Description

一种用于便携式设备的保护装置
本申请要求申请号为:201520845138.1,申请日为:2015年10月28日,名称为“一种用于便携式设备的保护装置”的中国专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本申请涉及便携式设备技术领域,更具体地,本申请涉及一种用于便携式设备的保护装置。
背景技术
便携式设备如手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑或者智能手表等给人们的生活带来了方便。便携式设备的显示器多为液晶屏,液晶屏亮度有限,且对光有反射作用。当对着强光时,屏幕表面会反射强光,所以屏幕本身的背光携带的液晶显示会给反射的强光糅合干扰掉,造成人眼看不清显示器上显示的内容。此外,在雨、雪天气使用时,雨水或者雪花落到显示器上,水容易进入便携式设备内部,导致电路短路,易造成设备故障,严重的时候会造成设备报废,给使用者带来不便。
申请内容
本申请的一个目的是:解决现有便携式设备在强光环境使用时显示不清楚,以及雨、雪天气使用时易造成故障的技术问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供一种用于便携式设备的保护装置。该保护装置包括:
支撑柄;
设于所述支撑柄的一端的遮挡部,所述遮挡部具有设定的遮档面积;以及
设于所述支撑柄的另一端的安装部,所述保护装置通过所述安装部安 装到便携式设备上。
优选地,所述遮挡部为遮挡伞。
优选地,所述遮挡伞为折叠式遮挡伞。
优选地,所述遮挡伞的内侧的中心位置设有与所述支撑柄的一端相匹配的第一凹槽,所述支撑柄的一端插入所述第一凹槽。
优选地,所述安装部设有与所述支撑柄的另一端相匹配的第二凹槽,所述支撑柄的另一端插入所述第二凹槽。
优选地,所述安装部与所述支撑柄一体成型。
优选地,所述安装部的横截面为倒立的U形;所述安装部的顶边的外侧设有与所述支撑柄的另一端相匹配的第三凹槽,所述支撑柄的另一端插入所述第三凹槽;所述安装部的两条侧边之间具有设定的间距,所述安装部通过两条侧边夹持到所述便携式设备上。
优选地,所述安装部的两条侧边的相对的一侧分别设有弹性体。
优选地,所述弹性体为泡棉、海绵、橡胶或者塑料。
优选地,所述顶边的内侧设有缓冲垫。
本申请的一个技术效果在于,本申请提供的保护装置,结构简单,安装和使用方便。使用时,通过安装部安装到便携式设备上,所述遮挡部具有设定的遮挡面积,便携式设备在强光环境下使用时,遮挡部可以有效的对强光进行遮挡,而不会照射到显示器上。避免显示器反射的光对显示器的显示内容产生糅合干扰,使人眼能看清楚显示器的内容。在雨、雪天使用时,遮挡部可以有效的对雨、雪进行遮挡,避免了对便携式设备造成损伤。

现在将参照附图来详细描述本申请的各种示例性实施例。应注意到:除非另外具体说明,否则在这些实施例中阐述的部件和步骤的相对布置、数字表达式和数值不限制本申请的范围。
以下对至少一个示例性实施例的描述实际上仅仅是说明性的,决不作为对本申请及其应用或使用的任何限制。

本申请提供一种保护装置,参照图1-2,该保护装置用于便携式设备4。便携式设备4可以是手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑或者智能手表等。该保护装置包括:支撑柄2、遮挡部和安装部3。支撑柄2可以为圆柱形、棱柱形等结构,支撑柄2的材质可以为金属、塑料等。为了方便延长支撑柄2的长度,可以采用伸缩式支撑柄。支撑柄2的一端设有遮挡部,支撑柄2的另一端设有安装部3。遮挡部用来遮挡光线,也可以用来遮挡雨、雪、风沙等。
可选择地,遮挡部可以是平面状也可以是立体状,其形状可以根据需要进行设计,如圆形、矩形、穹顶形、锥形等。在一种实施方式中,为了使用方便,遮挡部为遮挡伞1。为了携带方便,节省空间,遮挡伞1采用 折叠式遮挡伞。遮挡伞1的材质可以为塑料、布或者反光材料。
需要说明的是,遮挡部具有设定的遮档面积,该遮挡面积可以根据便携式设备4的规格进行设计。安装部3用于保护装置与便携式设备4的安装。
为了装配方便,遮挡伞1的内侧的中心位置,即伞顶的内侧,设有与支撑柄2的一端相匹配的第一凹槽(未示出)。装配时,只需将支撑柄2的一端插入所述第一凹槽,十分方便快捷。进一步地,安装部3设有与支撑柄2的另一端相匹配的第二凹槽(未示出),装配时,支撑柄2的另一端插入所述第二凹槽。插接的组装方式,不仅能使携带方便,也可以使保护装置的维修更方便。
为了使结构更加稳固,在另一实施方式中,安装部3与支撑柄2一体成型。这种设计既节省了零件的加工周期,又节省了保护装置的组装时间。
进一步地,参照图3,安装部3的横截面为倒立的U形。安装部3的顶边的外侧设有与支撑柄2的另一端相匹配的第三凹槽,支撑柄2的另一端插入第三凹槽。安装部3的两条侧边之间具有设定的间距,安装部3通过两条侧边夹持到便携式设备4上。需要说明的是,两条侧边之间的间距以及每条侧边的尺寸,可以根据不同的便携式设备4进行设计。两条侧边需要对便携式设备4保持一定的夹持力。
当然,安装部3的夹持方式可以根据需要进行选择,如采用夹子作为安装部3,实现对便携式设备4的夹持。
为了适应不同厚度的便携式设备4,安装部3的两条侧边的内侧,即相对的一侧,分别设有弹性体。弹性体具有一定的弹性,可以与便携式设备4形成过盈配合,以实现对不同厚度的便携式设备4的夹持。优选的弹性体材料为泡棉301。当然,也可以采用海绵、橡胶、塑胶等软质材料。此外,泡棉301还可以起到缓冲保护装置与便携式设备4之间相对移动的作用,可以有效的避免便携式设备4的表面被安装部3划伤。
进一步地,为了防止便携式设备4的侧边被安装部3划伤,保护装置的顶边的内侧还设有缓冲垫302。可选择地,缓冲垫302可以采用海绵、橡胶、塑胶、泡棉等软质材料。
本申请提供的保护装置,使用时,通过安装部3安装到便携式设备4上,遮挡部具有设定的遮挡面积,便携式设备4在强光环境下使用时,遮挡部可以有效的对强光进行遮挡,而不会照射到显示器上。避免显示器反射的光对显示器的显示内容产生糅合干扰,使人眼能看清楚显示器的内容。在雨、雪天使用时,遮挡部可以有效的对雨、雪进行遮挡,避免了对便携式设备4造成损伤。
虽然已经通过示例对本申请的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本申请的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本申请的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本申请的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于便携式设备的保护装置,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑柄(2);
    设于所述支撑柄(2)的一端的遮挡部,所述遮挡部具有设定的遮档面积;以及
    设于所述支撑柄(2)的另一端的安装部(3),所述保护装置通过所述安装部(3)安装到便携式设备(4)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述遮挡部为遮挡伞(1)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或者2所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述遮挡伞(1)为折叠式遮挡伞。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中的任意一项所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述遮挡伞(1)的内侧的中心位置设有与所述支撑柄(2)的一端相匹配的第一凹槽,所述支撑柄(2)的一端插入所述第一凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中的任意一项所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述安装部(3)设有与所述支撑柄(2)的另一端相匹配的第二凹槽,所述支撑柄(2)的另一端插入所述第二凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中的任意一项所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述安装部(3)与所述支撑柄(2)一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中的任意一项所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述安装部(3)的横截面为倒立的U形;所述安装部(3)的顶边的外侧设有与所述支撑柄(2)的另一端相匹配的第三凹槽,所述支撑柄(2)的另一端插入所述第三凹槽;所述安装部(3)的两条侧边之间具有设定的间距,所述安装部(3)通过两条侧边夹持到所述便携式设备(4)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中的任意一项所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述安装部(3)的两条侧边的相对的一侧分别设有弹性体。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中的任意一项所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述弹性体为泡棉(301)、海绵、橡胶或者塑料。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中的任意一项所述的保护装置,其特征在于, 所述顶边的内侧设有缓冲垫(302)。
