  • the doctor refers to a diagnostic center.
  • the user chooses a referred /nearest/sui table diagnostic center at step 1106.
  • the user fills in the diagnosis form with the test form comprising of the prescribed tests attached at step 1108. Subsequently an appointment is booked by the user with the specified date for the tests and submits the form upon completion at step 1110.
  • Step 1112 the diagnostic center may be enabled to register with the medical care mobile application in the mobile device.
  • the diagnostic center may enrol with all the requisite details for verification at step 1114.
  • the enrolment of the diagnostic center may be verified by a certain qualified agency as in 1116 and can be granted an approval accordingly and subsequent to approval may start accepting the forms from the user as in step 1118.
  • the user sends the form for diagnosis 1118 which the diagnostic center views and lists out the appointment time slots for a specified date or a future date in case of unavailability as in step 1120.
  • step 1122 In case the user disagrees for the time slot of the specified or future date as a second case of step 1122 then the form is sent with a different date or with the request to change the diagnostic center itself as in step 1124 and the process continues from the step 1118.
  • step 1122 In case the user selects and agrees for the time slot of the specified or future date as a first case of step 1122 then an appointment confirmation along with the details are sent to the user with the confirmation code as in step 1126.
  • step 1128 Subsequently if the user shows up at the diagnostic center registered with the network as a first case of step 1128 then the confirmation code sent to the user through the mobile application is presented at the diagnostic center as in step 1130. Then the diagnostic center opens the user's record through the confirmation code as in step 1132 the diagnosis form is reviewed and the user's tests are completed as in step 1134.
  • test report Upon the completion of the tests the diagnostic center generates a test report and test reports are attached as a soft copy as in step 1136. This exempts the patient from carrying a hard copy to the doctor and it can be shared directly in the system by the doctor's appointment unlocked code as in step 1138.
  • step 1154 In case the reported diagnostic and the referred diagnostic center turn out to be the same as a first case of the step 1154 then the patient's reports are attached in the system as a first case of step 1156 then the doctor reviews the reports and the treatment is provided based on the results as in step 1158. As a second case of step 1156 in case the patient's reports are not attached to the system then the doctor checks the manual reports and marks the reports in the system as a same diagnostic center as in step 1166.
  • the doctor's referral is attached as a part of the claims section as in step 1160 who then extracts a report for a certain period and claims the referral fees as in 1162.
  • the diagnostic center marks it as claimed as in step 1164.
  • the patient's reports are attached in the system as a first case of step 1168 and the doctor reviews the reports and provides the treatment based on the results as in step 1170.
  • the doctor checks the manual reports in the system as a different diagnostic center as in step 1172.
  • step 1174 Once marked the patient gets a notification to attach the reports to maintain a proper history.
  • the doctor also sends a notification to the diagnostic center to attach the reports and inform not to break the process as in step 1176.
