流量计4、发电机5、水管6、副流量计7、灌溉控制阀8、夜光LED灯9和灌溉器10,所述太阳能电池板1通过固定架固定安装在朝阳的 安置台上;所述智能集成控制箱2通过导线接收太阳能电池板1产生的电量;所述发电机5和智能集成控制箱2通过导线相连接;所述水管6一端连接在水泵3上;所述总流量计4安装在水管6的主管上;所述副流量计7安装在水管6的支管上;所述灌溉控制阀8安装在水管6的支管上,并位于副流量计7的一侧;所述夜光LED灯9设置在副流量计7和灌溉控制阀8上;所述灌溉器10设置在水管6的尾部上。
连接弯管11固定安装在灌溉器10上。较佳地,该连接弯管11固定在灌溉器10的至少一个侧壁,且其管口朝向且正对灌溉器10的侧壁或底壁,通过朝灌溉器10喷射高压水流可以使自灌溉器10的侧壁反向溅射,水流均匀性提高,同时,还能提高灌溉的面积,不仅仅是将灌溉范围局限于灌溉器10正下方。如管口朝向侧壁则连接弯管11喷出的水流被朝四周大范围均匀溅射以保证灌溉范围;如管口朝向底壁则连接弯管11喷出的水流被朝四周小范围溅射并补充灌溉器10正下方的给水。
作为本发明的优化技术方案:所述太阳能电池板1上安装有阳光自动跟踪装置;所述智能集成控制箱2点对点控制水泵3、总流量计4、副流量计7、灌溉控制阀8和夜光LED灯9;在所述水泵3的进水口和/或出水口安装有自动反冲洗过滤器;在所述水管6的每个支管上都设置有若干灌溉器10,在灌溉器10上设置有若干出水孔,所述出水孔为斜向下的锥形孔;所述夜光LED灯9的背部设置有粘胶;所述连接弯管11和灌溉器10是贯通连接,且连接弯管11的管口朝向灌溉器10。
具体实施方式:使用时,先将各系统安装好,把灌溉器安装在需要灌溉的区域内,将太阳能电池板安装在朝向太阳的方向,适当倾斜一个角度,智能集成控制箱对整体进行控制,发电机在太阳能不足时提供续航能力,夜光LED灯则可以在夜间起到照明和提供灌溉控制阀安装位置点,使使用者可以根据夜光LED灯快速找到灌溉控制阀,并对阀门进行控制,节约了时间,而且可以将夜光LED灯粘贴在不同的地方,使之拥有不同的功能,比如可以给植物增加额外的照明,吸引虫子为植物授粉等。
