Abstract
L'invention concerne l'industrie d'extraction de gaz et de pétrole et peut être utilisée pour protéger le câble de force d'une pompe contre les dégradations mécaniques. Le résultat technique consiste à assurer une meilleure fiabilité de la fixation du dispositif de type « protectolizer » sur le col de la pompe et une plus grande polyvalence du dispositif. Le dispositif de type « protectolizer » comprend un corps constitué de deux pièces, un assemblage à élément saillant amovible avec des éléments de fixation et un écran de protection. Le corps est constitué des éléments suivants articulés entre eux, à savoir le corps et une attache reliés entre eux par un boulon articulé et une vis de réglage vissée dans le corps et reliée à l'attache au moyen d'un axe. La vis de réglage offre la possibilité de réglage axial grâce au vissage dans le corps ou le dévissage à partir de celui-ci en cas de variation de diamètre du col de la pompe. L'assemblage à élément saillant amovible se présente comme un boulon articulé et un écrou de serrage protégé par une rondelle d'arrêt contre tout dévissage non autorisé. En outre, le corps est muni d'un côté de gorges Doc1 и DoC2 pour pouvoir s'emmancher sur des bases de dimensions différentes de la pompe ou du corps de protection hydraulique, et, de l'autre côté, d'un logement B3, d'une surface d'appui B1 et de quatre tétons t1, t2, t3 et t4, ainsi que de gorges Dϕ1, Dϕ2 et Dϕ3 pour pouvoir se raccorder avec des brides de dimensions différentes de têtes de pompes centrifuges électriques.
