一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法及系统。该方法通过将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量、饱和度分量、和亮度分量构成的HSI颜色空间,再对亮度分量进行直方图统计,获得亮度分量的直方图,依据亮度分量的直方图获得变换参数,通过变换参数结合原始低驱动电压计算得到新的低驱动电压,同时保持色调分量和饱和度分量不变,对亮度分量进行增强处理获得新的亮度分量,再将色调分量、饱和度分量和新的亮度分量转换至RGB颜色空间,获得R'G'B'信号,并将R'G'B'信号和新的低驱动电压提供给像素驱动电路,能够提升OLED显示面板的对比度,提升OLED显示面板的显示质量,降低OLED显示面板的耗电量。

Description

提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法及系统。
背景技术
有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Display,OLED)显示装置具有自发光、驱动电压低、发光效率高、响应时间短、清晰度与对比度高、近180°视角、使用温度范围宽,可实现柔性显示与大面积全色显示等诸多优点,被业界公认为是最有发展潜力的显示装置。
OLED显示装置按照驱动方式可以分为无源矩阵型OLED(Passive Matrix OLED,PMOLED)和有源矩阵型OLED(Active Matrix OLED,AMOLED)两大类,即直接寻址和薄膜晶体管矩阵寻址两类。其中,AMOLED具有呈阵列式排布的像素,属于主动显示类型,发光效能高,通常用作高清晰度的大尺寸显示装置。
AMOLED是电流驱动器件,当有电流流过有机发光二极管时,有机发光二极管发光,且发光亮度由流过有发光二极管自身的电流决定。如图1所示,最常用的AMOLED像素驱动电路包括两个薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFT)与一个电容(Capacitor),即2T1C像素驱动电路。具体的,2T1C像素驱动电路包括一第一薄膜晶体管T1、一第二薄膜晶体管T2、及一电容C,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1为开关薄膜晶体管,所述第二薄膜晶体管T2为驱动薄膜晶体管,所述电容C为存储电容。所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极电性连接扫描信号GN,源极电性连接数据信号SN,漏极与第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极、及电容C的一端电性连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极电性连接高驱动电压OVDD,源极电性连接有机发光二级管D的阳极;有机发光二级管D的阴极电性连接低驱动电压OVSS;电容C的一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管T1的漏极,另一端电性连接第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极。AMOLED显示时,扫描信号GN控制第一薄膜晶体管T1导通,数据信号SN经过第一薄膜晶体管T1进入到第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极及电容C,然后第一薄膜晶体管T1截止,由于电容C的存储作用,第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极电压仍可继续保持数据信号电压,使得第二薄膜晶体管T2处于导通状态,驱动电流Ioled通过第二薄膜晶体管T2进入有机发光二 级管D,驱动有机发光二级管D发光。其中,有机发光二极管D的发光亮度与通过该有机发光二极管D的驱动电流Ioled有关,而Ioled又受到有机发光二极管D的阳极与阴极之间的电压ΔVoled的影响,如图2所示,随着ΔVoled的增大,Ioled也不断增大,而ΔVoled=Vs-OVSS,其中Vs为第二薄膜晶体管T2的源极电压,OVSS为低驱动电压,有机发光二极管D的耗电功率P=Ioled×ΔVoled,因此,如图3所示,随着Ioled的增大有机发光二极管D的亮度Lum也逐渐增大。
随着OLED显示技术的不断发展,消费者对于OLED显示面板的显示质量的要求越来越高,需要进一步提升OLED显示面板的对比度,以提升OLED显示面板的显示质量。现有技术通常是在RGB空间模型下直接对图像进行对比度的加强处理,这种处理方法容易产生颜色丢失的缺陷,而HSI是一种根据颜色的直观特性而建立的颜色空间模型,该HSI颜色空间是从人的视觉系统出发,用色调H、饱和度S和亮度I来描述色彩,能够清楚的表现出色调H、亮度I和饱和度S的变化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法,通过该方法能够提升OLED显示面板的对比度,提升OLED显示面板的显示质量,同时降低OLED显示面板的耗电量。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,该系统能够提升OLED显示面板的对比度,提升OLED显示面板的显示质量,同时降低OLED显示面板的耗电量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、提供拟输入OLED显示面板的画面的原始RGB信号和原始低驱动电压;
步骤2、将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量、饱和度分量、和亮度分量构成的HSI颜色空间;
步骤3、对亮度分量进行直方图统计,获得亮度分量的直方图;
步骤4、根据亮度分量的直方图计算获得变换参数;
步骤5、保持色调分量和饱和度分量不变,通过对比度增强方法对亮度分量进行增强处理获得新的亮度分量;
步骤6、通过变换参数和原始低驱动电压计算获得新的低驱动电压,计算公式为:OVSS’=K×X×OVSS,其中OVSS’为新的低驱动电压,K为一 常数值系数,X为变换参数,OVSS为原始低驱动电压;
步骤7、将由色调分量、饱和度分量、和新的亮度分量转换到RGB颜色空间获得新的R’G’B’信号,将新的R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压输入OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路,OLED显示面板显示对比度增强的新图像。
所述步骤5中通过对比度增强方法对亮度分量进行增强处理获得新的亮度分量的具体过程为:
步骤51、计算每同一列相邻两行像素的亮度值的差的绝对值Q1和第一亮度值权重k1;

所述步骤4中根据亮度分量的直方图计算获得变换参数的具体过程为:先从亮度分量的直方图中获取数量最多的亮度值和数值最大的亮度值;
再依据数量最多的亮度值和数值最大的亮度计算获得变换参数,计算公式为:X=Max(hist(I))/Max(I),其中,X为变换参数,Max(hist(I))为数量最多的亮度值,Max(I)为数值最大的亮度值。

所述OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路包括:一第一薄膜晶体管、一第二薄膜晶体管、及一电容,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极输入扫描信号,源极输入由新的R’G’B’信号组成的数据信号,漏极与第二薄膜晶体管的栅极、及电容的一端电性连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极电性连接高驱动电压,源极电性连接有机发光二级管的阳极;有机发光二级管的阴极输入新的低驱动电压;电容的一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管的漏极,另一端电性连接第二薄膜晶体管的漏极。
本发明还提供一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,包括:
第一转换模块:用于接收拟输入OLED显示面板的画面的原始RGB信号和原始低驱动电压,并将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量、饱和度分量、亮度分量构成的HSI颜色空间;
对比度增强模块:与第一转换模块电性连接,用于对亮度分量进行直 方图统计及对比度增强处理,获得新的亮度分量和变换参数,并通过变换参数和原始低驱动电压计算获得新的低驱动电压,计算公式为:OVSS’=K×X×OVSS,其中OVSS’为新的低驱动电压,K为一常数值系数,X为变换参数,OVSS为原始低驱动电压;
第二转换模块:与对比度增强模块及OLED显示面板电性连接,用于将色调分量、饱和度分量、和新的亮度分量转换到RGB颜色空间获得R’G’B’信号,将新的R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压输入OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路,使得OLED显示面板显示对比度增强的新图像。
所示对比度增强模块获得变换参数X的计算公式为:X=Max(hist(I))/Max(I),其中,X为变换参数,Max(hist(I))为数量最多的亮度值,Max(I)为数值最大的亮度值。

对比度增强模块:与第一转换模块电性连接,用于对亮度分量进行直方图统计及对比度增强处理,获得新的亮度分量和变换参数,并通过变换参数和原始低驱动电压计算获得新的低驱动电压,计算公式为:OVSS’=K×X×OVSS,其中OVSS’为新的低驱动电压,K为一常数值系数,X为变换参数,OVSS为原始低驱动电压;
第二转换模块:与对比度增强模块及OLED显示面板电性连接,用于将色调分量、饱和度分量、和新的亮度分量转换到RGB颜色空间获得新的R’G’B’信号,将新的R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压输入OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路,使得OLED显示面板显示对比度增强的新图像;

请同时参阅图4与图5,本发明首先提供一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、提供拟输入OLED显示面板的画面的原始RGB信号和原始低驱动电压OVSS。
如图6所示,在原始RGB信号和原始低驱动电压OVSS下拟输入OLED显示面板的画面的对比度较低,影响了OLED显示面板的显示质量。
步骤2、将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量H、饱和度分量S、和亮度分量I构成的HSI颜色空间。
步骤3、如图7所示,对亮度分量I进行直方图统计,获得亮度分量I的直方图,该亮度分量I在直方图表现的比较集中,分布不均匀。
步骤4、根据图7所示的亮度分量的直方图计算获得变换参数。
具体地,该步骤4中根据亮度分量I的直方图计算获得变换参数的具体过程为:
先从亮度分量I的直方图中获取数量最多的亮度值和数值最大的亮度值;
再依据数量最多的亮度值和数值最大的亮度计算获得变换参数,计算公式为:X=Max(hist(I))/Max(I),其中,X为变换参数,Max(hist(I))为数量最多的亮度值,Max(I)为数值最大的亮度值。
步骤5、保持色调分量H和饱和度分量S不变,对亮度分量I进行增强处理获得新的亮度分量I’。

其中,i、j为正整数,分别代表像素所在的行数与列数,I(i,j)为第i行第j列像素的亮度值,I(i,j+1)为第i行第j+1列像素的亮度值,H3(a)为亮度值为a的像素数量,C3(Y)为从亮度值I(i,j)到亮度值I(i,j+1)之间各个亮度值对应的像素数量之和;
步骤53、将步骤51中的C1(Y)与步骤52中C3(Y)相加得到C(Y);

步骤54、最大值归一化,计算公式为:

再将N(Y)乘以255计算得到增强亮度表out(Y),并通过查表得到新的亮度值I’=out(I(i,j))。
经过该步骤5做过对比度增强处理的新的亮度分量I’的直方图如图8所示,经过处理后新的亮度分量I’在直方图中分布的更均匀。
步骤6、通过变换参数X和原始低驱动电压OVSS计算获得新的低驱动电压OVSS’,计算公式为:OVSS’=K×X×OVSS,其中OVSS’为新的低驱动电压,K为一常数值系数,X为变换参数,OVSS为原始低驱动电压。
步骤7、将由色调分量H、饱和度分量S、和新的亮度分量I’转换到RGB颜色空间获得新的R’G’B’信号,将新的R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压OVSS’输入OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路,OLED显示面板显示如图9所示的对比度增强的新图像,提升OLED显示面板的显示质量。
进一步地,所述OLED显示面板可选择AMOLED显示面板。如图11所示,所述OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路可选择2T1C像素驱动电路,包括:一第一薄膜晶体管T1、一第二薄膜晶体管T2、及一电容C,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极输入扫描信号GN,源极输入由新的R’G’B’信号组成的数据信号SN,漏极与第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极、及电容C的一端电性连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极电性连接高驱动电压OVDD,源极电性连接有机发光二级管D的阳极;有机发光二级管D的阴极输入新的低驱动电压OVSS’;电容C的一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管T1的漏极,另一端电性连接第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极。
值得一提的是,通过向有机发光二级管D的阴极输入新的低驱动电压OVSS’能够降低有机发光二级管D阳极与阴极之间的电压差ΔVoled,从而能够降低OLED显示面板的耗电量。
请同时参阅图10与图11、结合图5,基于同一发明思路,本发明还提供一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,包括:
第一转换模块:用于接收拟输入OLED显示面板的画面的原始RGB信号和原始低驱动电压OVSS,并将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量H、饱和度分量S、亮度分量I构成的HSI颜色空间。
对比度增强模块:与第一转换模块电性连接,用于对亮度分量I进行直方图统计及对比度增强处理,获得新的亮度分量I’和变换参数X,并通过变换参数X和原始低驱动电压OVSS计算获得新的低驱动电压OVSS’,计算公式为:OVSS’=K×X×OVSS,其中OVSS’为新的低驱动电压,K为一常数值系数,X为变换参数,OVSS为原始低驱动电压。
具体地,所述对比度增强模块通过对亮度分量I进行直方图统计,获得亮度分量I的直方图,再从亮度分量I的直方图中获取数量最多的亮度值和数值最大的亮度值,再依据数量最多的亮度值和数值最大的亮度计算获得变换参数X,计算公式为:X=Max(hist(I))/Max(I),其中,X为变换参数,Max(hist(I))为数量最多的亮度值,Max(I)为数值最大的亮度值。
第二转换模块:与对比度增强模块及OLED显示面板电性连接,用于将色调分量H、饱和度分量S、新的亮度分量I’转换到RGB颜色空间获得新的R’G’B’信号,将新的R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压OVSS’输入OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路,使得OLED显示面板显示对比度增强的新图像。
进一步地,所述OLED显示面板可选择AMOLED显示面板。如图11所示,所述OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路可选择2T1C像素驱动电路,包括:一第一薄膜晶体管T1、一第二薄膜晶体管T2、及一电容C,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极输入扫描信号GN,源极输入由新的R’G’B’信号组成的数据信号SN,漏极与第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极、及电容C的一端电性连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极电性连接高驱动电压OVDD,源极电性连接有机发光二级管D的阳极;有机发光二级管D的阴极输入新的低驱动电压OVSS’;电容C的一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管T1的漏极,另一端电性连接第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极。
本发明的提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,通过第一转换模块将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量H、饱和度分量S、和亮度分量I构成的HSI颜色空间,通过对比度增强模块对亮度分量I进行直方图统计及对比度增强处理,获得新的亮度分量I’和变换参数X,并通过变换参数X和原始低驱 动电压OVSS计算获得新的低驱动电压OVSS’,再通过第二转换模块将色调分量H、饱和度分量S、和新的亮度分量I’转换到RGB颜色空间获得新的R’G’B’信号,将新的R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压OVSS’输入OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路,即能使得OLED显示面板显示对比度增强的新图像。另外,由于有机发光二级管D的阴极输入的是新的低驱动电压OVSS’,能够降低有机发光二级管D阳极与阴极之间的电压差ΔVoled,从而能够降低OLED显示面板的耗电量。
综上所述,本发明的提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法,通过将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量、饱和度分量、和亮度分量构成的HSI颜色空间,再对亮度分量进行直方图统计,获得亮度分量的直方图,依据亮度分量的直方图获得变换参数,通过变换参数结合原始低驱动电压计算得到新的低驱动电压,同时保持色调分量、和饱和度分量不变,对亮度分量进行增强处理获得新的亮度分量,再将色调分量、饱和度分量、和新的亮度分量转换至RGB颜色空间,获得R’G’B’信号,并将R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压提供给像素驱动电路,能够提升OLED显示面板的对比度,提升OLED显示面板的显示质量,降低OLED显示面板的耗电量。本发明的提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,能够提升OLED显示面板的对比度,提升OLED显示面板的显示质量,降低OLED显示面板的耗电量。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法,包括如下步骤:
    步骤1、提供拟输入OLED显示面板的画面的原始RGB信号和原始低驱动电压;
    步骤2、将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量、饱和度分量、和亮度分量构成的HSI颜色空间;
    步骤3、对亮度分量进行直方图统计,获得亮度分量的直方图;
    步骤4、根据亮度分量的直方图计算获得变换参数;
    步骤5、保持色调分量和饱和度分量不变,通过对比度增强方法对亮度分量进行增强处理获得新的亮度分量;
    步骤6、通过变换参数和原始低驱动电压计算获得新的低驱动电压,计算公式为:OVSS’=K×X×OVSS,其中OVSS’为新的低驱动电压,K为一常数值系数,X为变换参数,OVSS为原始低驱动电压;
    步骤7、将色调分量、饱和度分量、和新的亮度分量转换到RGB颜色空间获得新的R’G’B’信号,将新的R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压输入OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路,OLED显示面板显示对比度增强的新图像。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法,其中,所述步骤5中通过对比度增强方法对亮度分量进行增强处理获得新的亮度分量的具体过程为:
    步骤51、计算每同一列相邻两行像素的亮度值的差的绝对值Q1和第一亮度值权重k1;
    每同一列相邻两行像素的亮度值的差的绝对值Q1的计算公式为:
    Q1=abs(I(i,j)-I(i+1,j))
    第一亮度值权重k1的计算公式为:

    其中,同一列相邻两行像素的亮度值的差的绝对值Q1的取值范围为0至255,n为大于1的正整数;
    依据第一亮度值权重k1与每同一列相邻两行像素的亮度值进行累加计算,计算公式为:

    其中,i、j为正整数,分别代表像素所在的行数与列数,I(i,j)为第i行第j列像素的亮度值,I(i+1,j)为第i+1行第j列像素的亮度值,H1(a)为亮度值为a的像素数量,C1(Y)为从亮度值I(i,j)到亮度值I(i+1,j)之间各个亮度值对应的像素数量之和;
    步骤52、计算每同一行相邻两列像素的亮度值的差的绝对值Q2和第二亮度值权重k2;
    每同一行相邻两列像素的亮度值的差的绝对值Q2的计算公式为:
    Q2=abs(I(i,j)-I(i,j+1))
    第二亮度值权重k2的计算公式为:

    其中,同一行相邻两列像素的亮度值的差的绝对值Q2的取值范围为0至255,n为大于1的正整数且与步骤51中的取值相同;
    依据第二亮度值权重k2与每同一行相邻两列像素的亮度值进行累加计算,计算公式为:

    步骤53、将步骤51中的C1(Y)与步骤52中C3(Y)相加得到C(Y);

    步骤54、最大值归一化,计算公式为:

    再将N(Y)乘以255计算得到增强亮度表out(Y),并通过查表得到新的亮度值I’=out(I(i,j))。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法,其中,所述步骤4中根据亮度分量的直方图计算获得变换参数的具体过程为:
    先从亮度分量的直方图中获取数量最多的亮度值和数值最大的亮度 值;
    再依据数量最多的亮度值和数值最大的亮度计算获得变换参数,计算公式为:X=Max(hist(I))/Max(I),其中,X为变换参数,Max(hist(I))为数量最多的亮度值,Max(I)为数值最大的亮度值。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法,其中,所述OLED显示面板为AMOLED显示面板。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的提升OLED显示面板对比度的方法,其中,所述OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路包括:一第一薄膜晶体管、一第二薄膜晶体管、及一电容,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极输入扫描信号,源极输入由新的R’G’B’信号组成的数据信号,漏极与第二薄膜晶体管的栅极、及电容的一端电性连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极电性连接高驱动电压,源极电性连接有机发光二级管的阳极;有机发光二级管的阴极输入新的低驱动电压;电容的一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管的漏极,另一端电性连接第二薄膜晶体管的漏极。
  6. 一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,包括:
    第一转换模块:用于接收拟输入OLED显示面板的画面的原始RGB信号和原始低驱动电压,并将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量、饱和度分量、亮度分量构成的HSI颜色空间;
    对比度增强模块:与第一转换模块电性连接,用于对亮度分量进行直方图统计及对比度增强处理,获得新的亮度分量和变换参数,并通过变换参数和原始低驱动电压计算获得新的低驱动电压,计算公式为:OVSS’=K×X×OVSS,其中OVSS’为新的低驱动电压,K为一常数值系数,X为变换参数,OVSS为原始低驱动电压;
    第二转换模块:与对比度增强模块及OLED显示面板电性连接,用于将色调分量、饱和度分量、和新的亮度分量转换到RGB颜色空间获得新的R’G’B’信号,将新的R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压输入OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路,使得OLED显示面板显示对比度增强的新图像。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,其中,所示对比度增强模块获得变换参数的计算公式为:X=Max(hist(I))/Max(I),其中,X为变换参数,Max(hist(I))为数量最多的亮度值,Max(I)为数值最大的亮度值。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,其中,所述OLED显示面板为AMOLED显示面板。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,其中,所 述OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路包括:一第一薄膜晶体管、一第二薄膜晶体管、及一电容,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极输入扫描信号,源极输入由新的R’G’B’信号组成的数据信号,漏极与第二薄膜晶体管的栅极、及电容的一端电性连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极电性连接高驱动电压,源极电性连接有机发光二级管的阳极;有机发光二级管的阴极输入新的低驱动电压;电容的一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管的漏极,另一端电性连接第二薄膜晶体管的漏极。
  10. 一种提升OLED显示面板对比度的系统,包括:
    第一转换模块:用于接收拟输入OLED显示面板的画面的原始RGB信号和原始低驱动电压,并将原始RGB信号转换到由色调分量、饱和度分量、亮度分量构成的HSI颜色空间;
    对比度增强模块:与第一转换模块电性连接,用于对亮度分量进行直方图统计及对比度增强处理,获得新的亮度分量和变换参数,并通过变换参数和原始低驱动电压计算获得新的低驱动电压,计算公式为:OVSS’=K×X×OVSS,其中OVSS’为新的低驱动电压,K为一常数值系数,X为变换参数,OVSS为原始低驱动电压;
    第二转换模块:与对比度增强模块及OLED显示面板电性连接,用于将色调分量、饱和度分量、和新的亮度分量转换到RGB颜色空间获得新的R’G’B’信号,将新的R’G’B’信号和新的低驱动电压输入OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路,使得OLED显示面板显示对比度增强的新图像;
    其中,所示对比度增强模块获得变换参数的计算公式为:X=Max(hist(I))/Max(I),其中,X为变换参数,Max(hist(I))为数量最多的亮度值,Max(I)为数值最大的亮度值;
    其中,所述OLED显示面板为AMOLED显示面板;
    其中,所述OLED显示面板内的像素驱动电路包括:一第一薄膜晶体管、一第二薄膜晶体管、及一电容,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极输入扫描信号,源极输入由新的R’G’B’信号组成的数据信号,漏极与第二薄膜晶体管的栅极、及电容的一端电性连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极电性连接高驱动电压,源极电性连接有机发光二级管的阳极;有机发光二级管的阴极输入新的低驱动电压;电容的一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管的漏极,另一端电性连接第二薄膜晶体管的漏极。
