Abstract
The invention relates to an electric machine component (14) comprising at least one winding (U, V, W) for generating a magnetic field, the winding having at least one hollow conductor (3) with a casing (4) and an inner cavity (25), through which a coolant can be passed and said winding (U, V, W) having two ends (U1, U2,...,W1, W2), at which an electric supply voltage (L1, L2, L3, 0) is connected. According to the invention, the hollow conductors (3) are designed as round tubes and have an outer diameter ranging from 1.0 mm to 4 mm, the ends (U1, U2,...,W1, W2) of the winding (U, V, W) can act as a coolant inlet or coolant outlet, and said ends (U1, U2,..., W1, W2) of the winding (U, V, W) are connected to a connection piece (6) that comprises a coolant inflow (8) and/or a coolant outflow (9), multiple hollow conductor connections (7) for connecting hollow conductors (3), a distribution channel, via which the coolant is fed into at least one hollow conductor (3), and/or a collection channel into which the coolant emerging from at least one hollow conductor (3) flows and is conducted to the coolant outflow (9) of the connection piece (6).
