The excretion processing unit 400 is disposed on the back surface of the urine receiving part 220. The excretion processing unit 400 includes, for example, a connection terminal, a hot air supply port, a cleaning liquid supply port, and an excretion port. The connection terminal is electrically connected to various sensors incorporated in the wearing toilet seat 100, for example, a defecation sensor and a urination sensor. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the mounting toilet seat 100 according to the present embodiment. The collar unit 300 includes a first elastic body 310 and a second elastic body 320. The second elastic body 320 covers the support surface 311 of the first elastic body 310 and the side surface 313 of the first elastic body 310 that support the buttocks of the user 10. The second elastic body 320 may cover the side portions on both sides of the first elastic body 310 and the side portion of the first elastic body 310 opposite to the side facing the excrement receiving portion 210.
The second elastic body 320 may be harder than the first elastic body 310. The bottom cover 500 may be harder than the second elastic body 320. The first elastic body 310 may be made of, for example, a urethane resin. The hardness of the first elastic body 310 may be 4 or less, preferably 2 or less, more preferably 0, for example, in JIS-A. The second elastic body 320 may be made of, for example, a urethane resin, a styrene resin, an elastomer, or the like. The hardness of the second elastic body 320 may be, for example, 10 to 30, preferably 15 to 25 in JIS-A. The hardness of the second elastic body 320 may be 23 in JIS-A, for example. The bottom cover 500 may be made of, for example, urethane resin, styrene resin, elastomer, or the like.
The first elastic body 310 includes an elastic main body 312 disposed on the other end side of the excrement receiving portion 210 and an elastic dish edge 314 disposed on the peripheral edge 214 of the dish-shaped recess 212. The elastic body 312 includes a through hole 316 at a position corresponding to the sacrum of the user 10. The elastic main body 312 may include a dish-shaped hole that does not penetrate instead of the through-hole 316.
The second elastic body 320 may include an extension portion 322 that extends outward from an end portion of the elastic body 312 opposite to the excrement receiving portion 210. The thickness of the second elastic body 320 may change so as to become thinner from the buttocks of the user 10 toward the back. The excrement receiving part 210 has a tongue part 216 extending into the elastic main body 312. The second elastic body 320 further includes an elastic groove edge portion 328 that rises from the elastic dish edge portion 314 and is disposed on the edge portion 224 of the groove-shaped recess 222. The second elastic body 320 further includes an elastic front portion 330. The elastic front portion 330 is disposed at the end of the groove-shaped recess 222 opposite to the excrement receiving portion 210 and covers the front of the crotch of the user 10.
According to the mounting toilet seat 100 according to the present embodiment, the first elastic body 310 made of urethane resin or the like having a relatively low hardness is used for the portion that supports the buttocks of the user 10. The hardness of the first elastic body 310 may be 0 in JIS-A as described above. A material with low hardness such as urethane resin is easily damaged, and the durability is not sufficient, and the shape tends to collapse. Therefore, when the buttocks unit 300 is configured only by the first elastic body 310 made of urethane resin or the like, the first elastic body 310 may be crushed and become too thin due to the weight of the user 10. In this case, the 1st elastic body 310 cannot absorb the hardness of the toilet seat main body 200, and the burden to the user's 10 buttocks may increase.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the second elastic body 320 covers the support surface 311 of the first elastic body 310 that supports the buttocks of the user 10 and the side surface 313 of the first elastic body 310. Since the second elastic body 320 has higher hardness than the first elastic body 310, the first elastic body 310 can be prevented from being crushed and becoming too thin. Moreover, when the buttocks unit 300 is composed only of a material having a certain degree of hardness, such as an elastomer, the buttocks unit 300 may be too hard and the burden on the buttocks of the user 10 may increase. However, as in the present embodiment, by arranging the first elastic body 310 having low hardness inside the second elastic body 320, softness that reduces the burden on the buttocks of the user 10 is realized and used. The strength which prevents the buttock unit 300 from being crushed too much due to the weight of the buttock of the person 10 can be realized.
Further, since the excrement receiving part 210 has the tongue 216 extending into the elastic main body 312, the difference in softness at the boundary between the elastic main body 312 and the elastic dish edge 314 can be reduced. For example, as shown in FIG. 5A, when there is no tongue 216, the change in hardness becomes steep at the boundary between the elastic body 312 and the elastic dish edge 314. The difference between the hardness at the part indicated by the arrow a where the excrement receiving part 210 is arranged below and the hardness at the part shown by the arrow b where the excrement receiving part 210 is not arranged below becomes large. In this case, the user 10 may feel uncomfortable at the boundary between the elastic main body 312 and the elastic dish edge 314.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5B, when the tongue 216 is provided at the boundary between the elastic body 312 and the elastic dish edge 314, the change in hardness at the boundary can be moderated. Between the portion indicated by the arrow c where the excrement receiving part 210 is arranged below and the part shown by the arrow e where the excrement receiving part 210 and the tongue 216 are not arranged below, the tongue 216 below A portion indicated by an arrow d where is disposed is interposed. The hardness of the portion indicated by the arrow d is between the hardness indicated by the arrow c and the hardness indicated by the arrow e. Therefore, the change in hardness can be moderated, and the user 10 can be hardly given a sense of discomfort at the boundary between the elastic body 312 and the elastic dish edge 314. In addition, the thickness of the tongue part 216 may be uniform, and may become thin toward the back from the user's 10 buttocks.
FIG. 6 is a top view of the mounting toilet seat 100 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the toilet seat 100 for mounting according to the present embodiment. FIG. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line BB of the toilet seat 100 for mounting according to the present embodiment. FIG. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line CC of the toilet seat 100 for mounting according to the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 7, by gently tilting the support surface 324 of the second elastic body 320 that supports the buttocks of the user 10 from the buttocks of the user 10 toward the back, the burden on the waist of the user 10 is reduced. Can be reduced. For example, the height H1 in FIG. 7 may be 40.9 mm, the height H2 may be 31.1 mm, and the height H2 may be 21.2 mm. These heights are not limited to the above dimensions. Moreover, the extension part 322 extended toward the back from a user's buttocks is provided in the 2nd elastic body 320, and a level | step difference with the floor surface in which the toilet seat 100 for mounting is installed can be decreased. Thereby, the discomfort given to the user 10 can further be reduced.
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the connection portion 327 between the support surface 324 of the second elastic body 320 that supports the collar portion and the side surface 326 of the second elastic body 320 that extends from the support surface 324 of the second elastic body to both sides. The cross-sectional shape may be curved. Accordingly, it is possible to easily spread the first elastic body 310 in the lateral direction more uniformly by the weight of the buttocks of the user 10 than when the cross-sectional shape of the connection portion 327 has a corner. Therefore, by setting the shape of the cross section of the connection portion 327 to a curved shape, it is possible to suppress a shortage of the first elastic body 310 due to the weight of the buttocks of the user 10.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, the elastic groove edge 328 of the second elastic body 320 is disposed on the edge 224 of the groove-shaped recess 222 of the urine receiving part 220 and has a space 329 therein. The elastic groove edge 328 may form a space 329 inside by folding back a part of the elastic groove edge 328. The space 329 functions as a cushion, and the burden on the skin of the user 10 can be reduced. The space 329 may be filled with air. The space 329 may be filled with a material having a lower hardness than the material of the second elastic body 320 such as a urethane resin.
By the way, as described above, the diaper 30 is fixed to the mounting toilet seat 100 via the adhesive portion 34 such as a double-sided tape. When exchanging the diaper 30, it is preferable that the adhesive portion 34 is easily peeled off from the toilet seat 100 for mounting. However, the ABS resin that constitutes the toilet seat body 200 and the elastomer that constitutes the buttock unit 300 have high adhesion to the adhesive material of the adhesive portion 34, and the adhesive material remains on the surface of the toilet seat body 200 or the buttock unit 300. There is a case.
Therefore, a water-repellent material may be applied to a region where the toilet seat body 200 and the adhesive portion 34 of the buttock unit 300 are bonded. By applying the water repellent material, it is possible to improve the ease of peeling of the adhesive portion 34 while maintaining the adhesiveness to the adhesive portion 34. The water repellent material may be, for example, a waterproof / moisture-proof coating agent. The waterproof / moisture-proof coating agent may be, for example, Fluorosurf FG-3030C-8.0.
As mentioned above, according to the toilet seat 100 for mounting which concerns on this embodiment, the buttocks unit 300 is comprised by two elastic bodies with a difference in hardness. More specifically, the first elastic body 310 is covered with a second elastic body 320 having a higher hardness than the first elastic body 310. For example, by using the first elastic body 310 having a hardness of 0, the cushion performance of the buttocks unit 300 can be increased, and the burden on the skin of the user 10 can be reduced. Moreover, by covering the first elastic body 310 with the second elastic body 320 having a higher hardness than the first elastic body 310, the first elastic body 310 is crushed too much by the weight of the buttocks of the user 10, and the first elastic body It is also possible to prevent the cushion performance of 310 from being reduced and the burden on the user's 10 skin from increasing.
