Description

感温自启闭灭火装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装在消防管道或自来水管道通过感知环境温度,发生火灾时自力式开启喷水灭火,火灾扑灭后环境温度降低到45℃以下时自力式关闭的装置,它属于消防制造领域。
背景技术
为了防止火灾的发生,在一些公共建筑中设计安装了自动喷水灭火系统,自动喷水灭火系统由洒水喷头、报警阀组、水流报警等组件,以及管道、供水设施等组成,当建筑物发生火灾时,洒水喷头内部的乙醇玻璃球破碎,水从洒水喷头流出灭火,报警系统报警并启动供水设施供水灭火,洒水喷头一旦开启无法自动关闭,当火被扑灭后,若供水设施阀门不能及时关闭,洒水喷头还会继续喷水,直至将水箱及管道的水喷净为止,导致一定程度的二次灾害。自动喷水灭火系统的投资较大,灭火控制系统较为复杂,需要有专人值守,洒水喷头开启部位是玻璃件易碎产生误报,且洒水喷头属一次性用品,使用后需专业人员更换。由于洒水喷头的缺陷自动喷水灭火系统不适合于居民住宅,目前居民住宅户内没有消防设施只在楼梯间设置了消防栓,当户内发生火灾后要打开住户的防盗门去扑灭火灾往往贻误灭火的最佳时机,有些时候防盗门打不开还要从楼外架设云梯,给扑灭火灾造成了极大的困难,由于不能及时的扑灭初起火灾给居民住宅尤其是高层住宅造成很大损失。本发明提供一种感温自启闭灭火装置,在公共建筑中与自动喷水灭火系统相结合,当建筑物发生火灾时,感温自启闭灭火装置开启管道中的水经过洒水喷头流出灭火,当火被扑灭后,感温自启闭灭火装置关闭洒水喷头停止喷水,在居民住宅中与户内自来水管线连接在一起形成简易灭火系统,节省建立消防灭火系统的费用,哪个房间出现火情,哪个房间喷水灭火,火情解除后停止喷水,当火灾再次发生时感温自启闭灭火装置再次开启灭火。

本发明的目的是提供一种安全、可靠、方便、可重复使用不依靠外力的感温自启闭灭火装置,火灾发生时感温自启闭灭火装置周围环境温度升高,当达到开启温度设定点时,(依据国家标准不同的使用环境有不同的开启温度设定点)自力式开启扑灭火灾,当火灾扑灭后环境温度降低到45℃以下时自力式关闭停止喷水,感温自启闭灭火装置给住宅、公共建筑提供一种新型灭火系统。
