实施例一:
本实施例提供一种服务质量参数处理方法,其与相关技术相比具有对不同用户提供不同的服务质量,能更合理的分配网络资源的优点,该请参考图1,包括:
步骤(S,Step)101:根据接收的接入请求获取园区网分配的原始服务质量参数;
S102:按照预设方式对原始服务质量参数进行调整,根据调整后的服务质量参数将用户接入所述园区网。
对于步骤S101:根据接收的接入请求获取园区网分配的原始服务质量参数,当用户想要接入园区网中,会向用户接入装置发出接入请求,在接入请求中会携带例如要访问的企业用户名、密码和APN(Access Point Name,接入点名称)以及其他必要信息。
用户接入装置在收到了用户发出的接入请求后,会先获得园区网为该用户分配的原始服务质量参数。用户接入装置在收到任何一个用户发出的接入请求后都会为其分配一个服务质量参数,该服务质量参数为用户接入装置事先设置好的默认服务质量参数,可以包括原始服务质量参数。
对于获取原始服务质量参数的方式有以下两种:其一,从核心网中的用户的有效订阅上下文信息中获取园区网分配的原始服务质量参数;其二,向归属签约用户服务器发送获取有效订阅上下文信息的请求,接收所述归属签约用户服务器对该反馈的所述用户的有效订阅上下文信息,从归属签约用户服务器反馈的用户的有效订阅上下文信息中获取所述园区网分配的原始服务质量参数。通常,当用户第一次接入该园区网采用第二种方式来获取原始服务质量参数,当用户非第一次接入该园区网采用第一种方式来获取原始服务质量参数,由于用户在第一次接入该园区网后,核心网会将该用户的有效订阅上下文信息储存,这样当该用户下次接入该园区网时,可以直接从核心网获取该用户的有效订阅上下文信息。在有效订阅上下文信息中已经包含该用户的原始服务质量参数。
对于步骤S102:按照预设方式对原始服务质量参数进行调整,根据调整后的服务质量参数将用户接入园区网。在获取到园区网分配的原始服务质量参数之后,用户接入装置会按照预先设定的方式对该原始服务质量参数进行调整。可选地,包括:对服务质量参数中的分配和保留优先级的等级进行调整。在用户请求接入该园区网携带的请求信息中包含有要访问的企业的用户名和密码,并且对于不同的用户都可以拥有可以唯一确定其身份的标识信息,例如IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,国际移动用户识别码)。用户接入装置中预先设置了与每一个企业对应的企业优先级等级,以及与企业内用户和普通用户以及企业内不同用户对应的用户优先级等级,根据接入请求中携带的要访问的企业的用户名、用户的标识信息,以及用户接入装置中预先设置的企业用户名、用户标识信息与企业优先级等级和用户优先级等级的对应关系,就可以查找出对应的企业优先级等级和用户优先级等级。然后,根据企业优先级和用户优先级可以确定新的分配和保留优先级等级。根据企业优先级等级和用户优先级等级,以及预设的企业优先级
等级、用户优先级等级与分配和保留优先级等级的对应关系,就可以查找出对应的新的分配和保留优先级等级。
在用户接入装置中会预先设定好根据企业优先级和用户优先级与分配和保留优先级等级的对应关系,对于企业优先级有不同等级,用户优先级也设定有不同等级,将不同的企业优先级等级与用户优先级等级组合来确定分配和保留优先级等级。例如,将企业优先级定义为包括高低两个等级,将用户优先级也定义为高低两个等级,当企业优先级为高等级,用户优先级也为高等级时,则分配和保留优先级等级为0-3;当企业优先级为高等级,用户优先级为低等级,则分配和保留优先级等级为4-7;当企业优先级为低等级,用户优先级为高等级,则分配和保留优先级等级为8-11;当企业优先级为低等级,用户优先级也为低等级,则分配和保留优先级等级为12-15。当然也可以根据实际需求将企业优先级和用户优先级设置更多的等级,并设定好其与分配和保留优先级等级的对应关系。在只需要知道用户请求信息中的企业用户名以及用户的标识信息的情况下就可以确定新的分配和保留优先级等级。将原始服务质量参数中的分配和保留优先级等级替换为新的分配和保留优先级等级,完成对该原始服务质量参数的调整。

本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令用于执行上述的服务质量参数处理方法。
实施例二:
本实施例提供一种服务质量参数处理装置2,包括:
原始服务质量参数获取单元21,设置为根据接收的接入请求获取园区网分配的原始服务质量参数;
服务质量参数调整单元22,设置为按照预设方式对所述原始服务质量参数进行调整,根据调整后的服务质量参数将用户接入所述园区网。
当用户想要接入园区网中,会向用户接入装置发出接入请求,服务质量参数处理装置2接收用户的请求,在接入请求中会携带要访问的企业用户名、密码和APN以及其他必要信息。在收到了用户发出的接入请求后,原始服务质量参数获取单元21设置为会先获得园区网为该用户分配的原始服务质量参数。在收到任何一个用户发出的接入请求后用户接入装置都会为其分配一个服务质量参数,该服务质量参数为用户接入装置事先设置好的默认服务质量参数,也即是所述原始服务质量参数。
在获取到用户接入装置2分配的原始服务质量参数之后,服务质量参数调整单元22设置为会按照预先设定的方式对该原始服务质量参数进行调整。服务质量参数调整单元包括分配和保留优先级调整模块221。分配和保留优先级调整模块221设置为,对服务质量参数中的分配和保留优先级的等级进行调整。分配和保留优先级调整模块221包括第一确定子模块2211和第二确定子模块2212。在用户请求接入该园区网携带的请求信息中包含有要访问的企业的用户名和密码,并且对于不同的用户都可以拥有可以唯一确定其身份的标识信息,例如IMSI。服务质量参数处理装置2中预先设置了与每一个企业对应的企业优先级等级,以及与企业内用户和普通用户以及企业内不同用户对应的用户优先级等级,第一确定子模块2211设置为,根据接入请求中携带的要访问的企业的用户名和用户的标识信息直接确定企业优先级等级和用户优先级等级。

可选地,分配和保留优先级调整模块221还包括调整子模块2213,第二确定子模块2212设置为,根据企业优先级等级和用户优先级等级,以及预设的企业优先级等级、用户优先级等级与分配和保留优先级等级的对应关系,查找出对应的新的分配和保留优先级等级后,调整子模块将原始服务质量参数中的分配和保留优先级等级替换为新的分配和保留优先级等级,完成对该原始服务质量参数的调整。调整子模块2213设置为,将原始服务质量参数中的分配和保留优先级等级替换为新的分配和保留优先级等级,完成对该原始服务质量参数的调整后,服务质量参数处理装置2可以调度调整后的服务质量参数完成园区网的接入实现按照用户的优先级接入网络。
上述服务质量参数处理装的每一个个功能模块可以集成在移动管理实体上,也可以集成在除移动管理实体外的其他设备上,或者任意可以实现上述方法的终端或设备或系统。
实施例三:
本实施例提供一种用户接入系统,请参见图3,包括:
家庭演进基站31,设置为接收用户发出的接入园区网的接入请求;根据调整后的服务质量参数将用户接入所述园区网;
移动管理实体32,设置为按照预设方式对原始服务质量参数进行调整。
当用户想要接入园区网中,会向用户接入系统3发出接入请求,用户接入系统3中的移动管理实体32接收用户的请求,在接入请求中会携带要访问
的企业用户名、密码和APN以及其他必要信息。
在移动管理实体32收到了用户发出的接入请求后,移动管理实体32会先获得园区网为该用户分配的原始服务质量参数。家庭演进基站31在收到任何一个用户发出的接入请求后用户接入系统3都会为其分配一个服务质量参数,该服务质量参数为用户接入系统3事先设置好的默认服务质量参数,也即是所述原始服务质量参数。
用户接入系统3还包括认证服务器33,设置为在用户请求接入该园区网携带的请求信息中包含有要访问的企业的用户名和密码,并且对于不同的用户都可以拥有可以唯一确定其身份的标识信息,例如IMSI。认证服务器33中预先设置了与每一个企业对应的企业优先级等级,以及与企业内用户和普通用户以及企业内不同用户对应的用户优先级等级,认证服务器33设置为,根据接入请求中携带的要访问的企业的用户名和所述用户的标识信息可以直接确定企业优先级等级和用户优先级等级。

实施例四:
本实施例以用户接入园区网的具体接入过程为例进行说明,请参见图4,该过程包括:
S301:MME(Mobility Management Entity,移动管理实体)接收用户发出的接入园区网的请求;
S302:MME根据接收到的接入园区网的请求,查看本地是否存在该用户的有效订阅上下文信息,若本地存在该用户的有效订阅上下文信息,则转到步骤303;若本地不存在该用户的有效订阅上下文信息,则转到步骤305;
S303:MME发送Update Location Request(位置更新请求)消息到归属签约用户服务器去获取有效订阅上下文信息;
S304:归属签约用户服务器收到MME发送的位置更新请求消息,向MME回复Update Location Ack(位置更新确认)消息;
S305:MME向园区本地网关发起创建会话请求;
S306:园区本地网关根据用户的IMSI,及用户访问的企业用户名向企业认证服务器进行认证请求;
S307:企业认证服务器返回认证结果,并给园区用户分配IP地址(互联网协议地址)以及归属VLAN(虚拟局域网),DNS(域名系统)服务器IP地址,并查找出企业优先级等级和用户优先级等级;
S308:园区本地网关根据企业优先级等级和用户优先级等级确定新的分
配和保留优先级等级,给MME回复会话创建响应,携带新的分配和保留优先级等级;
S309:MME对园区本地网关携带过来的服务质量参数进行协商,将原始服务质量参数中的分配和保留优先级参数等级调整为新的分配和保留优先级等级;
S310:MME将调整后的服务质量参数带给家庭演进基站(HeNB);
S311:HeNB根据调整后的服务质量参数将用户接入园区网。
在步骤301中:接入请求中会携带接入园区网所必须的信息;例如要访问的企业用户名、密码和APN(Access Point Name,接入点名称)以及其他必要信息。
在步骤304中:归属签约用户服务器向MME回复Update Location Ack(位置更新确认)消息中包含该用户的有效订阅上下文信息,在该有效订阅上下文信息中包含该用户的原始服务质量参数。
在步骤307中:企业认证服务器中预先设置了与每一个企业对应的企业优先级等级,以及与每一个用户对应的用户优先级等级,根据请求信息中的企业的用户名就可以直接查找到其企业优先级等级,根据用户的标识信息可以直接查找到其用户优先级等级。
在步骤308中:将企业优先级定义为高低两个等级,用0表示高等级,用1表示低等级,当企业优先级为0,用户优先级也0,则分配和保留优先级等级为0-3;当企业优先级为0,用户优先级为1,则分配和保留优先级等级为4-7;当企业优先级为1,用户优先级为0,则分配和保留优先级等级为8-11;当企业优先级为1,用户优先级也为1,则分配和保留优先级等级为12-15。

本发明实施例提供了一种用户接入方法及装置,请求接收单元在接收到用户发出的接入园区网的接入请求后,原始服务质量参数获取单元根据接入请求获取园区网分配的原始服务质量参数,然后服务质量参数调整单元按照预设方式调整原始服务质量参数,园区网接入单元根据调整后的服务质量参数将用户接入园区网,可见,本发明实施例获取到园区网分配的原始服务质
量参数之后,会对其进行按照预设方式进行调整,来保证接入网络的用户的服务质量。从而达到根据实施情况对不同用户提供不同的服务质量,更合理的分配网络资源的效果。
