一种透气鞋底 技术领域
本实用新型涉及鞋底技术领域,具体涉及到一种透气鞋底。
背景技术
鞋底的构造相当复杂,就广义而言,可包括外底、中底与鞋跟等所有构成底部的材料。依狭义来说,则仅指外底而言,一般鞋底材料共通的特性应具备耐磨、耐水,耐油、耐热、耐压、耐冲击、弹性好、容易适合脚型、定型后不易变型、保温、易吸收湿气等,同时更要配合中底,在走路换脚时有刹车作用不致于滑倒及易于停步等各项条件。鞋底用料的种类很多,可分为天然类底料和合成类底料两种。天然类底料包括天然底革、竹、木材等,合成类底料包括橡胶、塑料、橡塑合用材料、再生革、弹性硬纸板等。
但是,市场上的鞋底目前一般市面上的透气鞋都是在鞋面材质上改良,少数的透气鞋是在鞋垫上打孔或鞋底直接打孔,前者空气只在内部循环,后者则容易进水或灰尘等杂物,还没有一种可以实现时时的换气透气。让使用者的脚趾在运动中时时保持气流的流动,此问题亟待解决。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理,使用方便的一种透气鞋底,它解决了上述的这些问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:一种透气鞋底,鞋底的脚跟部设置有一个空腔,所述空腔内设置有数个弹性体,所述空腔一侧设置有进气口,所述进气口设置有单相进气阀门,所述空腔另一侧设置有导流口,所述导流口设置有单相出气阀门,所述导流口连接脚趾导流槽,所述脚趾导流槽连接脚趾导流区,所述脚趾导流区对应脚趾的位置。
优选地,鞋底上部安装有鞋垫,所述鞋垫的脚趾区域设置有数个透气孔。
优选地,进气口外端连接气管,所述气管连接胶盖。
优选地,胶盖的空气吸入口设置在中间线下方的区域,气管的进气口固定在中间线上方的位置。
优选地,胶盖的中间部位放置过滤棉或香薰,杀菌消毒类的药品,借由空气的进出送进鞋子中容易滋生细菌发臭的部位。
优选地,所述空腔边缘四周设置有槽,所述槽顶部安装有胶垫,胶垫下面设置有凸点。
本实用新型的有益效果包括:
本实用新型设计合理、结构可靠,避免潜在质量问题,本实用新型可以实现脚部的时时透气,实现脚趾部的空气流动,避免了脚气的发生,让使用者穿着不透气的鞋不容易得脚气,保护了使用者的健康。胶盖里面可以加过滤棉、加香水,缓解脚臭,过滤棉可以过滤灰尘。进气口设置的单相进气阀门及导流口设置的单相出气阀门可确保空气由外部吸入,在脚底前掌部分排气,确保内部空气的流通。另外就是空腔边缘四周设置有槽, 槽顶部安装有胶垫,胶垫下面设置有凸点,这样可以使空腔更好的密封,不会漏气,使得气流量更大。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
一种透气鞋底,如图1和2所示,鞋底1的脚跟部2设置有一个空腔3,所述空腔3内设置有数个弹性体4,所述空腔3一侧设置有进气口5,所述进气口5设置有单相进气阀门6,所述空腔3另一侧设置有导流口7,所述导流口7设置有单相出气阀门8,所述导流口7连接脚趾导流槽9,所述脚趾导流槽9连接脚趾导流区10,所述脚趾导流区10对应脚趾的位置。
鞋底1上部安装有鞋垫,所述鞋垫的脚趾区域设置有数个透气孔。
进气口5外端连接气管11,所述气管11连接胶盖12。
胶盖12的空气吸入口设置在中间线下方的区域,气管的进气口固定在中间线上方的位置。
胶盖12的中间部位放置过滤棉或香薰,杀菌消毒类的药品,借由空气的进出送进鞋子中容易滋生细菌发臭的部位。
胶盖12的空气吸入口在偏下位置,出气口在顶部位置。

单相进气阀门6外接气管11往上延伸并经过连接胶盖的过滤,可以有效避免进水或灰尘等杂物进入鞋子内部。

  1. 一种透气鞋底,其特征在于,鞋底的脚跟部设置有一个空腔,所述空腔内设置有数个弹性体,所述空腔一侧设置有进气口,所述进气口设置有单相进气阀门,所述空腔另一侧设置有导流口,所述导流口设置有单相出气阀门,所述导流口连接脚趾导流槽,所述脚趾导流槽连接脚趾导流区,所述脚趾导流区对应脚趾的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种透气鞋底,其特征在于,鞋底上部安装有鞋垫,所述鞋垫的脚趾区域设置有数个透气孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种透气鞋底,其特征在于,进气口外端连接气管,所述气管连接胶盖。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种透气鞋底,其特征在于,胶盖的空气吸入口设置在中间线下方的区域,气管的进气口固定在中间线上方的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种透气鞋底,其特征在于,胶盖的中间部位放置过滤棉或香薰,杀菌消毒类的药品,借由空气的进出送进鞋子中容易滋生细菌发臭的部位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种透气鞋底,其特征在于,所述空腔边缘四周设置有槽,所述槽顶部安装有胶垫,胶垫下面设置有凸点。
