Abstract

The invention relates to the field of aviation technology. The present apparatus comprises two columns, on one of which two rollers and a clamp are arranged, and on the other – a third roller. The columns are secured rigidly on a heavy-duty floor and the distance between them is equal to the length of a mono ring. The axes of the rollers are arranged on one plane and the diameters of the rollers are equal to the diameters of reels. The distance is selected so as to provide for the required length of heavy-duty seams. A strip is shaped under a load, with the formation of two loops, and is wound around two of the rollers, while the other end of the strip is passed over the third roller and secured to a fixed mass weight. A specified holding time under the action of the load is provided and the length of a mono ring is set using fasteners, then the mono ring is reinforced in the requisite place using a strip. The provides for a strong flat rope, while ensuring minimal difference between the rings and greater accuracy in terms of length.
