Abstract

Selon un aspect de la présente invention, un clavier servant à saisir des caractères chinois au moyen d'un écran tactile d'un terminal comprend : une partie de saisie principale (10) configurée de telle façon qu'un groupe de traits de base de caractères chinois et que les nombres 0 à 12 soient agencés sur des touches intérieures (14) et des touches extérieures (16) situées autour d'une touche centrale (12) servant à diriger une entrée ; et une partie de sélection (20) configurée de telle façon qu'une partie de radicaux (23) servant à produire des radicaux soit agencée sur un côté correspondant à une partie de nombres (21) servant à afficher des nombres en série et qu'une partie de caractères (25) servant à produire des caractères soit agencée sur l'autre côté, tous les caractères chinois étant entrés par la partie de saisie principale (10) et la partie de sélection (20). Selon un autre aspect de la présente invention, étant donné que les touches sont présentées et les traits de base disposés selon le principe utilisé lorsque les caractères chinois ont été créées, le clavier ainsi mis en œuvre est caractérisé par son intuitivité et sa commodité, ce qui permet à un utilisateur d'utiliser le clavier facilement et commodément sur divers types de terminaux, notamment un téléphone cellulaire.
