本文涉及但不限于通信技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种呼叫请求重定向方法、呼叫请求接续方法及其装置。
背景技术
码分多址接入(Code Division Multiple Access,简称为CDMA)技术是第三代移动通信系统中的一种重要的技术标准。目前在北美、中国以及亚洲一些国家都建立了CDMA商用网络。
演进到第四代无线数据网络(即LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)/EPC(Evolved Packet Core,核心分组网演进))对运营商来说,是大势所趋。据统计,目前全球有100多个运营商开通了LTE商用业务。在LTE/EPC网络演进中,3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project,第三代合作伙伴计划)和GSMA(Global System for Mobile Communications Alliance,全球移动通信系统联盟)都明确采用IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,是IP多媒体子系统)网络向用户提供基于LTE的语音业务(Voice over LTE,简称为VoLTE)服务,美国Verizon、日本KDDI、香港电讯盈科(PCCW)等相继宣布在2014年正式商用VoLTE。
网络演进到VoLTE过程中,第四代移动通信系统(4G)和第二代移动通信系统(2G)/第三代移动通信系统(3G)网络必然会面临长期共存的问题。电信网络中就同时存在两个业务域(IMS域、CDMA CS域)来提供语音业务,也有两个接入域(IMS域、CS域)可以来发起或接收语音呼叫。一般用户开通VoLTE时,通常会继续使用CDMA网络中手机号码,因此网络必须为用户选择某一个业务域(IMS域或CS域)来提供语音业务。VoLTE终端可以选择某一个接入域(IMS域或CS域)来注册或发起语音呼叫,而网络也需要替被叫用户选择一个接入域(IMS域或CS域)来接收呼叫。在用户建立呼叫的过程中,必须要选择一个业务域,这个问题是IMS作为VoLTE方案时必须要解决的。
3GPP协议没有明确定义CDMA和IMS两个网络共存时的语音解决方案,现有的解决方案主要是采用两次寻呼的方式,首先尝试在起呼域寻呼被叫用户,如寻呼不成功,再到另外一个域尝试寻呼用户。这种解决方案,寻呼时延比较长,效率低下,易导致用户寻呼失败,用户体验很差。
发明内容

本文提供了一种呼叫请求重定向方法、呼叫请求接续方法及其装置,以至少解决相关技术中在CDMA和IMS两个网络共存时寻呼被叫用户的效率低的问题。

通过上述步骤,由归属位置查询设备判断到被叫用户属于VoLTE用户的情况下,那么可以认为被叫用户已经在IMS域注册了,此时,通过将呼叫请求重定向至IMS网络的方式,将被叫用户锚定到IMS网络进行寻呼过程,从而实现了一次寻呼过程即可寻呼到被叫用户,节约了在CS网络寻呼被叫用户的过程。可见,将上述步骤应用到CDMA和IMS两个网络共存的场景中则可以解决在CDMA和IMS两个网络共存时最多需要尝试寻呼两次被叫用户导致的寻呼被叫用户的效率低的问题,提高了寻呼被叫用户的效率。

本实施例中还提供了一种呼叫请求接续方法,图2是根据本发明实施例的呼叫请求接续方法的流程图,如图2所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,SCC AS经由服务-呼叫会话控制功能S-CSCF接收主叫用户的第一呼叫请求;
步骤S204,SCC AS确定被叫用户当前注册的网络;
步骤S206,SCC AS根据被叫用户当前注册的网络对主叫用户发送的第一呼叫请求进行接续操作。
通过上述步骤,在起呼网络为IMS网络的情况下,由SCC AS确定被叫用户当前注册的网络,并根据被叫用户当前注册的网络对主叫用户发送的第一呼叫请求进行接续操作。由于SCC AS可以获知被叫用户的注册状态,因此,SCC AS根据被叫用户在CS网络或者IMS网络的注册状态选择的对被叫用户进行呼叫的网络中可以寻呼到被叫用户,从而实现了一次寻呼过程即可实现对被叫用户的寻呼。可见,将上述步骤应用在CDMA和IMS两个网络共存的场景中,可以解决在CDMA和IMS两个网络共存时最多需要尝试寻呼两次被叫用户导致的寻呼被叫用户的效率低的问题,提高了寻呼被叫用户的效率。
可选地,在SCC AS确定被叫用户当前注册的网络为CDMA网络的情况下,SCC AS模拟主叫用户的MSCe或者主叫用户的拜访位置寄存器VLR与被叫用户的归属位置查询设备交互,以寻呼被叫用户。
可选地,上述的归属位置查询设备包括但不限于以下之一:归属位置寄存器仿真HLRe、归属签约业务服务器HSS。
可选地,SCC AS模拟主叫用户的MSCe或者主叫用户的VLR与归属位置查询设备交互,以寻呼被叫用户包括:
SCC AS发送第二位置查询请求至归属位置查询设备;
归属位置查询设备发送第一路由请求至被叫用户的MSCe;

为了使本发明实施例的描述更加清楚,下面结合可选实施例进行描述和说明。
本发明可选实施例以CDMA和IMS两个网络共存的场景为例对本发明进行举例说明,需要说明的是,其他CS网络与IMS网络共存场景下也可以应用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,以实现寻呼效率的提升。
本发明可选实施例提出了一种实现基于CDMA网络部署VoLTE时业务域选择的方法,属于长期演进(Long Term Evolution,简称为LTE)/分组核心演进(Evolved Packet Core,简称为EPC)移动通讯领域,是一种业务域选 择(Service Domain select,简称为SDS)的实现方法。
以CDMA网络为例,在CDMA网络叠加部署VoLTE业务,被叫用户可以附着在CS网络,也可以附着在IMS网络。采用在两张网络依次寻呼的方案,寻呼的时延很长,且易导致用户寻呼失败,用户体验非常差。
为了降低寻呼时延,提高寻呼效率,本发明可选实施例提供的一种实现基于CDMA网络部署VoLTE时,VoLTE用户做终呼时业务域选择的方法包括:
1、被叫用户所在HLRe/融合HSS(归属签约业务服务器)签署特殊标示,区分用户是普通CDMA用户还是VoLTE用户;
2、主叫用户从CS域发起呼叫时,MSCe查询被叫用户所在的HLRe时,HLRe返回特定的标示,指示MSCe将用户被叫锚定到IMS网络;
3、SCC AS收到Invite请求(相当于上述的呼叫请求)时,能够支持对CDMA网络和IMS网络进行接入域选择,确定被叫用户当前实际注册的网络。
其中,在SCC AS判断用户注册在CDMA网络时,能够扮演CDMA网络的移动交换中心/拜访位置寄存器(Mobile Switching Center/Visitor Location Register,简称为MSCe/VLR)角色,向HLRe查询路由信息以完成接续;
与相关技术相比,本发明可选实施例提出的VoLTE用户做终呼时业务域选择的方法可以精确选择用户所在的注册域作为终呼域,提高了用户语音业务的成功率,增强了用户在VoLTE网络的语音业务体验。
下面结合附图对本发明可选实施例进行举例说明。
本发明可选实施例提供了一种实现CDMA部署VoLTEV网络业务域选择的方法,也即CDMA/VoLTE多模用户,实现在CDMA被叫域业务锚定到IMS网络的方法。
在具体实施时,本发明所述的CMDA部署VoLTE网络业务域选择的方法可以应用于移动通信领域。
如图6所示,在VoLTE被叫用户注册在CDMA网络时,如主叫用户在CDMA网络做被叫业务,则触发被叫用户锚定到IMS网络进行业务域选择。
在本发明可选实施例中,HLRe、SCC AS等网元和其他网元实体之间交 互包括如下步骤:
步骤S601,主叫用户A发起起呼,呼叫被叫用户B;
步骤S602:CDMA MSCe收到用户的起呼请求,向被叫用户所在的HLRe发起位置查询请求;
步骤S603,HLRe判断当前被叫用户是否为VoLTE用户,如果被叫用户为VoLTE用户时,则向MSCe返回路由信息,格式可选地为Prefix+MDN,其中Prefix为IMS网络的路由码,MDN为被叫用户B的移动用户号码簿号码。
步骤S604,MSCe收到HLRe返回的路由码后,根据HLRe返回的路由信息,将呼叫重定向到IMS网络的S-CSCF上;
步骤S605,S-CSCF向SCC AS发起Invite请求(相当于呼叫请求),携带被叫号码B。
步骤S606,SCC AS执行终呼域选择后,判断被叫用户B注册在CDMA网络,SCC AS模拟MSCe-A向HLRe发起位置查询请求,请求中携带触发码(Trigtype)为34(location);
步骤S607,HLRe收到SCC AS的位置查询请求,向当前被叫用户注册的MSCe发起路由请求(RouteReq),请求TLDN;
步骤S608,MSCe-B收到路由请求后,返回TLDN号码;
步骤S609,HLRe通过LocReq(相当于位置查询响应),向SCC AS返回TLDN号码;
步骤S610,SCC AS向S-CSCF返回TLDN号码;
步骤S611,S-CSCF根据TLDN号码,向被叫用户所在的MSCe发起invite请求;
步骤S612,被叫MSCe-B向被叫用户发起寻呼,完成呼叫。
其中,在步骤S603中,如果MSCe请求LocReq中业务处理能力(TranCapa)参数中的终端列表(TL)参数为1,则返回的响应中,将Prxfix+MDN号码放在公共交换电话网络(PSTN)终端(PSTNTermination) 参数中;如果MSCe请求LOCREQ中TranCapa参数中的TL为0,则返回的响应中,将Prxfix+MDN号码放在目的地数字(Destination Digits)参数中。
如图7所示,在被叫用户注册在IMS网络时,如主叫用户在CDMA网络做被叫业务,则触发被叫用户锚定到IMS网络进行业务域选择。
在本发明可选实施例中,HLRe、SCC AS等网元和其他网元实体之间交互包括如下步骤:
步骤S701,主叫用户A发起起呼,呼叫被叫用户B;
步骤S702,CDMA MSCe-A收到用户的起呼请求,向被叫用户所在的HLRe发起位置查询请求;
步骤S703,HLRe判断当前用户是否为VoLTE用户,如果用户为VoLTE时,则向MSCe返回路由信息,格式为Prefix+MDN,其中Prefix为IMS网络的路由码。
步骤S704,MSCe-A收到HLRe返回的路由码后,根据HLRe返回的路由信息,将呼叫重定向到IMS网络的S-CSCF上;
步骤S705,S-CSCF向SCC AS发起Invite请求,携带被叫号码B。
步骤S706,SCC AS执行终呼域选择后,判断被叫用户B注册在IMS网络,向被叫用户发起寻呼,完成本次呼叫。
其中,在步骤S703中,如果MSCe请求LocReq中TranCapa参数中的TL为1,则返回的响应中,将Prxfix+MDN号码放在PSTNTermination参数中;如果MSCe请求LOCREQ中TranCapa参数中的TL为0,则返回的响应中,将Prxfix+MDN号码放在Destination Digits参数中。
如图8所示,在CDMA被叫用户注册在CDMA网络时,如主叫用户在CDMA网络做被叫业务,在本发明可选实施例中,HLRe、MSCe等网元和其他网元实体之间交互包括如下步骤:
步骤S801,主叫用户A在CDMA网络发起起呼,呼叫被叫用户B;
步骤S802,CDMA MSCe-A收到用户的起呼请求,向被叫用户所在的HLRe发起位置查询请求;
步骤S803,HLRe判断当前用户是否为VoLTE用户,如果用户不为VoLTE时,则向MSCe返回智能网签约信息。
步骤S804,MSCe-A收到HLRe返回的智能网签约后,向智能网触发请求后,再次发生位置请求到HLRe;
步骤S805,HLRe向被叫所在的MSCe-B发起RouteReq请求;
步骤S806,MSCe-B返回对应的TLDN给HLRe;
步骤S807,HLRe根据MSCe-B返回的响应,将TLDN带回给起呼的MSCe-A
步骤S808,主被叫MSCe完成本次语音呼叫;
如图9所示,在被叫用户注册在CDMA网络时,如主叫用户在IMS网络做被叫业务,则触发锚定到IMS网络进行业务域选择。

步骤S901,主叫用户A在IMS网络发起起呼,呼叫用户B;
步骤S902,IMS S-CSCF收到用户的起呼请求,向SCC AS发起Invite请求,携带被叫B号码;

步骤S909,S-CSCF根据TLDN号码,向被叫用户所在的MSCe-B发起invite请求;

本发明实施例提供的技术方案,被叫用户的归属位置查询设备接收主叫用户的移动交换中心仿真MSCe发送的第一位置查询请求;归属位置查询设备判断被叫用户是否为VoLTE用户;在判断到被叫用户为VoLTE用户的情况下,归属位置查询设备发送第一位置查询响应至主叫用户的MSCe,其中,第一位置查询响应中携带有IMS网络的路由信息,第一位置查询响应用于指示主叫用户的MSCe通过路由信息将呼叫请求重定向至IMS网络。通过本发明实施例,解决了在CDMA和IMS两个网络共存时寻呼被叫用户的效率低的问题,提高了寻呼被叫用户的效率。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种呼叫请求重定向方法,包括:
    被叫用户的归属位置查询设备接收主叫用户的移动交换中心仿真MSCe发送的第一位置查询请求;
    所述归属位置查询设备判断所述被叫用户是否为基于长期演进系统的语音业务VoLTE用户;
    在判断到所述被叫用户为VoLTE用户的情况下,所述归属位置查询设备发送第一位置查询响应至所述主叫用户的MSCe,其中,所述第一位置查询响应中携带有因特网协议多媒体子系统IMS网络的路由信息,所述第一位置查询响应用于指示所述主叫用户的MSCe通过所述路由信息将呼叫请求重定向至所述IMS网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    所述归属位置查询设备包括以下之一:归属位置寄存器仿真HLRe、归属签约业务服务器HSS。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在所述归属位置查询设备发送所述第一位置查询响应至所述主叫用户的MSCe之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述IMS网络的业务连续性服务器SCC AS经由服务-呼叫会话控制功能S-CSCF接收所述主叫用户的MSCe发送的第一呼叫请求;
    所述SCC AS确定所述被叫用户当前注册的网络;
    所述SCC AS根据所述被叫用户当前注册的网络对所述主叫用户的MSCe发送的所述第一呼叫请求进行接续操作。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中:
    所述SCC AS确定所述被叫用户当前注册的网络,并根据所述被叫用户当前注册的网络对所述主叫用户的MSCe发送的所述第一呼叫请求进行接续操作包括:
    所述SCC AS确定所述被叫用户当前注册的网络为CDMA网络;

    所述SCC AS确定所述被叫用户当前注册的网络为CDMA网络;
    所述SCC AS模拟所述主叫用户的MSCe或者所述主叫用户的拜访位置寄存器VLR与所述被叫用户的归属位置查询设备交互,以寻呼所述被叫用 户。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中:
    所述归属位置查询设备包括以下之一:归属位置寄存器仿真HLRe、归属签约业务服务器HSS。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中:
    所述SCC AS模拟所述主叫用户的MSCe或者所述主叫用户的VLR与所述归属位置查询设备交互,以寻呼所述被叫用户包括:
    所述SCC AS发送第二位置查询请求至所述归属位置查询设备;
    所述归属位置查询设备发送第一路由请求至所述被叫用户的MSCe;
    所述归属位置查询设备接收所述被叫用户的MSCe响应于所述第一路由请求的第一路由响应,其中,所述第一路由响应中携带有所述被叫用户的临时本地号码;
    所述归属位置查询设备发送携带有所述临时本地号码的第二位置查询响应至所述SCC AS,以响应所述第二位置查询请求,其中,所述第二位置查询响应中携带有所述临时本地号码;
    所述SCC AS发送携带有所述临时本地号码的第二呼叫请求至所述S-CSCF;
    所述S-CSCF发送携带有所述临时本地号码的第三呼叫请求至所述被叫用户的MSCe;
    所述被叫用户的MSCe根据所述临时本地号码寻呼所述被叫用户。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中:
    所述SCC AS确定所述被叫用户当前注册的网络,并根据所述被叫用户当前注册的网络对所述主叫用户的MSCe发送的所述第一呼叫请求进行接续操作包括:
    所述SCC AS确定所述被叫用户当前注册的网络为IMS网络;
    所述SCC AS发送第四呼叫请求至所述被叫用户,以寻呼所述被叫用户。
  13. 一种呼叫请求重定向装置,应用于被叫用户的归属位置查询设备,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收主叫用户的移动交换中心仿真MSCe发送的第一位置查询请求;
    判断模块,设置为判断所述被叫用户是否为VoLTE用户;
    第一发送模块,设置为在判断到所述被叫用户为VoLTE用户的情况下,发送第一位置查询响应至所述主叫用户的MSCe,其中,所述第一位置查询响应中携带有IMS网络的路由信息,所述第一位置查询响应用于指示所述主叫用户的MSCe通过所述路由信息将呼叫请求重定向至所述IMS网络。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中:
    所述归属位置查询设备包括以下之一:归属位置寄存器仿真HLRe、归属签约业务服务器HSS。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    第二发送模块,设置为在所述判断模块判断到所述被叫用户为非VoLTE用户的情况下,发送响应于所述第一位置查询请求的另一第一位置查询响应至所述主叫用户的MSCe,其中,所述另一第一位置查询响应用于指示所述主叫用户的MSCe发送第三位置查询请求至所述归属位置查询设备;
    第二接收模块,设置为接收所述主叫用户的MSCe发送的所述第三位置查询请求;
    第三发送模块,设置为向所述被叫用户的MSCe发送第二路由请求;
    第三接收模块,设置为接收所述被叫用户的MSCe响应于所述第二路由请求的第二路由响应,其中,所述第二路由响应中携带有所述被叫用户的临时本地号码;
    第四发送模块,设置为发送携带有所述临时本地号码的第三位置查询响应至所述主叫用户的MSCe,以响应所述第三位置查询请求,其中,所述临时本地号码用于所述主叫用户的MSCe向所述被叫用户的MSCe寻呼所述被叫用户。
  16. 一种呼叫请求接续装置,应用于因特网多媒体子系统IMS网络的业务连续性服务器SCC AS,包括:
    第四接收模块,设置为经由服务-呼叫会话控制功能S-CSCF接收主叫用户的第一呼叫请求;
    确定模块,设置为确定所述被叫用户当前注册的网络;
    接续模块,设置为根据所述被叫用户当前注册的网络对所述主叫用户发送的所述第一呼叫请求进行接续操作。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中:
    所述确定模块,设置为确定所述被叫用户当前注册的网络为CDMA网络;
    所述接续模块,设置为模拟所述主叫用户的MSCe或者所述主叫用户的拜访位置寄存器VLR与所述被叫用户的归属位置查询设备交互,以寻呼所述被叫用户。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中:
    所述归属位置查询设备包括以下之一:归属位置寄存器仿真HLRe、归属签约业务服务器HSS。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中:
    所述确定模块,设置为确定所述被叫用户当前注册的网络为IMS网络;
    所述接续模块,设置为发送第四呼叫请求至所述被叫用户,以寻呼所述被叫用户。
