Description
本发明涉及通信电子领域,尤其涉及一种卡座结构及电子设备。
随着通讯工具的不断发展,移动电话的结构、样式和性能更新也日益频繁,人们对移动电话的要求也越来越高。一般手机的应用,大多将SIM(用户识别模块)卡插入手机所设的通槽内,并完成启用程序后,即可使用手机进行接收、拨打电话。
现有的手机卡托大多能够完全与卡座分离,当手机上不止一个卡座结构时,卡托容易误误插至不匹配的卡座,造成手机无法识别而给用户带来不便。此外,由于卡托插入卡座中具有方向性,需要通过在卡托上增加文字标识来区分插入方向。而当用户不小心插错了方向或者在光线阴暗的环境中无法辨识卡托上的文字标识时,容易将卡托反插入卡座中,造成对卡托或者卡座的损坏,降低了用户体验。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种能够防止卡托与卡座错插或者反插的卡座结构及电子设备。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种卡座结构,其中,所述卡座结构包括卡座本体以及卡托,所述卡座本体上设置有插槽,所述卡托包括托盘及位于托盘一端的盖板,所述托盘远离盖板的一端为抵持端,所述卡托滑动插入所述插槽,所述抵持端与所述插槽的内壁抵接,所述盖板封闭所述插槽,所述盖板朝向所述抵持端的端面上设置有绳索,并且所述绳索远离所述盖板的一端连接于所述卡座本体上。
其中,所述绳索包括第一绕设端及与所述第一绕设端相对设置的第二绕设端,所述第一绕设端设于所述盖板的端面上,所述卡座本体上设置有一缠绕结
构,所述第二绕设端绕设于所述缠绕结构上。

本发明提供的卡座结构,通过在卡托的盖板上设置一绳索,并且绳索远离盖板的一端连接于卡座本体上,从而能够将卡托与卡座本体连接起来。当卡托与卡座本体脱离时,能够由于绳索的作用,使得卡托与卡座本体始终连接着,从而当卡座结构不止一个时,能够防止用户将卡托错插至不匹配的卡座上而造成无法识别的现象。此外,由于卡托通过绳索始终与卡座连接,能够防止在卡托拆卸下来时丢失,或者在将卡托再次插入卡座上时,出现反插的问题,便于用户操作,提高用户体验。

所述电子设备可以是包括但不限于手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑、照相机等电子设备。本实施例中,以所述电子设备为手机为例进行说明。
所述壳体可为手机的壳体,如中框、前壳或者后盖等。
所述卡座结构100包括卡座本体10以及卡托20,所述卡座本体10上设置有插槽11,所述卡托20滑动连接于所述插槽11。所述卡托20包括托盘21以及位于所述托盘21一侧的盖板22,所述托盘21远离所述盖板22的一端为抵持端211,所述卡托20滑动插入所述插槽11,所述抵持端211与所述插槽11的内壁抵接,所述盖板22封闭所述插槽11,所述盖板22朝向所述抵持端211的端面221上设置有绳索222,并且所述绳索222远离所述盖板22的一端连接于所述卡座本体10上。
本发明提供的卡座结构100,通过在所述卡托20的盖板22上设置所述绳索222,然后将所述绳索222的另一端连接于所述卡座本体10上,从而当所述卡托20与所述卡座本体10分离时,能够由于所述绳索222的连接作用,使得所述卡托20无法完全与所述卡座本体10分离,进而防止所述卡托20出现丢失或者错插于不匹配的卡座本体上,保证所述卡座结构100的使用可靠性,提高用户体验。
具体而言,所述卡座本体10设于所述电路板上,并且具体地,所述卡座本体10可通过表贴或破板的方式与所述电路板连接,从而实现所述卡座本体10与所述电路板的电性连接的同时,还可减少所述电子设备的整体厚度。
所述插槽11为开设于所述卡座本体10中心的开口槽,并且所述插槽11的宽度以及深度均大于所述卡托20的宽度以及长度,从而能够便于所述卡托20的插入与分离。
所述托盘21用以承载SIM卡(智能卡)。本实施例中,所述托盘21上设置有一通槽212,所述通槽212内设置有台阶213,用以承载所述SIM卡。具体地,所述台阶213为延伸于所述通槽212的两侧壁上的两侧板。所述SIM卡设于所述通槽212内,用以实现所述电子设备的信号接收或者传送等。
所述抵持端211能够与所述插槽11的内壁抵接,以使所述卡托20牢牢卡合于所述插槽11内。本实施例中,所述插槽11的内壁设有弹性杆(图中未标识),当所述卡托20插入所述插槽11内时,所述抵持端211的端面与所述弹性杆抵接。
本实施例中,为了便于所述绳索222的绕设以及收起,所述绳索222可为具有弹性的弹力绳。并且为了进一步便于所述绳索222的绕设,所述盖板22的端面221上可凸设有凸台(图中未标识),所述绳索222绕设于所述凸台上。具体地,所述绳索222包括相对设置的第一绕设端222a以及第二绕设端222b,所述第一绕设端222a绕设于所述凸台上,以将所述绳索222与所述盖板22连接。通过在所述盖板22的端面221上设置有所述绳索222,从而能够对所述卡托20起到标识作用,便于用户识别所述卡托20具有所述绳索222的一端始终与所述卡座本体10连接,防止出现所述卡托20与所述卡座本体10反插的情况。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述第一绕设端222a还可一体成型于所述盖板22上。所述绳索222还可为一般的绳子。
为了进一步地改进,所述卡座本体10上设置有一缠绕结构12,所述第二绕设端222b绕设于所述缠绕结构12上。本实施例中,所述缠绕结构12转动连接于所述卡座本体10上,从而便于所述第二绕设端222b的绕设。具体地,所述卡座本体10的一侧上设置有转轴(图中未标识),所述缠绕结构12转动连接于所述转轴上。通过将所述第二绕设端222b绕设于所述缠绕结构12上,从而能够满足将所述卡托20与所述卡座本体10连接起来的同时,也能够便于所述绳
索222的收起。优选地,由于所述卡座本体10设置于所述壳体上,故而所述转轴也可设置于所述壳体上,从而减少所述卡座本体10的占用空间。

可以理解的是,在另外一种的实施例中,所述缠绕结构12还能够设于所述插槽11内。具体地,所述插槽11内设置有所述转轴,所述缠绕结构12包括所述转盘121以及所述缠绕件122,并且所述缠绕件122优选为齿轮。由于所述缠绕结构12转动连接于所述插槽11内部。优选地,所述插槽11的深度以及宽度均应大于所述卡托20的长度以及宽度,以便于容纳所述缠绕结构12。
可以理解的是,在另一种的实施例中,所述缠绕件122还可为绕线轮,并且所述缠绕件122设于所述插槽11内,此时,所述卡托20上无需设置所述卡齿214,而是相应地,在所述托盘21与所述绳索222相对的一侧上开设有两条滑槽(图中未标识),并且所述两条滑槽的延伸方向平行于所述卡托20插入所述插槽11的方向A。当所述卡托20插入所述插槽内时,所述缠绕件122的两端能够滑动连接于所述两条滑槽内,从而实现将所述绳索222收起来的效果。

- 根据权利要求3所述的卡座结构,其特征在于,所述缠绕件为齿轮,所述托盘靠近绳索的一侧上设置有多个卡齿,多个所述卡齿的延伸方向平行于所述卡托插入所述插槽的方向,当所述卡托插入于所述插槽内时,所述缠绕件能够与所述卡齿啮合,以将所述绳索缠绕于所述缠绕件上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的卡座结构,其特征在于,所述卡座本体的一侧上设置有转轴,所述转盘转动连接于所述转轴上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的卡座结构,其特征在于,所述插槽内设置有一转轴,所述缠绕结构包括转盘以及缠绕件,所述转盘转动连接于所述转轴上,所述缠绕件固定于所述转盘上,并且所述缠绕件为齿轮。
- 根据权利要求6所述的卡座结构,其特征在于,所述托盘的一侧设置有多个卡齿,多个所述卡齿的延伸方向平行于所述卡托插入所述插槽的方向,当所述卡托插入于所述插槽内时,所述缠绕件能够与所述卡齿啮合,以将所述绳索缠绕于所述缠绕件上。
- 根据权利要3所述的卡座结构,其特征在于,所述缠绕件为绕线轮。
- 根据权利要求8所述的卡座结构,其特征在于,所述托盘靠近所述绳索的一侧上开设有两条滑槽,两条所述滑槽的延伸方向平行于所述卡托插入所述插槽的方向,当所述卡托插入所述插槽内时,所述缠绕件的两端滑动连接于所 述两条滑槽内。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括壳体、电路板以及如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的卡座结构,所述电路板设于所述壳体内,所述卡座结构设于所述电路板上。
