Abstract

真空电热容器 技术领域
本申请涉及家电领域,尤其涉及一种真空电热容器。
背景技术
传统的真空容器产品例如真空杯已日趋成熟,然而,可加热的真空电热容器产品较少,主要原因为:发热装置与真空胆的连接结构复杂、加工工艺技术要求较高。一些传统的真空电热容器产品只是壶身两侧真空,底部焊接发热装置,然而,由于此结构的壶身底部与外界空气还是大面积接触,从而导致壶内水温的保温效果不佳。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述技术问题之一。
本申请提供一种真空电热容器,包括:本体及发热组件,所述本体包括:外胆,以及与该外胆共同限定出真空空间的内胆,位于所述本体底部的所述内胆与外胆之间的容置空间中设置所述发热组件,所述容置空间的与所述内胆相对的一面设置有热反射结构。
进一步地,所述热反射结构为涂覆于所述外胆内壁的位于所述发热组件一侧的热反射层。
进一步地,所述热反射结构为粘贴于所述外胆内壁的位于所述发热组件一侧的热反射膜。
进一步地,所述热反射结构为安装于所述外胆内壁的位于所述发热组件一侧的热反射板。
进一步地,所述热反射板采用铝材。
进一步地,所述内胆内设置有指示浮体,该指示浮体尺寸满足:当所述内胆中液体填充到一定程度时,所述指示浮体因浮力卡接于所述内胆的一定高度位置。
进一步地,所述指示浮体上开设有通孔。
进一步地,所述本体上于一定位置设有用于观察实际液位的透明窗。
进一步地,所述本体上于一定位置设有用于指示安全液位的标识部。
进一步地,所述标识部为一层标识层,该标识层冲压或印刷在所述内胆的内表面上,或者,该标识层冲压或印刷在所述外胆的外表面上,所述标识部包括:液位标识线和/或文字说明。
本申请的有益效果是:
通过提供一种真空电热容器,包括:本体及发热组件,所述本体包括:外胆,以及与该外胆共同限定出真空空间的内胆,位于所述本体底部的所述内胆与外胆之间的容置空间中设置所述发热组件,所述容置空间的与所述内胆相对的一面设置有热反射结构。这样,由于热反射结构会将发热组件所产生热量反射到内胆上,从而避免了热能的浪费,保证了器件加热和保温效果。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本申请作进一步详细说明。
请参考图1,本实施例提供了一种真空电热容器,该真空电热容器可以为真空电热水壶等,可以对其中液体进行加热从而满足人们生活生产需要。
具体地,本实施例的真空电热容器主要包括:本体1,以及设置于本体1底部的发热组件2。发热组件2为发热管,其可设置在本体1的底面的容置空间中。而本体1包括:外胆11,以及与该外胆11共同限定出真空空间12的内胆13,位于本体1底部的内胆与外胆之间的容置空间中设置发热组件,容置空间的与内胆相对的一面设置有热反射结构。而该热反射结构可以为如下至少三种形式中的一种:
第一种,也就是本实施例中的结构,热发射结构为涂覆于外胆11内壁的位于发热组件2一侧的热反射层111。
第二种,作为另一替代实施例,热反射结构为粘贴于外胆内壁的位于发热组件一侧的热反射膜。
第二种,作为另一替代实施例,热反射结构为安装于外胆内壁的位于发热组件一侧的热反射板。而热反射板优先采用铝材。
内胆13内设置有指示浮体3,该指示浮体尺寸满足:当内胆13中液体填充到一定程度时,指示浮体因浮力卡接于内胆13的一定高度位置。指示浮体可以为球体或半球体,或板体等,其尺寸主要是使得当内胆13中容纳的液体到达一定体积时,指示浮体可以卡接在内胆13的某一个位置,指示本体1中容纳的液体已经到达安全液位,此时,指示浮体会进入离人们视野较近的位置,人们可以由此判断无需再填入更多液体至本体中。
这样,即使本体开口再小,指示浮体在本体内液体浮力下仍会进入人们视野,从而判断液体液位。
为了使加入的液体能透过指示浮体进入内胆,指示浮体上可开设有供液体通过的通孔。
为了在垂直于本体轴向的位置观察指示浮体,本体1上于一定位置设有用于观察实际液位的透明窗,通过该透明窗,可以观察到指示浮体所到达的位置,相应地,作为优选实施例,指示浮体为了能够被很好地识别,可采用色彩着色,例如,采用红色塑胶成型指示浮体。
为了指示安全液位,本体1上于一定位置设有用于指示安全液位的标识部,而标识部可与透明窗相结合。标识部4为一层标识层,该标识层冲压或印刷在内胆13的内表面 上,或,该标识层冲压或印刷在外胆11的外表面上。标识部可包括:液位标识线和/或文字说明。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种真空电热容器,包括:本体及发热组件,所述本体包括:外胆,以及与该外胆共同限定出真空空间的内胆,位于所述本体底部的所述内胆与外胆之间的容置空间中设置所述发热组件,其特征在于,所述容置空间的与所述内胆相对的一面设置有热反射结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的真空电热容器,其特征在于,所述热反射结构为涂覆于所述外胆内壁的位于所述发热组件一侧的热反射层。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的真空电热容器,其特征在于,所述热反射结构为粘贴于所述外胆内壁的位于所述发热组件一侧的热反射膜。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的真空电热容器,其特征在于,所述热反射结构为安装于所述外胆内壁的位于所述发热组件一侧的热反射板。
  5. 如权利要求5所述的真空电热容器,其特征在于,所述热反射板采用铝材。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的真空电热容器,其特征在于,所述内胆内设置有指示浮体,该指示浮体尺寸满足:当所述内胆中液体填充到一定程度时,所述指示浮体因浮力卡接于所述内胆的一定高度位置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的真空电热容器,其特征在于,所述指示浮体上开设有通孔。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的真空电热容器,其特征在于,所述本体上于一定位置设有用于观察实际液位的透明窗。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的真空电热容器,其特征在于,所述本体上于一定位置设有用于指示安全液位的标识部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的真空电热容器,其特征在于,所述标识部为一层标识层,该标识层冲压或印刷在所述内胆的内表面上,或者,该标识层冲压或印刷在所述外胆的外表面上,所述标识部包括:液位标识线和/或文字说明。
