À cet effet, la présente invention comprend: un tube d'eau inférieur dans lequel l'eau permettant de générer de l'eau chaude ou de la vapeur s'écoule; la pluralité de tubes d'eau centraux alignés verticalement et disposés au niveau de parties avant et arrière de celui-ci à des intervalles prédéterminés de manière à communiquer avec le tube d'eau inférieur, et stockant l'eau ayant circulé depuis le tube d'eau inférieur; des tubes de vapeur supérieurs dans lesquels la vapeur générée dans les tubes d'eau centraux s'écoule à travers un tube de raccordement de vapeur et est évacuée à travers une évacuation; et un boîtier externe destiné à recevoir le tube d'eau inférieur, les tubes d'eau centraux et les tubes de vapeur supérieurs, les tubes d'eau centraux comprenant: une paire de tubes d'eau verticaux dont une extrémité communique avec le tube d'eau inférieur et dont l'autre extrémité communique avec le tube de raccordement de vapeur, et qui sont disposés pour être verticaux avec le tube d'eau inférieur; des tubes d'eau horizontaux comprenant au moins deux positions verticales par rapport à une position horizontale de sorte que les tubes de la paire de tubes d'eau verticaux communiquent l'un avec l'autre; et une pluralité de tubes d'eau de raccordement disposés en parallèle avec les tubes d'eau verticaux de sorte que les tubes d'eau horizontaux communiquent l'un avec l'autre, les tubes d'eau horizontaux et les tubes d'eau de raccordement des tubes d'eau centraux au niveau d'un côté étant configurés sous la forme de tubes doubles, le tube interne du tube double du tube d'eau de raccordement pénétrant dans le tube d'eau horizontal et faisant saillie à l'extérieur du tube d'eau horizontal, et les tubes d'eau centraux au niveau d'un autre côté étant configurés sous la forme des tubes simples.
