Abstract

La présente invention concerne des séquences de Brassica comprenant une activité de promoteur préférentiel de graines. L'invention concerne des gènes recombinés comprenant le promoteur préférentiel de graines lié de manière fonctionnelle à une séquence d'acide nucléique hétérologue, ainsi que des cellules, des plants et des graines comprenant le gène recombiné. Les promoteurs peuvent être utilisés pour modifier l'expression génétique spécifiquement dans les graines et au niveau d'une phase spécifique du développement de la graine, et pour modifier la tolérance au stress biotique ou abiotique, le rendement ou la qualité des graines.
