베이스 메이크업에는 메이크업 베이스, 파운데이션 파우더 등으로 구성되어 있고, 포인트 메이크업에는 립스틱, 립글로즈, 아이라이너, 마스카라 등으로 구성되어 있다.
여성들의 색조화장에 필요한 다양한 화장품의 종류 중 립글로즈는 일반적으로 여성들이 입술을 보호하거나 입술을 건강하면서 아름답게 표현할 목적으로 사용하게 된다.

상기 도포부재(60)는 팁(61)이 형성되고, 상기 팁(61)에는 색소수용공간(62)이 형성되며, 상기 색소수용공간(62)에 틴팅 색소가 내장되고, 상기 색소수용공간(62)은 수용성플라스틱막(63)으로 씰링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 용기본체(10)는 투명한 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 용기본체(10)의 입구부(11) 내측에는 솔대(50)와 도포부재(60)에 묻은 내용물을 훑어내는 와이퍼(20)가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 솔대(50) 상부에는 뚜껑(40) 내측에 결합되는 뚜껑결합부(51)가 형성되고, 하부에는 도포부재(60)가 결합되는 도포부재결합홈(52)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 도포부재(60)는 솔대(50)의 하부에 결합되는 솔대결합부(64)와 상기 솔대결합부(64) 하측으로 연장 형성된 연결부(65)와 상기 연결부(65) 하측에 형성된 팁(61)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 솔대(50)와 도포부재(60)는 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 수용성플라스틱막(63, water-soluble plastics)은 물에 녹는 플라스틱으로, 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리아크릴아마이드, 폴리산화 에틸렌, 메틸롤화 요소수지, 메틸롤화 멜라닌수지, 레조르형 페놀 수지, 카복시메틸셀룰로스(CMC) 중 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 본 발명에 따른 티백 어플리케이터를 구비한 메이크업 용기는 투명 혹은 옅은 색상의 유체 내용물을 수용하는 용기본체와, 뚜껑과 솔대를 구비한 어플리케이터로 형성되되, 상기 어플리케이터는 솔대 하부에 도포부재를 구비하며 상기 도포부재는 플로킹(flocking) 가공된 팁과 상기 팁 중앙에 티백과 같은 형태인 색소수용공간을 형성하며 상기 색소수용공간에 틴팅색소가 내장되고 상기 색소수용공간을 수용성플라스틱막으로 씰링한 구조로써, 제품 판매시 용기본체와 어플리케이터를 따로 포장하여 판매하며 사용자는 제품 첫 사용 시 어플리케이터를 유체 내용물이 수용된 용기본체 내에 담그면 수용성플라스틱막 씰링이 녹으면서 상기 수용성플라스틱막 씰링 내측의 색소수용공간에 수용되어 있던 틴팅색소가 유체 내용물로 퍼져나가 생생한 색감을 갖는 립메이크업 화장품을 얻을 수 있으며, 유통 과정 중 색상이 바래는 것을 방지하며 어플리케이터를 용기본체 내로 침지시키는 동작만으로 내용물 혼합이 용이한 효과가 있다.
또한, 제품 첫 사용 시 서로 다른 성분을 혼합하는 것으로, 화장료의 기능상의 변화를 일으키는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기의 분해 사시도.
도 4는 발명의 일실시예에 따른 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기의 어플리케이터를 결합하는 상태의 단면도.
도 5는 발명의 일실시예에 따른 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기의 어플리케이터를 결합하여 색소가 퍼지는 상태의 단면도.
본 발명에 따른 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기의 일실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기의 분해 사시도이고, 도 4는 발명의 일실시예에 따른 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기의 어플리케이터를 결합하는 상태의 단면도이며, 도 5는 발명의 일실시예에 따른 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기의 어플리케이터를 결합하여 색소가 퍼지는 상태의 단면도이다.
본 발명의 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기는 내부에 투명하거나 옅은 색상의 유체 내용물을 수용하는 용기본체(10)와, 상기 용기본체(10)에 결합되는 어플리케이터(30)로 구성되되, 상기 어플리케이터(30)는 용기본체(10)에 탈부착 가능하도록 결합되는 뚜껑(40)과 상기 뚜껑(40) 하측으로 연장 형성되는 솔대(50)와 상기 솔대(50) 하측에 결합되며 틴팅(tinting) 색소가 내장되는 도포부재(60)로 이루어진다.
상기 용기본체(10)는 내부에 투명하거나 옅은 색상의 유체 내용물을 수용하며, 상단에는 입구부(11)가 형성된다.
상기 용기본체(10)는 내부에 수용되는 내용물의 색상을 확인할 수 있도록 투명한 재질로 형성된다.
상기 입구부(11)에는 와이퍼(20)가 끼움 결합된다.
상기 와이퍼(20)는 상단에 단턱(21)이 형성되며, 상기 단턱(21)은 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 입구부(11)에 와이퍼(20)가 끼움 결합될 때, 입구부(11) 상단에 단턱(21)이 걸림 역할을 하여 와이퍼(20)가 용기본체(10)의 내부로 삽입되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 용기본체(10)에는 어플리케이터(30)가 결합되되, 상기 어플리케이터(30)는 용기본체(10)에 탈부착 가능하도록 결합되는 뚜껑(40)과 상기 뚜껑(40) 하측으로 연장 형성되는 솔대(50)와 상기 솔대(50) 하측에 결합되며 틴팅(tinting) 색소가 내장되는 도포부재(60)로 이루어진다.
상기 어플리케이터(30)는 본 발명의 립메이크업 용기를 판매할 때는 용기본체(10)와 별도로 분리하여 포장 판매한다.
상기 어플리케이터(30)는 사용자가 사용하기 직전에 상기 용기본체(10)에 결합하여 사용한다.
상기 뚜껑(40)은 용기본체(10)에 결합되어 상기 용기본체(10)에 수용된 내용물을 밀폐시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 용기본체(10)는 판매할 때에는 도 3에서 보는 바와 같이 별도의 밀폐캡(45)에 의해 밀폐가 된다.
상기 뚜껑(40)의 내측 하부로 솔대(50)가 결합된다.
상기 솔대(50)는 상부에 뚜껑결합부(51)가 형성되고, 하부 내측으로 도포부재결합홈(52)이 형성된다.
상기 뚜껑결합부(51)는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 뚜껑(40)의 내측으로 끼움 결합되어 솔대(50)가 뚜껑(40)에서 분리되지 않게 해준다.
상기 도포부재결합홈(52)에는 도포부재(60)가 결합된다.
상기 솔대(50)와 도포부재(60)는 일체로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 도포부재(60)는 솔대결합부(64)와 상기 솔대결합부(64) 하측으로 연장 형성된 연결부(65)와 상기 연결부(65) 하측에 일체로 형성된 팁(61)으로 이루어지며, 상기 팁(61)의 양표면에는 플로킹(66)이 형성된다.
상기 솔대결합부(64)는 솔대(50)의 도포부재결합홈(52)에 결합되어 도포부재(60)가 솔대(50)에서 분리되지 않게 한다.
상기 팁(61)에는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 색소수용공간(62)이 형성되며, 상기 색소수용공간(62)에는 틴팅 색소(틴팅 색소란 착색 색소를 말함)가 내장된다.
상기 색소수용공간(62)은 수용성플라스틱막(63)으로 씰링되어 내장된 틴팅 색소가 외부로 배출되는 것을 막아준다.
상기 수용성플라스틱막(63, water-soluble plastics)은 물에 녹는 플라스틱으로, 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리아크릴아마이드, 폴리산화 에틸렌, 메틸롤화 요소수지, 메틸롤화 멜라닌수지, 레조르형 페놀 수지, 카복시메틸셀룰로스(CMC) 중 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 형성된다.
상기 수용성플라스틱막(63)은 물에 녹는 성질이기 때문에 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 어플리케이터(30)를 용기본체(10)의 내용물에 담그면 녹게 된다.
상기 수용성플라스틱막(63)이 녹게 되면 색소수용공간(62)에 수용된 틴팅 색소가 투명하거나 옅은 색상의 유체 내용물로 퍼져나가 혼합되어 생생한 색감을 갖는 내용물을 얻게 된다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기를 조립하기 위해 투명한 재질의 용기본체(10) 내부에 투명하거나 옅은 색상의 유체 내용물을 주입한다.
이후, 상기 용기본체(10)는 도 3에서 보는 바와 같이 별도의 밀폐캡(45)을 이용하여 밀폐시킨다.
그리고, 상기 용기본체(10)에 탈부착 가능하도록 결합되는 뚜껑(40)과 상기 뚜껑(40) 하측으로 연장 형성되는 솔대(50)와 상기 솔대(50) 하측에 결합되며 틴팅(tinting) 색소가 내장되는 도포부재(60)를 별도로 분리 포장을 하여 조립을 완료한다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기를 사용할 때에는 도 4와 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 밀폐캡(45)을 분리한 용기본체(10)에 어플리케이터(30)를 결합한다.
상기 어플리케이터(30)를 유체 내용물이 수용된 용기본체(10) 내에 담그면 색소수용공간(62)을 씰링하고 있던 수용성플라스틱막(63)이 녹으면서 상기 수용성플라스틱막(63) 내측의 색소수용공간(62)에 수용되어 있던 틴팅색소가 유체 내용물로 퍼져나가 생생한 색감을 갖는 립메이크업 화장품을 얻을 수 있으며, 유통 과정 중 색상이 바래는 것을 방지하며 어플리케이터(30)를 용기본체(10) 내로 침지시키는 동작만으로 내용물 혼합이 용이한 장점이 있다.
또한, 서로 다른 성분을 사용자가 사용하기 직전에 혼합하는 것으로, 화장료의 기능상의 변화를 일으키는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 내부에 투명하거나 옅은 색상의 유체 내용물을 수용하는 용기본체(10)와;
    상기 용기본체(10)에 결합되는 어플리케이터(30);로 구성되되,
    상기 어플리케이터(30)는 용기본체(10)에 탈부착 가능하도록 결합되는 뚜껑(40)과 상기 뚜껑(40) 하측으로 연장 형성되는 솔대(50)와 상기 솔대(50) 하측에 결합되며 틴팅(tinting) 색소가 내장되는 도포부재(60)로 이루어지며,
    상기 도포부재(60)는 팁(61)이 형성되고, 상기 팁(61)에는 색소수용공간(62)이 형성되며, 상기 색소수용공간(62)에 틴팅 색소가 내장되고, 상기 색소수용공간(62)은 수용성플라스틱막(63)으로 씰링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(10)는 투명한 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(10)의 입구부(11) 내측에는 솔대(50)와 도포부재(60)에 묻은 내용물을 훑어내는 와이퍼(20)가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 솔대(50) 상부에는 뚜껑(40) 내측에 결합되는 뚜껑결합부(51)가 형성되고, 하부에는 도포부재(60)가 결합되는 도포부재결합홈(52)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부재(60)는 솔대(50)의 하부에 결합되는 솔대결합부(64)와 상기 솔대결합부(64) 하측으로 연장 형성된 연결부(65)와 상기 연결부(65) 하측에 형성된 팁(61)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 솔대(50)와 도포부재(60)는 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 수용성플라스틱막(63, water-soluble plastics)은 물에 녹는 플라스틱으로, 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리아크릴아마이드, 폴리산화 에틸렌, 메틸롤화 요소수지, 메틸롤화 멜라닌수지, 레조르형 페놀 수지, 카복시메틸셀룰로스(CMC) 중 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 형성되 것을 특징으로 하는 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 팁(61)의 표면에는 플로킹(66)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소수용공간이 형성된 도포부재를 갖는 립메이크업 용기.
