下面结合图2至图4所示,我们对按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构进行进一步详细的描述,图2为颈部齿轮箱组件20的爆炸结构示意图,其中,颈部齿轮箱组件20包括驱动装置201、传动轴202、第一斜面轮203、第二斜面轮204、按摩臂205以及按摩臂侧滑轨206;结合图4所示,所述第一斜面轮203和第二斜面轮204均固定安装在传动轴202上,该传动轴202通过驱动装置201的驱动而转动,所述第一斜面轮203与第二斜面轮204之间形成一斜向安装槽,所述按摩臂205安装至所述的斜向安装槽内;所述按摩臂205的上端具有至少一个按摩球,在本实施例中,按摩臂205的上端具有两条分支,且每一条分支上均安装有按摩球,分别为大按摩球2051和小按摩球2052,且按摩球均由相扣合的按摩球上盖2053和按摩球下盖2054构成。所述按摩臂205的下端具有一凸起的限位柱2053,且该限位柱2053设置于所述的按摩臂侧滑轨206中,按摩臂侧滑轨206固定安装在齿轮箱中盖上,按摩臂侧滑轨206在按摩臂205摆动的过程中起到限位的作用,防止按摩臂205运动过程中出现偏差,提高了按摩臂205运动时的稳定度,按摩臂205运动更为稳定,按摩效果更好。
在本实施例中,所述颈部齿轮箱组件20还包括齿轮箱上盖207、齿轮箱中盖208、蜗杆、传动斜齿轮209以及轴承210,所述齿轮箱上盖207固定在所述的齿轮箱中盖208的上方,所述驱动装置201为驱动马达201,驱动马达201固定在齿轮箱上盖207与齿轮箱下盖208之间;所述蜗杆固定在驱动马达201的输出轴上,所述传动斜齿轮209固定在传动轴202的中部,且所述蜗杆与所述的传动斜齿轮209相啮合;所述轴承210安装在所述传动轴202的两端,该轴承210设置于一轴承套211内,且所述轴承套211通过一轴承盖212安装在所述的齿轮箱中盖208上。所述齿轮箱组件20还包括齿轮防护垫213和定位轴承214,所述齿轮防护垫213和定位轴承214均设置于传动轴202上,且两个齿轮防护垫213分别设置在传动斜齿轮209的两侧,所述齿轮箱中盖208上设置有定位槽,所述定位轴承214安装在齿轮箱中盖208的定位槽中。所述齿轮箱上盖207的上方设置有一容槽,该容槽内安装有PCB板215,所述容槽上盖有PCB盖216。
进一步的,所述颈部齿轮箱组件20还包括齿轮箱下盖217、行走马达218、蜗杆、斜齿轮219、直齿轮、行走连接齿轮220以及行走齿轮221;所述齿轮箱下盖217设置于齿轮箱中盖208的下方,所述行走马达218、斜齿轮219、直齿轮、行走连接齿轮220以及行走齿轮221均设置在齿轮箱中盖208与齿轮箱下盖217之间;所述斜齿轮219与直齿轮固定在同一转动轴上,所述蜗杆固定在行走马达218的输出轴上,所述斜齿轮219与蜗杆啮合,所述直齿轮与行走连接齿轮220相啮合,且所述行走连接齿轮220与所述的行走齿轮221相啮合。
结合图2和图4所示,我们对颈部齿轮箱组件20的工作过程进行详细的描述,所述驱动马达201带动蜗杆转动,带动传动斜齿轮209转动,由于传动斜齿轮209固定在传动轴202上,因此带动传动轴202转动,如图4所示,第一斜面轮203和第二斜面轮204均固定在传动轴202上,且第二斜面轮204安装在第一斜面轮203上,传动轴202的转动带动第一斜面轮203和第二斜面轮204同时转动,位于第一斜面轮203和第二斜面轮204上的斜向安装槽与传动轴202呈一定的夹角,在传动轴202转动的过程中,斜向安装槽随同传动轴202一同转动,安装在斜向安装槽中的按摩臂205由于限位柱2053的作用,不会同传动轴202一起转动,但由于斜向安装槽的作用,按摩臂205会出现左右摇摆的动作,因此可以实现摇摆按摩,另外由于对称的设置两个按摩臂205,当两个按摩臂205同时向传动斜齿轮209的方向运动时,可以实现夹揉按摩,因此本实用新型具有多种按摩效果。由于限位柱2053和按摩臂侧滑轨206的作用,防止按摩臂205运动过程中出现偏差,提高了按摩臂205运动时的稳定度,按摩臂205运动更为稳定,按摩效果更好。
另外,行走马达218带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动斜齿轮219转动,斜齿轮219与直齿轮固定同一根轴上,直齿轮与行走连接齿轮220相啮合,带动行走连接齿轮220转动,行走连接齿轮220则带动行走齿轮221转动。结合图1,所述底壳组件40上固定设置有第一长齿条401,所述行走齿轮221与所述的第一长齿条401相啮合,行走齿轮221的转动,则带动颈部齿轮箱组件20在底壳组件40上上下运动,因此可以针对颈部的不同部位进行按摩,使得颈部各部位均能得到良好的按摩效果,用户体验更好。
进一步的,参照图3所示,我们对背部揉捏机芯组件30的结构进行详细的说明,所述背部揉捏机芯组件30包括齿轮箱面壳301、齿轮箱底壳302、按摩马达303、按摩头大齿轮304、双联齿轮305以及揉捏按摩头306,所述揉捏按摩头306安装在齿轮箱面壳301的上方,所述按摩马达303、按摩头大齿轮304以及双联齿轮305设置于齿轮箱面壳301与齿轮箱底壳302之间;所述按摩马达303的输出轴上固定有螺杆,所述螺杆与双联齿轮305相啮合,该双联齿轮305与所述的按摩头大齿轮304相啮合;所述按摩头大齿轮304的中部固定有转动轴,该转动轴伸出所述的齿轮箱面壳301,所述揉捏按摩头306固定安装在转动轴上。因此按摩马达303带动双联齿轮305转动,双联齿轮305带动按摩大齿轮304转动,按摩大齿轮304则带动揉捏按摩头306转动,如图3所示,揉捏按摩头306具有大小两个不对称的按摩头306,揉捏按摩头306的转动中心位于大小两个按摩头之间,当然,揉捏按摩头306的转动中心也可以位于大按摩头的中心线上,也可以位于小按摩头的中心线上,并不影响揉捏按摩头306的按摩效果。通过揉捏按摩头306的转动,对人体的背部进行按摩。
进一步的,所述背部揉捏机芯组件30还包括行走马达307、螺杆308、斜齿轮309、过度齿轮310以及行走齿轮311;所述螺杆308固定在行走马达307的输出轴上,所述斜齿轮309与螺杆308相啮合,所述过度齿轮310与所述斜齿轮309相啮合,该过度齿轮310还与所述的行走齿轮311相啮合;结合图1所示,所述底壳组件40上设置有第二长齿条402,所述行走齿轮311与第二长齿条402相啮合,因此行走马达307的转动,通过螺杆308、斜齿轮309、过度齿轮310的传动,带动行走齿轮311转动,同时由于第二长齿条402固定在底壳组件40上,因此背部揉捏机芯组件30可以在底壳组件40上上下运动,从而实现背部揉捏机芯组件30中的揉捏按摩头306对人体的背部的各部分进行按摩的效果,按摩面积广,效果更佳。
参照图1,所述的按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构还包括线路板组件50,所述线路板组件50设置于面壳组件10与底壳组件20之间,且固定在背部揉捏机芯组件30的一侧边上。线路板组件50通过导线与颈部齿轮箱组件20中的驱动马达201和行走马达218电性连接,线路板50通过导线与背部揉捏机芯组件30中的按摩马达303和行走马达307电性连接,通过控制各个马达的通断,实现对指定部位的按摩,并且可控制按摩时间。
综上所述,本实用新型的此种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,可以同时对颈部和背部进行按摩,其中颈部齿轮箱组件能够对颈部实现摇摆按摩、夹揉按摩,同时由于按摩臂侧滑轨的作用,可以防止按摩臂运动过程中出现偏差,提高了按摩臂运动时的稳定度,按摩臂运动更为稳定,按摩效果更好;通过行走马达的驱动,可带动按摩臂的按摩球对人体颈部的各个部位进行按摩,按摩的面积广;另外,背部揉捏机芯组件可以实现对人体背部的揉捏按摩,同样的通过行走马达的驱动,带动背部揉捏机芯组件对人体背部的各部位进行按摩;本实用新型的此种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构按摩形式多样、按摩效果良好。
以上所描述的仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,上述具体实施例不是对本实用新型的限制。在本实用新型的技术思想范畴内,可以出现各种变形及修改,凡本领域的普通技术人员根据以上描述所做的润饰、修改或等同替换,均属于本实用新型所保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,它包括面壳组件、底壳组件、颈部齿轮箱组件和背部揉捏机芯组件,所述颈部齿轮箱组件和背部揉捏机芯组件设置在面壳组件和底壳组件之间,其特征在于:
    所述颈部齿轮箱组件包括驱动装置、传动轴、第一斜面轮、第二斜面轮、按摩臂以及按摩臂侧滑轨;
    所述第一斜面轮和第二斜面轮均固定安装在传动轴上,该传动轴通过驱动装置的驱动而转动,所述第一斜面轮与第二斜面轮之间形成一斜向安装槽,所述按摩臂安装至所述的斜向安装槽内;
    所述按摩臂的上端具有至少一个按摩球,所述按摩臂的下端具有一凸起的限位柱,且该限位柱设置于所述的按摩臂侧滑轨中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,其特征在于:所述颈部齿轮箱组件还包括齿轮箱上盖、齿轮箱中盖、蜗杆、传动斜齿轮以及轴承,所述驱动装置为驱动马达;
    所述齿轮箱上盖固定在所述的齿轮箱中盖的上方,所述驱动马达固定在齿轮箱上盖与齿轮箱下盖之间;
    所述蜗杆固定在驱动马达的输出轴上,所述传动斜齿轮固定在传动轴的中部,且所述蜗杆与所述的传动斜齿轮相啮合;
    所述轴承安装在所述传动轴的两端,该轴承设置于一轴承套内,且所述轴承套通过一轴承盖安装在所述的齿轮箱中盖上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,其特征在于:所述颈部齿轮箱组件还包括齿轮箱下盖、行走马达、蜗杆、斜齿轮、直齿轮、行走连接齿轮以及行走齿轮;
    所述齿轮箱下盖设置于齿轮箱中盖的下方,所述行走马达、斜齿轮、直齿轮、行走连接齿轮以及行走齿轮均设置在齿轮箱中盖与齿轮箱下盖之间;
    所述斜齿轮与直齿轮固定在同一转动轴上,所述蜗杆固定在行走马达的输出轴上,所述斜齿轮与蜗杆啮合,所述直齿轮与行走连接齿轮相啮合,且所述行走连接齿轮与所述的行走齿轮相啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,其特征在于:所述底 壳组件上固定设置有第一长齿条,所述行走齿轮与所述的第一长齿条相啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱组件还包括齿轮防护垫和定位轴承,所述齿轮防护垫和定位轴承均设置于传动轴上,且两个齿轮防护垫分别设置在传动斜齿轮的两侧,所述齿轮箱中盖上设置有定位槽,所述定位轴承安装在齿轮箱中盖的定位槽中。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱上盖的上方设置有一容槽,该容槽内安装有PCB板,所述容槽上盖有PCB盖。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,其特征在于:所述按摩臂的上端具有两条分支,且每一条分支上均安装有按摩球。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,其特征在于:所述背部揉捏机芯组件包括齿轮箱面壳、齿轮箱底壳、按摩马达、按摩头大齿轮、双联齿轮以及揉捏按摩头,所述揉捏按摩头安装在齿轮箱面壳的上方,所述按摩马达、按摩头大齿轮以及双联齿轮设置于齿轮箱面壳与齿轮箱底壳之间;
    所述按摩马达的输出轴上固定有螺杆,所述螺杆与双联齿轮相啮合,该双联齿轮与所述的按摩头大齿轮相啮合;
    所述按摩头大齿轮的中部固定有转动轴,该转动轴伸出所述的齿轮箱面壳,所述揉捏按摩头固定安装在转动轴上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,其特征在于:所述背部揉捏机芯组件还包括行走马达、螺杆、斜齿轮、过度齿轮以及行走齿轮;
    所述螺杆固定在行走马达的输出轴上,所述斜齿轮与螺杆相啮合,所述过度齿轮与所述斜齿轮相啮合,该过度齿轮还与所述的行走齿轮相啮合;
    所述底壳组件上设置有第二长齿条,所述行走齿轮与第二长齿条相啮合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩靠垫颈部摇摆夹揉按摩结构,其特征在于:它还包括线路板组件,所述线路板组件设置于面壳组件与底壳组件之间,且固定在背部揉捏机芯组件的一侧边上。
