Abstract

瓶口封阻结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓶口封阻结构,特别是在一瓶状容器的瓶口附近设置至少两个具有密封效果的封阻结构,可在瓶口附近形成一两端都密封的封阻区,以避免外界污染物进入该封阻区的一种瓶口封阻结构。
背景技术
目前,厂商在制造与销售液态商品时,普遍是以瓶状容器、塑胶袋、或是俗称乐利杯的纸盒容器来加以密封与包装,以方便储存、运输及销售。由于以塑胶、玻璃或金属材质所制成的瓶状容器在搭配瓶盖的使用时,可具有重复开关瓶盖的功能,且允许没一次用完的液态商品可继续被保存于瓶状容器内留待下次使用,不像塑胶袋或纸盒容器有一打开就必须把其内的液态商品使用完的缺点;所以,瓶状容器很普遍被使用于容纳可供人引用的饮料、水等液态商品。而为了维护这类饮料或水的品质,厂商都会在瓶状容器的瓶口处设置瓶口封阻结构,以避免外界污染物进入,进而维持饮料品质与延长保存期限。然而,目前所有市面上可见的瓶状容器,尤其是用来容纳供人引用的饮料、水等液态商品的瓶状容器,其现有的瓶口封阻结构都只考虑到避免外界污染物进入瓶状容器「内部」的功能,却没考虑到瓶口外附近区域的密封与清洁效果。由于一般人在打开瓶状容器的瓶盖后,常常会直接以口接触瓶状容器的瓶口的方式来喝其内所容纳的饮料,倘若瓶口外附近区域不够干净的话,就很容易将沾染于瓶口外的污染物或病菌喝下肚。
请参阅图1所示,为现有瓶盖盖合于一现有瓶状容器的瓶口时的剖面示意图。其中,该现有瓶盖1包括:一内底面11以及一内螺纹12,且该瓶盖1通过该内螺纹12螺合于该一现有瓶状容器的一瓶口2的一外螺纹21上,并通过该内底面11将该瓶口2上的一开口处22进行封闭,达到密封止漏的效果。这样的密封结构虽能保持瓶状容器「内部」的密封状态,但是对位于瓶口2外附近区域(例如外螺纹21处)却完全没有任何密封效果。倘若如图1所示的现有瓶状容器在储存、运输或展售等过程中沾染到外界污染物时,例如但不局限 于:遇到淹水或是沾染灰尘或泥巴等等,这些外界污染物或病菌可能会由瓶盖1底端的缝隙进入并附着于接近瓶口2的外螺纹21处。一旦有人打开瓶盖1并直接以口接触瓶状容器的瓶口2的方式来喝其内所容纳的饮料的话,就会也把附着于接近瓶口2的外螺纹21处的污染物或病菌也一并喝下肚子,故而有待进一步改良。
此外,一般消费者常不会一次将现有瓶状容器内的饮料完全喝完,而是依照生理需求分段取用。此时反复的开关该现有瓶盖1也可能会导致异物(细菌、病菌)容易由瓶盖底端的缝隙处侵入并附着于接近瓶口2的外螺纹21处,甚至进入瓶内造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是在于提供一种瓶口封阻结构,可在一瓶状容器的瓶口附近设置至少两个具有密封效果的封阻结构,因而在瓶口附近形成一两端都密封的封阻区,以避免外界污染物进入并污染瓶口外附近区域,确保当有人打开瓶盖并直接以口接触瓶状容器的瓶口的方式来喝其内所容纳的饮料的时候,不会喝到外界污染物。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种瓶口封阻结构,设置于一瓶状容器的一瓶口上,该瓶状容器并具有一瓶盖、一瓶身以及延伸于该瓶口与该瓶身之间的一瓶颈部;该瓶盖可盖合于至少该瓶状容器的该瓶口处,且该瓶盖并具有一盖底以及自该盖底的周缘垂直延伸且呈环状的一盖墙部;其特征在于,该瓶口封阻结构包括有:
一第一封阻结构,位于该瓶盖的该盖底的一内侧底面与该瓶口之间,该第一封阻结构可在该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候使该瓶盖的该内侧底面与该瓶口的接触处形成密合状态;以及
一第二封阻结构,位于该瓶盖的该盖墙部与该瓶颈部之间,该第二封阻结构可在该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候使该瓶盖的该盖墙部的一特定部分与该瓶颈部的接触处形成密合状态;
其中,该第一封阻结构与该第二封阻结构可在当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,在该瓶状容器上且位于该第一封阻结构与该第二封阻结构之间的区域形成一两端都密封的封阻区,以避免外界污染物进入该封阻区。
在本发明的一实施例中,该第一封阻结构包括有设置于该盖底的该内侧底面的一第一密封片,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该第一密封片可密合该瓶口的一开口处以形成密合状态。该第二封阻结构包括有:形成于该瓶盖的该盖墙部的末端的一盖缘端、形成于该瓶颈部的一第一凸缘部、以及设置于该第一凸缘部上的一第二密封片,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该瓶盖的该盖墙部的该盖缘端压迫于该第二密封片以形成密合状态。
在本发明的一实施例中,在该瓶颈部的外表面设有一外螺纹,且在该盖墙部的内表面设有与该外螺纹对应锁合的内螺纹;凭借将该瓶盖的该盖墙部内表面的该内螺纹与该瓶颈部外表面的该外螺纹相互螺合,可将该第一封阻结构的该第一密封片紧密压合于该瓶口的该开口处;此外,该第二封阻结构的该盖缘端也将该第二密封片紧密压制于该第一凸缘部上。
在本发明的一实施例中,该第一密封片与该第二密封片分别具有一预设的厚度,且分别是具有弹性的材质所构成,而该第二密封片的厚度大于该第一密封片的厚度。
在本发明的一实施例中,该第一密封片是一圆形片体;该第二密封片是一环体,可圈附于该瓶颈部的外围并放置该第一凸缘部上。
在本发明的一实施例中,该瓶口封阻结构更包括有一第三封阻结构,该第三封阻结构包括有:一第二凸缘部形成于该瓶颈部外表面且位于该第一凸缘部与该瓶口之间、一第三密封片设置于该第二凸缘部上、以及一凸出环形成于该盖墙部的内表面上且位于该盖缘端与该盖底之间;当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该第三封阻结构的该凸出环也会将该第三密封片紧密压制于该第二凸缘部以形成密合状态。
在本发明的一实施例中,该第三密封片为一环体,可圈附于该瓶颈部外并放置于该第二凸缘部上,并且,该第二凸缘部的直径小于该第一凸缘部的直径。
在本发明的一实施例中,该瓶口封阻结构更包括有一断开结构位于该瓶盖的该盖墙部与该瓶颈部之间;其中,
该断开结构包括:形成于该瓶盖的该盖墙部上的复数个断开点以及一U形环状止回爪;
该第一封阻结构包括有形成于该盖底的该内侧底面的一第一封阻圈,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该第一封阻圈可密合该瓶口的一开口处以形成密 合状态;以及
该第二封阻结构包括有:形成于该瓶盖的该盖墙部的一第二封阻圈、以及形成于该瓶颈部的一第三凸缘部,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该瓶盖的该盖墙部的该第二封阻圈压迫于该第三凸缘部以形成密合状态;
当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该U形环状止回爪通过该复数个断开点卡附于形成于该瓶颈部的一第四凸缘部以达到令该U形环状止回爪有止回的效果;
当扭转开启该瓶盖时,可将该第一封阻圈与该第二封阻圈分别脱离该开口处与该第三凸缘部,且更于开启该瓶盖的同时,该复数个断开点均会因受到旋转时的扭力而被拉断,令该断开结构的该U形环状止回爪与该瓶盖的该盖墙部分开成为独立的元件,进而使该U形环状止回爪单独留置于该第四凸缘部处。
在本发明的一实施例中,该瓶盖包括有:一外盖及一内盖,该外盖包括开口状的一环形卡合部,该内盖包括一第一封阻圈以及一第二封阻圈。该瓶状容器的该瓶口及该瓶颈部均无螺纹的设置,在该瓶颈部形成有一凹环部。该内盖为具有弹性材质的盖体,其至少套附于该瓶口及该瓶颈部的该凹环部的外围,使该瓶口被该内盖的该第一封阻圈所包覆以形成该第一封阻结构,以及使该瓶颈部的该凹环部被该内盖的该第二封阻圈所包覆以形成该第二封阻结构,令该第一封阻圈以及该第二封阻圈可以同时达到密封的功能。该外盖是以相对较硬材质所制成,而该内盖的硬度则小于该外盖的硬度。
在本发明的一实施例中,在该瓶颈部的该凹环部处更设置有一凹环部封阻圈,该凹环部封阻圈也受到该内盖的该第二封阻圈弹性压合而达到密封的效果,且该凹环部封阻圈的硬度小于或等于该内盖的硬度。
在本发明的一实施例中,该第一封阻结构包括有形成于该盖底的该内侧底面的一第一封阻圈以及设置于该盖底的该内侧底面上的一第一密封片,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该第一封阻圈会压迫该第一密封片使其密合该瓶口的一开口处以形成密合状态。该第二封阻结构包括有:形成于该瓶盖的该盖墙部的一第二封阻圈、形成于该瓶颈部的一凹环部、以及设置于该凹环部上的一第二密封片,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该瓶盖的该第二封阻圈将该第二密封片压迫于该凹环部内以形成密合状态。于该瓶盖的该盖墙部上更设置包括有一扭开结构,该扭开结构具有一舌片以及沿着该舌片延伸的至少一预压 痕;凭借将一T形的开瓶器结合该舌片后扭转该开瓶器,可将该舌片卷曲缠绕在该开瓶器上,进而将位于该盖墙部上的该预压痕加以撕裂,达到松开该第二封阻结构并进一步往上卷提该开瓶器便可同时松开该第一封阻结构且一并将该瓶盖顺势脱离该瓶口。

具体实施方式
为了能更清楚地描述本发明所提出的瓶口封阻结构,以下将配合图式详细 说明的。
请参阅图2、图3所示,图2、图3分别为本发明瓶口封阻结构第一较佳实施例的剖面分解、及剖面组合示意图。其中,本发明第一较佳实施例的瓶口封阻结构,主要设置于一瓶状容器的一瓶口4上。该瓶状容器并具有一瓶盖3、一瓶身49以及延伸于该瓶口4与该瓶身49之间的一瓶颈部43。该瓶盖3可盖合于至少该瓶状容器的该瓶口4与该瓶颈部43处,且该瓶盖3并具有一盖底301以及自该盖底301的周缘垂直延伸且呈环状的一盖墙部302。
于本发明的第一较佳实施例中,该瓶口封阻结构至少包括有:一第一封阻结构31、以及一第二封阻结构32。该第一封阻结构31是位于该瓶盖3的该盖底301的一内侧底面311与该瓶口4之间,该第一封阻结构31可在该瓶盖3结合于该瓶口4上的时候使该瓶盖3的该内侧底面311与该瓶口4的接触处形成密合状态。该第二封阻结构32是位于该瓶盖3的该盖墙部302与该瓶颈部43之间,该第二封阻结构32可在该瓶盖3结合于该瓶口4上的时候使该瓶盖3的该盖墙部302的一特定部分与该瓶颈部43的接触处形成密合状态。如此,该第一封阻结构31与该第二封阻结构32可在当该瓶盖3结合于该瓶口4上的时候,在该瓶状容器上且位于该第一封阻结构31与该第二封阻结构32之间的区域形成一两端都密封的封阻区,以避免外界污染物进入该封阻区。就算是把瓶盖3先打开后再盖合回瓶口4时,该第一封阻结构31与该第二封阻结构32同样可在该瓶口4外附近区域形成该两端都密封的封阻区,以避免外界污染物自瓶盖3底端进入该封阻区而弄脏瓶口外附近区域,也因而进一步使外界污染物更难以进入瓶状容器内部。
该第一封阻结构31包括有设置于该盖底301的该内侧底面311的一第一密封片312,当该瓶盖3结合于该瓶口4上的时候,该盖底301的该内侧底面311会压迫该第一密封片312于该瓶口4的一开口处42以形成密合状态。
该第二封阻结构32包括有:形成于该瓶盖3的该盖墙部302的末端的一盖缘端321、形成于该瓶颈部43且系凸出环绕瓶颈部43的一第一凸缘部431、以及设置于该第一凸缘部431上表面的一中空环状的第二密封片322,当该瓶盖3结合于该瓶口4上的时候,该瓶盖3的该盖墙部302下端的该盖缘端321压迫于该第二密封片322以形成密合状态。
于该瓶颈部43的外表面设有一外螺纹41,且在该盖墙部302的内表面设 有与该外螺纹411对应锁合的内螺纹34。凭借将该瓶盖3的该盖墙部302内表面的该内螺纹34与该瓶颈部43外表面的该外螺纹41相互旋转螺合,可将该第一封阻结构31的该第一密封片312紧密压合于该瓶口4的该开口处42。此外,该第二封阻结构32的该盖缘端321也将该第二密封片322紧密压制于该第一凸缘部431上。
相反之,当该瓶口封阻结构通过该瓶盖3的该内螺纹34与该瓶颈部43的该外螺纹41以逆时针方式相互旋转松开时,该第一密封片312会紧贴附着于该内侧底面311而远离该瓶口4的上端该开口处42;同时,该盖缘端321也脱离附着于该第一凸缘部431上的该第二密封片322,以达到该第一封阻结构31以及该第二封阻结构32形成同步开启的目的。于另一实施例中,当旋转开启瓶盖3时,会先开启第二封阻结构32后再开启第一封阻结构31的状态。
其中,于本发明第一较佳实施例中,该第一密封片312是一圆形片体,并夹和于该瓶盖3的盖底301的内侧底面311与该瓶口4的开口处42两者之间。该第二密封片322是一中空环体,可圈附于该瓶口4的瓶颈部43外围并放置该第一凸缘部431上,且该第二密封片322之中央圆孔的内径系略小于该瓶颈部的该外螺纹41的螺纹顶峰处的外径。该第一密封片312与该第二密封片322分别具有一预设的厚度F1、F2,且分别是具有弹性的材质所构成,而该第二密封片322的厚度F2大于该第一密封片312的厚度F1(也就是F2>F1)。
也就是说,当瓶盖3通过该内螺纹34螺合于该瓶口4的瓶颈部43的该外螺纹41上时,瓶盖3的该盖底301的该内侧底面311可紧密压迫该第一密封片312并因此将该瓶口4的上端该开口处42进行封闭,此时该第一封阻结构31将完全处于密封状态。此时,该盖缘端321也同时将该第二密封片322紧密压制于该瓶颈部43所凸出延伸的该第一凸缘部431,以将该第二封阻结构32进行完全密封状态。换句话说,该瓶口4由于搭配了本发明的瓶口封阻结构的关系,因此至少拥有了该第一封阻结构31、以及该第二封阻结构32两个独立且相距一适当距离的阻隔区段(也即,上下两端都密封的封阻区),以进一步确保瓶外异物或细菌不会由该瓶盖3的该内螺纹34与该瓶口4的该外螺纹41底端相互螺合处加以侵入,而造成该封阻区的污染。
以下所述的本发明其他较佳实施例中,因大部份的元件是相同或类似于前述实施例,故相同的元件与结构以下将不再赘述,且相同的元件将直接给予相 同的名称及编号,并对于类似的元件则给予相同名称但在原编号后另增加一英文字母以资区别且不予赘述,合先叙明。
请参阅图4所示,为本发明瓶口封阻结构的第二较佳实施例剖面组合示意图。其中,本发明第二较佳实施例的瓶口封阻结构大体上与图2、图3所述的第一较佳实施例类似,而此第二较佳实施例与第一较佳实施例不同点在于,于图4所示的此第二较佳实施例中,该瓶口封阻结构3a更包括有:一第三封阻结构33,位于该第一封阻结构31与该第二封阻结构32之间。该瓶口封阻结构3a包括:一第二凸缘部432形成于该瓶颈部43外表面且位于该第一凸缘部431与该瓶口4a之间、一第三密封片332设置于该第二凸缘部432上、以及一凸出环331形成于该盖墙部302的内表面上且位于该盖缘端321与该盖底301之间。当该瓶盖3a结合于该瓶口4a上的时候,除了该第一、第二封阻结构31、32分别达到密封状态之外,该第三封阻结构33的该凸出环331也会将该第三密封片332紧密压制于该第二凸缘部432以形成密合状态。也就是说,于本发明第二较佳实施例中,该第二凸缘部432是于该瓶颈部43上呈环状凸起的一环状体,并位于该瓶口4a的该外螺纹41与该第一凸缘部431之间,同时提供该第三密封片332予以放置,且该第二凸缘部432的直径D2小于该第一凸缘部431的直径D1(D2<D1)。
其中,该第一密封片312是一圆形片体,该第二密封片322以及该第三密封片332分别为一中空环体,可分别圈附于该瓶口4a的外围并分别放置该第一凸缘部431以及该二凸缘部432上。该第一密封片312与该第二密封片322以及该第三密封片332分别具有一预设的厚度F1、F2、F3,且分别是具有弹性的材质所构成,而该第二密封片322的厚度F2分别大于该第一密封片312的厚度F1,或是大于或等于该第三密封片332的厚度F3(F2>F1,F2≥F3)。
换句话说,当瓶盖3a通过该内螺纹34螺合锁紧于该瓶口4a的该外螺纹41上时,将会使该第一封阻结构31与该第二封阻结构32以及该第三封阻区33形成三个密封的阻隔区段,使瓶外的异物(细菌、病菌)更难以由该瓶盖下端的螺纹接合处侵入或污染位于该第一封阻结构31与该第二封阻结构32之间的该封阻区。
请参阅图5所示,为本发明瓶口封阻结构的第三较佳实施例的剖面组合示意图。其中,本发明瓶口封阻结构的第三较佳实施例与图4所述的第二较佳实 施例不同点在于,该瓶口封阻结构至少包括有:一第一封阻结构31b、一第二封阻结构32b、以及一断开结构35b。该断开结构35b是位于该瓶盖3b的该盖墙部的下端与该瓶颈部43b之间且包括:形成于该瓶盖3b的该盖墙部上的复数个断开点351b以及剖面呈U形的一U形环状止回爪352b。
该第一封阻结构31b包括有形成于该盖底的该内侧底面311b的一第一封阻圈313b,当该瓶盖3b结合于该瓶口4b上的时候,该第一封阻圈313b可密合该瓶口4b的一开口处42b以形成密合状态。
该第二封阻结构32b包括有:形成于该瓶盖3b的该盖墙部的一第二封阻圈323b、以及形成于该瓶颈部43b的一第三凸缘部433b,当该瓶盖3b结合于该瓶口4b上的时候,该瓶盖3b的该盖墙部的该第二封阻圈323b压迫于该第三凸缘部433b以形成密合状态。
此外,当该瓶盖3b结合于该瓶口4b上的时候,该U形环状止回爪352b通过该复数个断开点351b卡附于形成于该瓶颈部43b的一第四凸缘部434b以达到令该U形环状止回爪352b有止回的效果。
当扭转开启该瓶盖3b时,可将该第一封阻圈313b与该第二封阻圈323b分别脱离该开口处42b与该第三凸缘部433b,且更于开启该瓶盖3b的同时,该复数个断开点351b均会因受到旋转时的扭力而被拉断,令该断开结构35b的该U形环状止回爪352b与该瓶盖3b的该盖墙部分开成为独立的元件,进而使该U形环状止回爪352b单独留置于该第四凸缘部434b处。
也即,当该瓶盖3b通过内螺纹34b与该瓶口4b的外螺纹41b相互螺合时,会将该第一封阻圈313b紧密压迫于该瓶口4b的上端一开口处42b。另外,该第二封阻结构32b的该第二封阻圈323b也同时会紧密压制于该瓶口4b的该瓶颈部43b所凸出环状延伸的第三凸缘部433b。此时,卡附于该第一凸缘部431b以及该第二凸缘部432b中间的该U形环状止回爪352b通过复数个断开点351b与该瓶盖3b结合为一体,并凭借该瓶口4b的一第四凸缘部434b于卡附时进行压迫以达到令该U形环状止回爪352b有止回的效果,同时使该瓶盖3b无法向上移动。
当扭转开启该瓶盖3b时,可将该第一封阻圈313b与第二封阻圈323b分别脱离该开口处42b与第三凸缘部433b,且更于开启瓶盖3b的同时,复数个断开点351b均会因受到开盖旋转时的扭力而被拉断,令该盖缘端321b与该断 开结构35b的该U形环状止回爪352b分开成为独立的元件,进而使该U形环状止回爪352b单独留置于该第一凸缘部431b与该第二凸缘部432b中间,并且脱离该瓶盖3b。于本发明第三较佳实施例中,该复数个断开点351b于完全扭转开启该瓶盖3b时都全数被拉断,通常可通过6~16个断开点351b将该U形环状止回爪352b设置于该瓶盖3b上。
请参阅图6所示,为本发明瓶口封阻结构的第四较佳实施例的剖面组合示意图。其中,本发明第四较佳实施例的该瓶盖5系结合于一瓶口6上,在该瓶盖5至少包括有:一外盖51及一内盖52。该外盖51包括开口状的一环形卡合部511。该内盖52包括:一第一封阻圈521以及一第二封阻圈522。该瓶状容器的该瓶口6包括:一凸缘部61形成于该瓶口的开口处外周缘、以及一凹环部62形成于该瓶颈部的一适当位置。
于本发明第四较佳实施例中,该瓶口6及该瓶颈部均无螺纹的设置,实质上是一无螺牙的瓶口,且该内盖52是具有弹性材质的盖体,其至少套附于该瓶口6的该凸缘部61及该瓶颈部的该凹环部62的外围。于本实施例中,该瓶口6的该凸缘部61系被该内盖52的该第一封阻圈521所包覆,以形成该第一封阻结构54;并且,使该瓶颈部的该凹环部62被该内盖52的该第二封阻圈522所包覆以形成该第二封阻结构55,令该第一封阻圈521以及该第二封阻圈522可以同时达到密封的功能。
于本第四较佳实施例中,在该瓶颈部的该凹环部62处更设置有一凹环部封阻圈53,该凹环部封阻圈53也受到该内盖52的该第二封阻圈522弹性压合而达到更良好的密封效果。并且,通过该外盖51的该环形卡合部511将该第一封阻圈521的外围更施以弹性包覆卡固,令该第一封阻圈521以及该第二封阻圈522可以同时达到密封的目的。于本发明第四较佳实施例中,该外盖51可以是相对较硬材质的盖体,且该凹环部封阻圈53的硬度小于或等于该内盖52的硬度,而该内盖52的硬度则小于该外盖51的硬度。
请参阅图7所示,图7是本发明瓶口封阻结构的第五较佳实施例的剖面组合示意图。其中,本发明第五较佳实施例的该瓶口封阻结构至少包括有:一第一封阻结构71、一第二封阻结构72、以及一扭开结构73。
该第一封阻结构71包括有形成于该盖底的该内侧底面的一第一封阻圈711以及设置于该盖底的该内侧底面上的一第一密封片712。该瓶口8实质上 是一无螺牙的瓶口,当该瓶盖7结合于该瓶口8上的时候,该第一封阻圈711会压迫该第一密封片712使其密合该瓶口8的一开口处81以形成密合状态。
该第二封阻结构72包括有:形成于该瓶盖7的该盖墙部的一第二封阻圈721、形成于该瓶颈部的一凹环部82、以及设置于该凹环部82上的一第二密封片722。当该瓶盖7结合于该瓶口8上的时候,该瓶盖7的该第二封阻圈721将该第二密封片722压迫于该瓶口8的瓶颈部的该凹环部82内以形成密合状态。
于该瓶盖7的该盖墙部上更设置包括有该扭开结构73,该扭开结构73具有由该盖墙部表面底缘预设位置处往下延伸的一舌片731以及沿着该舌片向上延伸于盖墙部表面的至少一预压痕732。凭借将一T形的开瓶器733的舌片孔7331结合该舌片731后扭转该开瓶器733,可将该舌片731卷曲缠绕在该开瓶器733上,进而将位于该盖墙部上的该预压痕732加以撕裂,达到松开该第二封阻结构72并进一步往上卷提该开瓶器733便可松开该第一封阻结构71且一并将该瓶盖7顺势脱离该瓶口8。于本发明第五较佳实施例中,该预压痕732可以是剖面为V形槽线;该瓶口8的材质可以是塑胶、玻璃或金属其中之一;该瓶盖7的材质可以是塑胶或是金属其中之一。
综上所述,本发明的瓶口封阻结构会在瓶状容器的瓶口外附近区域,由至少两个具有密封效果的封阻结构来形成一两端都密封的封阻区,使外界的污染物(或病菌等)不会污染到瓶口外附近区域。如此,本发明的瓶口封阻结构可确保当有人打开瓶盖并直接以口接触瓶状容器的瓶口的方式来喝其内所容纳的饮料的时候不会喝到外界污染物,同时也使外界污染物更难以轻易侵入于瓶内,确实大幅改善了现有技术的种种缺失。
唯以上所述的实施例不应用于限制本发明的可应用范围,本发明的保护范围应以本发明的权利要求书内容所界定技术精神及其均等变化所含括的范围为主。即大凡依本发明构思所做的均等变化及修饰,仍将不失本发明的要义所在,也不脱离本发明的精神和范围,故都应视为本发明的进一步实施状况。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种瓶口封阻结构,设置于一瓶状容器的一瓶口上,该瓶状容器并具有一瓶盖、一瓶身以及延伸于该瓶口与该瓶身之间的一瓶颈部;该瓶盖至少能够盖合于该瓶状容器的该瓶口处,且该瓶盖并具有一盖底以及自该盖底的周缘垂直延伸且呈环状的一盖墙部;其特征在于,该瓶口封阻结构包括有:
    一第一封阻结构,位于该瓶盖的该盖底的一内侧底面与该瓶口之间,该第一封阻结构能够在该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候使该瓶盖的该内侧底面与该瓶口的接触处形成密合状态;以及
    一第二封阻结构,位于该瓶盖的该盖墙部与该瓶颈部之间,该第二封阻结构可在该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候使该瓶盖的该盖墙部的一特定部分与该瓶颈部的接触处形成密合状态;
    其中,该第一封阻结构与该第二封阻结构能够在当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,在该瓶状容器上且位于该第一封阻结构与该第二封阻结构之间的区域形成一两端都密封的封阻区,以避免外界污染物进入该封阻区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于:
    该第一封阻结构包括有设置于该盖底的该内侧底面的一第一密封片,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该第一密封片能够密合该瓶口的一开口处以形成密合状态;以及
    该第二封阻结构包括有:形成于该瓶盖的该盖墙部的末端的一盖缘端、形成于该瓶颈部的一第一凸缘部、以及设置于该第一凸缘部上的一第二密封片,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该瓶盖的该盖墙部的该盖缘端压迫于该第二密封片以形成密合状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于,在该瓶颈部的外表面设有一外螺纹,且在该盖墙部的内表面设有与该外螺纹对应锁合的内螺纹;凭借将该瓶盖的该盖墙部内表面的该内螺纹与该瓶颈部外表面的该外螺纹相互螺合,能够将该第一封阻结构的该第一密封片紧密压合于该瓶口的该开口处;此外,该第二封阻结构的该盖缘端也将该第二密封片紧密压制于该第一凸缘部上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于,该第一密封片与该 第二密封片分别具有一预设的厚度,且分别是由具有弹性的材质所构成,而该第二密封片的厚度大于该第一密封片的厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于,该第一密封片是一圆形片体;该第二密封片是一环体,能够圈附于该瓶颈部的外围并放置该第一凸缘部上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于,还包括有一第三封阻结构,该第三封阻结构包括有:形成于该瓶颈部外表面且位于该第一凸缘部与该瓶口之间的一第二凸缘部、设置于该第二凸缘部上的一第三密封片、以及形成于该盖墙部的内表面上且位于该盖缘端与该盖底之间的一凸出环;当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该第三封阻结构的该凸出环也会将该第三密封片紧密压制于该第二凸缘部以形成密合状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于,该第三密封片为一环体,能够圈附于该瓶颈部外并放置于该第二凸缘部上,并且,该第二凸缘部的直径小于该第一凸缘部的直径。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于,还包括有一断开结构,其位于该瓶盖的该盖墙部与该瓶颈部之间;其中,
    该断开结构包括:形成于该瓶盖的该盖墙部上的复数个断开点以及一U形环状止回爪;
    该第一封阻结构包括有形成于该盖底的该内侧底面的一第一封阻圈,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该第一封阻圈能够密合该瓶口的一开口处以形成密合状态;以及
    该第二封阻结构包括有:形成于该瓶盖的该盖墙部的一第二封阻圈、以及形成于该瓶颈部的一第三凸缘部,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该瓶盖的该盖墙部的该第二封阻圈压迫于该第三凸缘部以形成密合状态;
    当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该U形环状止回爪通过该复数个断开点卡附于形成于该瓶颈部的一第四凸缘部以达到令该U形环状止回爪有止回的效果;
    当扭转开启该瓶盖时,能够将该第一封阻圈与该第二封阻圈分别脱离该开口处与该第三凸缘部,且更在开启该瓶盖的同时,该复数个断开点均会因受到旋转时的扭力而被拉断,令该断开结构的该U形环状止回爪与该瓶盖的该盖墙 部分开成为独立的元件,进而使该U形环状止回爪单独留置于该第四凸缘部处。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于:
    该瓶盖包括有:一外盖及一内盖,该外盖包括开口状的一环形卡合部,该内盖包括一第一封阻圈以及一第二封阻圈;
    该瓶状容器的该瓶口及该瓶颈部均无螺纹的设置,在该瓶颈部形成有一凹环部;
    该内盖为具有弹性材质的盖体,其至少套附于该瓶口及该瓶颈部的该凹环部的外围,使该瓶口被该内盖的该第一封阻圈所包覆以形成该第一封阻结构,以及使该瓶颈部的该凹环部被该内盖的该第二封阻圈所包覆以形成该第二封阻结构,令该第一封阻圈以及该第二封阻圈能够同时达到密封的功能;以及
    该外盖是以相对较硬材质所制成,而该内盖的硬度则小于该外盖的硬度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于,在该瓶颈部的该凹环部处还设置有一凹环部封阻圈,该凹环部封阻圈也受到该内盖的该第二封阻圈弹性压合而达到密封的效果,且该凹环部封阻圈的硬度小于或等于该内盖的硬度。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶口封阻结构,其特征在于:
    该第一封阻结构包括有形成于该盖底的该内侧底面的一第一封阻圈以及设置于该盖底的该内侧底面上的一第一密封片,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该第一封阻圈会压迫该第一密封片使其密合该瓶口的一开口处以形成密合状态;
    该第二封阻结构包括有:形成于该瓶盖的该盖墙部的一第二封阻圈、形成于该瓶颈部的一凹环部、以及设置于该凹环部上的一第二密封片,当该瓶盖结合于该瓶口上的时候,该瓶盖的该第二封阻圈将该第二密封片压迫于该凹环部内以形成密合状态;以及
    在该瓶盖的该盖墙部上还设置有一扭开结构,该扭开结构具有一舌片以及沿着该舌片延伸的至少一预压痕;凭借将一T形的开瓶器结合该舌片后扭转该开瓶器,能够将该舌片卷曲缠绕在该开瓶器上,进而将位于该盖墙部上的该预压痕加以撕裂,达到松开该第二封阻结构并进一步往上卷提该开瓶器便能够同时松开该第一封阻结构且一并将该瓶盖顺势脱离该瓶口。
