【背景技术】
随着科技的进步,移动音频设备的普及度越来越高,耳机作为移动音频输出装置在人们生活中起着举足轻重的作用。
但是现在大多数耳机在佩戴过程中,其耳机壳体往往突出人耳的耳甲腔裸露于外部,容易造成耳机的滑落;为了改善耳机容易滑落的问题,较小尺寸以放入人耳的耳机应运而生,其设计尺寸大小往往不能适应人耳的耳甲腔的尺寸大小,要么太大顶住耳甲腔而造成对人耳的压迫,要么太小没有被耳甲腔顶住而容易滑落,使用极不方便。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要针对传统耳机的要么太大压迫人耳、要么太小容易滑落的问题,提供一种耳机。
一种耳机,包括壳体及扬声器,所述扬声器设于所述壳体内,所述壳体设有出音口,所述出音口的中心轴线与所述壳体的中心轴线之间形成夹角;所述壳体还设有弹性件,所述弹性件可相对于所述壳体受挤压变形或伸缩。
在其中一个实施例中,所述耳机还包括耳机线壳,所述耳机线壳设于与所述出音口同一端的所述壳体上,且与所述出音口相背而设。
在其中一个实施例中,所述耳机线壳的中心轴线与所述出音口的中心轴线之间的夹角在100-130度之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述壳体一端凸设有出音管,所述出音口设于所述出音管远离所述壳体的一端。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性件设于所述壳体远离所述出音口的一端。

本实施例中,如图2所示,耳机还包括耳机线壳160,耳机线壳160设于与出音口130同一端的壳体110上,且与出音口130相背而设。壳体110内的扬声器120需通过耳机线161引出壳体110,那么通过在壳体上设置耳机线壳160供耳机线161引出,以保护耳机线161、防止耳机线161受拉扯而断掉。耳机线壳160为硅胶材质,以更好地抗拉扯。
耳机线壳160的中心轴线与出音口130的中心轴线之间的夹角在100~130度之间。将耳机线控160与出音口130相背设于壳体110同一端,且两者具有夹角,且夹角刚好与耳道与耳屏间切迹之间的夹角匹配时,能达到最优状态,即当出音口顺利嵌入人耳耳道的同时,又能保证耳机线壳160与耳机线161顺利从耳屏间切迹引出。
本实施例中,弹性件140设于壳体110远离出音口130的一端,弹性件140与壳体110套接、卡接或一体成型。为了使得弹性件140能更好地与壳体110固定连接,壳体110与弹性件140卡接的外表面上设有凹槽111,弹性件140与壳体110套接的内表面上设有凸起141,凸起141卡设于凹槽111。反之,凹槽可以设置于弹性件140上,凸起可以设置于弹性件140上。
本实施例中,优选的,弹性件140为硅胶材质,在其它实施例中,弹性件140为可折叠塑料,通过折叠伸缩;或是其它软性的具有弹性伸缩力的材质。
本实施例中,如图3所示,优选的,壳体110一端凸设有出音管150,出音口130设于出音管150远离壳体110的一端,出音管150的设置可以更好地使得耳机塞入耳道,以保证密封性。
本实施例通过在耳机壳体上设有弹性件,出音口的中心轴线与所述壳体的中心轴线之间形成夹角,当耳机戴入人耳后,出音口塞入人耳耳道,壳体和弹性件刚好容纳于耳甲腔内,由于弹性件可相对于壳体受挤压变形或伸缩;从而使耳机的尺寸可以适应不同尺寸的人耳耳甲腔的尺寸;由于弹性件可自由伸缩,耳机戴上人耳后,既不会对人耳造成压迫,又能刚好地顶住耳甲腔,保证耳机佩戴过程中不滑落。
请参阅图4,实施例二提供一种耳机,包括壳体210及扬声器220,扬声器220设于壳体210内,壳体210设有出音口230,出音口230的中心轴线与壳体210的中心轴线之间形成夹角,出音口230偏离壳体210一定角度设置;壳体210还设有弹性件240,弹性件240可相对于壳体210受挤压变形或可相对于壳体210伸缩。
本实施例中,耳机还包括耳机线壳,耳机线壳设于与出音口230同一端的壳体210上,且与出音口230相背而设。壳体210内的扬声器220需通过耳机线引出壳体210,那么通过在壳体上设置耳机线壳供耳机线引出,以保护耳机线、防止耳机线受拉扯而断掉。耳机线壳为硅胶材质,以更好地抗拉扯。
耳机线壳的中心轴线与出音口230的中心轴线之间的夹角在100~130度之间。将耳机线控与出音口230相背设于壳体210同一端,且两者具有夹角,且夹角刚好与耳道与耳屏间切迹之间的夹角匹配时,能达到最优状态,即当出音口顺利嵌入人耳耳道的同时,又能保证耳机线壳与耳机线顺利从耳屏间切迹引出。
本实施例中,壳体210包括相互连接的第一壳体211和第二壳体212,扬声器220设于第一壳体211内,出音管250设于第一壳体211远离第二壳体212的一端上。
本实施例中,优选的,弹性件240为硅胶材质。在其它实施例中,弹性件140为可折叠塑料,可通过折叠伸缩;或是其它软性的具有弹性伸缩力的材质。

如图4所示,弹性件240设于第二壳体212靠近第一壳体211的一端。当弹性件240在第一壳体211和第二壳体212之间受挤压时,第一壳体211与第二壳体212之间发生伸缩位移。
本实施例中,第二壳体212与弹性件240套接的外表面上设有凹槽,弹性件240与第二壳体212套接的内表面上设有凸起,凸起卡设于凹槽,以使得弹性件240能更好地与第二壳体212固定连接。同时为了使得弹性件240能更好地与第一壳体211固定连接,也可通过凸起与凹槽配合的方式实现。
本实施例中,优选的,壳体210一端凸设有出音管250,出音口230设于出音管250远离壳体210的一端,出音管250的设置可以更好地使得耳机塞入耳道,以保证密封性。
本实施例通过在耳机壳体上设有弹性件,出音口的中心轴线与所述壳体的中心轴线之间形成夹角,当耳机戴入人耳后,出音口塞入人耳道,壳体和弹性件刚好容纳于耳甲腔内,由于弹性件在第一壳体和第二壳体之间受挤压变形或伸缩,使第一壳体和第二壳体发生伸缩位移;从而使耳机的尺寸可以适应不同尺寸的人耳耳甲腔的尺寸;由于弹性件可自由伸缩,耳机戴上人耳后,既不会对人耳造成压迫,又能刚好地顶住耳甲腔,保证耳机佩戴过程中不滑落。
请参阅图5和图6,实施例三提供一种耳机,包括壳体310及扬声器320,扬声器320设于壳体310内,壳体310设有出音口330,出音口330的中心轴线与壳体310的中心轴线之间形成夹角,出音口230偏离壳体210一定角度设置;壳体310还设有弹性件340,弹性件340可相对于壳体310受挤压变形或可相对于壳体310伸缩。
本实施例中,壳体310包括相互连接的第一壳体311和第二壳体312,扬声器320设于第一壳体311内,出音管350设于第一壳体311远离第二壳体312的一端上。
本实施例中,弹性件340设于第二壳体312内部,或设于所述第一壳体和第二壳体之间。
如图5所示,弹性件340设于第二壳体312内部,弹性件340一端与第一壳体311固定连接,弹性件340另一端与第二壳体312另一端固定连接,优选的,弹性件340为弹簧或柱状硅胶,受挤压时,弹簧被压缩。如图6所示,不受挤压时,弹簧伸开为自然状态。
本实施例中,为了使得弹簧不受挤压时,即弹簧伸开为自然状体时,第一壳体311和第二壳体312分离,在第一壳体311上还设有限位凸块3111,第二壳体312上设有与限位凸块3111配合的配合凸块3121。
本实施例中,优选的,壳体310一端凸设有出音管350,出音口330设于出音管350远离壳体310的一端,出音管350的设置可以更好地使得耳机塞入耳道,以保证密封性。
上述耳机在耳机壳体上设有弹性件,当耳机戴入人耳后,出音口的中心轴线与所述壳体的中心轴线之间形成夹角,当耳机戴入人耳后,出音口塞入人耳道,壳体和弹性件刚好容纳于耳甲腔内,由于弹性件在第一壳体和第二壳体之间受挤压变形或伸缩,使第一壳体和第二壳体发生伸缩位移;从而使耳机的尺寸可以适应不同尺寸的人耳耳甲腔的尺寸;由于弹性件可自由伸缩或弹性件可使得壳体自由伸缩,耳机戴上人耳后,既不会对人耳造成压迫,又能刚好地顶住耳甲腔,保证耳机佩戴过程中不滑落。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种耳机,其特征在于,包括壳体及扬声器,所述扬声器设于所述壳体内,所述壳体设有出音口,所述出音口的中心轴线与所述壳体的中心轴线之间形成夹角;所述壳体还设有弹性件,所述弹性件可相对于所述壳体受挤压变形或伸缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机还包括耳机线壳,所述耳机线壳设于与所述出音口同一端的所述壳体上,且与所述出音口相背而设。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机线壳的中心轴线与所述出音口的中心轴线之间的夹角在100至130度之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述壳体一端凸设有出音管,所述出音口设于所述出音管远离所述壳体的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述弹性件设于所述壳体远离所述出音口的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述壳体包括相互连接的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述扬声器设于所述第一壳体内,所述出音口设于所述第一壳体远离所述第二壳体的一端上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述弹性件设于所述第二壳体远离所述第一壳体的一端,或所述弹性件设于所述第二壳体靠近所述第一壳体的一端,或所述弹性件设于所述第二壳体的中部。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述弹性件设于所述第二壳体内部,或所述弹性件设于所述第一壳体和第二壳体之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述弹性件一端与所述第一壳体固定连接,所述弹性件另一端与所述第二壳体另一端固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第一壳体上还设有限位凸块,所述第二壳体上设有与所述限位凸块配合的配合凸块。
