     前記台座部は、
     前記張出部の上側で、前記張出部が突出している側面部および反対側の側面部との間を貫通する上側と下側の2つのバンド用貫通孔と、
     前記下側のバンド用貫通孔に前記バンド部を通したときに前記係止溝に係合して前記バンド部が引き抜けないようにロックする第1のロック爪と、
