Description

一种学步车及其高度调节装置
本申请要求于2015年09月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为201520755146.7、发明名称为“一种学步车及其高度调节装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及母婴用品技术领域,特别涉及一种学步车及其高度调节装置。
背景技术
婴儿学步车来源于西方,是宝宝会走路之前的代步工具,属于玩具童车类。学步车一般由底盘框架、上盘座椅和玩具音乐盒三部分组成,学步车可适度辅助婴儿学习走路,同时,也具有娱乐性功能,对于训练婴儿肢体动作的协调性具有一定的帮助。
在保证安全和正确使用的前提下,学步车为宝宝学走路提供了方便的工具,同时,也解放了妈妈的双手,但是,如果学步车结构不合适,也会对宝宝学走路产生不良影响。
目前,市面上常见的学步车中,底盘和上盘均为圆形,二者之间通过支架连接,该支架高度不可调节,因此,该结构的学步车具有固定的高度,仅适用于一种身高的婴儿使用,通用性较低。
鉴于上述学步车存在的缺陷,亟待提供一种高度可调、适用性较高的学步车。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一目的为提供一种学步车。该学步车的上盘底座与底盘之间设有高度调节装置,通过调节高度调节装置来改变上盘座椅与底盘之间的垂向距离,使得该学步车具有不同的高度,适用于不同高度的婴儿。
本发明的第二目的为提供一种学步车的高度调节装置。
为了实现本发明的第一目的,本发明提供一种学步车,包括上盘座椅 和底盘,还包括用于调节所述上盘座椅与所述底盘之间垂向距离的高度调节装置,其一端与所述上盘座椅连接,另一端与所述底盘连接。
本发明中,通过调节高度调节装置来改变上盘座椅与底盘之间的垂向距离,使得该学步车具有不同的高度,适用于不同高度的婴儿,与现有技术中仅有一种高度的学步车相比,具有更高的适用性。
可选地,所述高度调节装置包括垂向设置的调节卡座和调节支架,且所述调节支架一端与所述底盘连接,另一端与所述调节卡座连接;
所述调节支架与所述调节卡座中一者设有第一挂钩,另一者设有垂向分布的至少两个挂钩槽,以使所述第一挂钩卡接于各所述挂钩槽。
可选地,所述调节支架上端的两侧均设有朝向所述调节支架外侧延伸的第一凸台,所述第一凸台为所述第一挂钩;
各所述挂钩槽分别设于所述调节卡座的两侧,且所述两侧均设有至少两个垂向分布的所述挂钩槽,以使所述第一凸台卡接于各所述挂钩槽。
可选地,所述调节支架上端的两侧分别设有沿与所述第一凸台相对的方向延伸的第二挂钩,所述调节卡座中部的下端还设有第二凸台,以使所述第一凸台卡接于所述调节卡座下端的所述挂钩槽时,所述第二挂钩卡接于所述第二凸台。
可选地,所述调节支架为开口上大下小的“U”型结构,且其在外力的作用下能够向内收缩;

在一种具体实施例中,本发明提供一种学步车,包括上盘座椅1和底盘2,还包括用于调节上盘座椅1与底盘2之间垂向距离的高度调节装置3,其一端与上盘座椅1连接,另一端与底盘2连接。
本实施例中,通过调节高度调节装置3来改变上盘座椅1与底盘2之间的垂向距离,使得该学步车具有不同的高度,适用于不同高度的婴儿,与现有技术中仅有一种高度的学步车相比,具有更高的适用性。
具体地,该高度调节装置3可包括垂向设置的调节卡座31和调节支架32,且该调节支架32一端与底盘2连接,另一端与调节卡座31连接;且 调节支架32与调节卡座31中一者设有第一挂钩,另一者设有垂向分布的至少两个挂钩槽311,以使第一挂钩卡接于各挂钩槽311,当第一挂钩卡接于不同挂钩槽311时,调节支架32位于调节卡座31之外的部分的长度不同,即该高度调节装置3处于不同的档位,学步车具有不同的高度。
当然,该高度调节装置3并不仅限于包括调节卡座31和调节支架32,也可采用本领域常用的其它高度调节装置,例如,上盘座椅1与底盘2之间可设有具有齿部的升降调整杆及套筒,通过二者齿部的相互啮合实现二者的相对运动,从而调节学步车的高度。但是,本实施例中的调节卡座31与调节支架32相互配合的调节方式结构简单,易于实现。
更具体地,如图3所示,调节支架32上端的两侧均设有朝向调节支架32外侧延伸的第一凸台321,该第一凸台321为上述的第一挂钩;同时,如图2所示,各挂钩槽311分别设于调节卡座31的两侧,即包括两列挂钩槽311,且每一列的挂钩槽311个数为至少两个,同时,两列挂钩槽311中对应的两个挂钩槽311位于同一高度,这两个挂钩槽311定义为一个挂钩槽组,当学步车调整高度时,第一凸台321卡接于该挂钩槽组。
当然,调节支架32也可仅设有一个第一凸台321,相应地,调节卡座32也可仅设有一列挂钩槽311,但是,本实施例中,设有两个第一凸台321和两列挂钩槽311时,调节较稳定,可保证学步车的安全性。
进一步地,如图3所示,调节支架32上端的两侧分别设有沿与第一凸台321相对的方向延伸的第二挂钩322,位于调节卡座31最下端的两个挂钩槽311定义为末端挂钩槽组,调节卡座31中部的下端还设有与该末端挂钩槽组对应的第二凸台312,以使第一凸台321卡接于该末端挂钩槽组时,第二挂钩322卡接于第二凸台312。
当该学步车需要的高度较高时,高度调节装置3位于最低的档位,此时,第一凸台321卡接于末端挂钩槽组,该调节支架32与调节卡座31配合的长度较小,调节支架32容易从调节卡座31中脱出。本实施例中,当第一凸台321卡接于末端挂钩槽组时,第二挂钩322同时卡接于第二凸台312,从而防止第一凸台321从末端挂钩槽组中脱出,保证学步车高度调节装置3位于最低档位时的安全性。
更进一步地,如图3所示,调节支架32可为开口上大下小的“U”型结 构,且其在外力的作用下能够向内收缩;相应地,调节卡座31可为与调节支架32相适配的倒梯形结构,且其内部中空,各挂钩槽311与第二凸台312均设于调节卡座31的内壁。
另外,在高度调节过程中,当第一凸台321卡接于垂向的不同挂钩槽311时,第二挂钩322沿调节支架32的内部空腔垂向运动。
当然,调节卡座31和调节支架32的结构并不仅限于此,也可为其它垂向设置的结构,例如,调节支架32也可为设有第一凸台321的矩形结构,但是,本实施例中,调节支架32的“U”型结构使得当学步车调整高度时,用手紧握调节支架32,即可改变“U”型结构两端的距离,使得第一凸台311从一个挂钩槽组移动至另一个挂钩槽组,因此,学步车调节高度的过程不需要设置其它的驱动装置,从而使得学步车结构简单,且可保证安全。
具体地,如图2所示,挂钩槽311的个数可为六个,即调节卡座31设有三个挂钩槽311组。如此设置,图2所示的实施例中,该高度调节装置3具有三个档位,该学步车具有三种不同的高度,可适用于三种高度范围的婴儿使用。
可以理解,通过改变挂钩槽311的个数,可改变高度调节装置3所具有的档位个数,随着挂钩槽311个数的增加,高度调节装置3所具有的档位个数也增加,从而使得该学步车的适用性提高。
当然,该挂钩槽311的个数可根据需要任意设置,此处不作限定。

如此设置,当不使用学步车时,将调节支架32从调节卡座31中脱出,然后将调节支架32和连接支架33向学步车内部旋转90°,此时,学步车处于收合状态,如图4所示。收合后的学步车上盘座椅1与底盘2贴合,垂向占用空间较小,同时,周向仅占用与底盘2同样大小的空间,因此,通过该结构收合后学步车占用空间较小。
进一步地,该学步车可包括四组均匀设置于上盘座椅1与底盘2之间 的高度调节装置3。
当然,该高度调节装置3的设置个数也可为任意,考虑到学步车的安全性,可设置为偶数个均匀分布于上盘座椅1与底盘2之间的高度调节装置3。
以上各实施例中,调节支架32和连接支架33为铁支架,调节卡座31为塑胶卡座。当然,也可为本领域其它常用的材料,此处不作限定。
本发明还提供一种学步车的高度调节装置,该学步车还包括与该高度调节装置3连接的上盘座椅1与底盘2;其中,高度调节装置3包括垂向设置的调节卡座31和调节支架32,且调节支架32一端与底盘2连接,另一端与调节卡座31连接;且调节支架32与调节卡座31中一者设有第一挂钩,另一者设有垂向分布的至少两个挂钩槽311,以使第一挂钩卡接于各挂钩槽311。
以上对本发明所提供的一种学步车及其高度调节装置均进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种学步车,包括上盘座椅(1)和底盘(2),其特征在于,还包括用于调节所述上盘座椅(1)与所述底盘(2)之间垂向距离的高度调节装置(3),其一端与所述上盘座椅(1)连接,另一端与所述底盘(2)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的学步车,其特征在于,所述高度调节装置(3)包括垂向设置的调节卡座(31)和调节支架(32),且所述调节支架(32)一端与所述底盘(2)连接,另一端与所述调节卡座(31)连接;
    所述调节支架(32)与所述调节卡座(31)中一者设有第一挂钩,另一者设有垂向分布的至少两个挂钩槽(311),以使所述第一挂钩卡接于各所述挂钩槽(311)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的学步车,其特征在于,所述调节支架(32)上端的两侧均设有朝向所述调节支架(32)外侧延伸的第一凸台(321),所述第一凸台(321)为所述第一挂钩;
    各所述挂钩槽(311)分别设于所述调节卡座(31)的两侧,且所述两侧均设有至少两个垂向分布的所述挂钩槽(311),以使所述第一凸台(321)卡接于各所述挂钩槽(311)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的学步车,其特征在于,所述调节支架(32)上端的两侧分别设有沿与所述第一凸台(321)相对的方向延伸的第二挂钩(322),所述调节卡座(31)中部的下端还设有第二凸台(312),以使所述第一凸台(321)卡接于所述调节卡座(31)下端的所述挂钩槽(311)时,所述第二挂钩(322)卡接于所述第二凸台(312)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的学步车,其特征在于,所述调节支架(32)为开口上大下小的“U”型结构,且其在外力的作用下能够向内收缩;
    所述调节卡座(31)为与所述调节支架(32)相适配的倒梯形结构,且其内部中空,各所述挂钩槽(311)与所述第二凸台(312)均设于所述调节卡座(31)的内壁。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的学步车,其特征在于,所述高度调节装置(3)还包括连接支架(33),所述连接支架(33)的一端连接于所述调节卡座(31) 的上端,另一端铰接于所述上盘座椅(1);
    所述调节支架(32)铰接于所述底盘(2)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的学步车,其特征在于,所述调节支架(32)和所述连接支架(33)为铁支架,所述调节卡座(31)为塑胶卡座。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的学步车,其特征在于,包括四组均匀设置于所述上盘座椅(1)与所述底盘(2)之间的所述高度调节装置(3)。
  9. 一种学步车的高度调节装置,所述学步车还包括与所述高度调节装置(3)连接的上盘座椅(1)与底盘(2);其特征在于,所述高度调节装置(3)包括垂向设置的调节卡座(31)和调节支架(32),且所述调节支架(32)一端与所述底盘(2)连接,另一端与所述调节卡座(31)连接;
    所述调节支架(32)与所述调节卡座(31)中一者设有第一挂钩,另一者设有垂向分布的至少两个挂钩槽(311),以使所述第一挂钩卡接于各所述挂钩槽(311)。
