Abstract
一种框架结构,包括至少两条边框(10)和至少一个转角连接件(20),两条边框(10)通过一个转角连接件(20)连接在一起,边框(10)的两端分别设有凸出于侧面的第一滑槽(11)和第二滑槽(12),转角连接件(20)包括相连的第一连接部(21)和第二连接部(22),第一连接部(21)与第一滑槽(11)相适配,第二连接部(22)与第二滑槽(12)相适配。该结构具有厚度更小、更易加工,耗材更少,成本也更低的特性。
Description
本发明涉及一种框架结构。
目前,大多数铝合金框架都是由边框和转角连接件构成的,将转角连接件插入边框的插槽内再进行固定,因边框的腔内需要形成与转角连接件相适配的插槽,导致厚度较大,故框架整体上也会很厚重,从而也会导致物料消耗多、成本高、加工复杂等问题。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种厚度更小、更易加工,耗材更少,成本也更低的框架结构。
其技术方案如下:
一种框架结构,包括至少两条边框和至少一个转角连接件,两条边框通过一个转角连接件连接在一起,所述边框的两端分别设有凸出于侧面的第一滑槽和第二滑槽,所述转角连接件包括相连的第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部与第一滑槽相适配,第二连接部与第二滑槽相适配。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一滑槽和所述第二滑槽凸出于所述边框上的同一侧面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一滑槽上设有第一定位口,所述第二滑槽上设有第二定位口,所述第一连接部的末端为第一限位端,所述第二连接部的末端都为第二限位端,第一限位端与第一定位口相适配,第二限位端与第二定位口相适配。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部上分别设有第
一固定件,所述第一滑槽和所述第二滑槽内分别设有第二固定件,第二固定件与第一固定件相适配。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一固定件为螺丝,所述第二固定件上设有与所述第一固定件相适配的螺孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转角连接件还包括底板,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部设置在底板上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述边框和所述转角连接件的数量都为四个,四个所述边框通过四个所述转角连接件连接形成一个闭合的、方形的框架。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部垂直相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述边框为铝合金边框,所述转角连接件为铝合金连接件。
下面对前述技术方案的优点或原理进行说明:
上述框架结构中,转角连接件的第一连接部与一条边框的第一滑槽连接,转角连接件的第二连接部与另一个边框的第二滑槽连接从而将两条边框连接在一起。依此类推,多条边框通过多个转角连接件的连接作用能够形成一个首尾相连的、闭合的框架。因为第一滑槽和第二滑槽凸出于边框的侧面,不需占用边框腔内的空间,所以边框的厚度要求不再受强制要求,可以更小,从而能够使框架结构更薄,同时,该类框架结构也更易加工,耗材更少,成本也更低。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1-3所示,一种框架结构,包括至少两条边框10和至少一个转角连接件20,两条边框10通过一个转角连接件20连接在一起,所述边框10的两端分别设有凸出于侧面的第一滑槽11和第二滑槽12,所述转角连接件20包括相连的第一连接部21和第二连接部22,第一连接部21与第一滑槽11相适配,第二连接部22与第二滑槽12相适配。其中,转角连接件20的第一连接部21与一条边框10的第一滑槽11连接,转角连接件20的第二连接部22与另一个边框10的第二滑槽12连接从而将两条边框10连接在一起。依此类推,多条边框10通过多个转角连接件20的作用能够形成一个首尾相连的、闭合的框架,例如:如图1所示,边框10和转角连接件20的数量都为四个,形成了一个方形的框架。因为第一滑槽11和第二滑槽12凸出于边框10的侧面,不需占用边框10腔内的空间,所以边框10的厚度要求不再受强制要求,可以更小,从而能够使框架结构更薄,同时,该类框架结构也更易加工,耗材更少,成本也更低。
本实施例中,第一滑槽11和第二滑槽12凸出于边框10上的同一侧面(如图中的外侧面),第一滑槽11上设有第一定位口13,第二滑槽12上设有第二定位口14,第一连接部21的末端为第一限位端25,第二连接部22的末端都为第二限位端26,第一限位端25与第一定位口13相适配,第二限位端26与第二定位口14相适配,从而更便于转角连接件20与边框10准确连接。另外,转角连接件20还包括底板24,第一连接部21和第二连接部22设置在底板24上。底板24填充在两条边框10的端口之间,也起到连接定位的作用。
本实施例中,第一连接部21和第二连接部22上分别设有第一固定件23,第一滑槽11和第二滑槽12内分别设有第二固定件15,第二固定件15与第一固定件23相适配,用于使连接更牢固。其中,第一固定件23为螺丝,第二固定件15上设有与螺丝相适配的螺孔。
本实施例中,边框10为铝合金边框10,转角连接件20为铝合金连接件,第一连接部21与第二连接部22垂直相连。实际上,边框10和转角连接件20也
可为其他材质,边框10的形状可以为直线形或弧线形,第一连接部21与第二连接部22呈非垂直相连,数量也可根据实际情况进行增减。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)
- 一种框架结构,包括至少两条边框和至少一个转角连接件,两条边框通过一个转角连接件连接在一起,其特征在于,所述边框的两端分别设有凸出于侧面的第一滑槽和第二滑槽,所述转角连接件包括相连的第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部与第一滑槽相适配,第二连接部与第二滑槽相适配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的框架结构,其特征在于,所述第一滑槽和所述第二滑槽凸出于所述边框上的同一侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的框架结构,其特征在于,所述第一滑槽上设有第一定位口,所述第二滑槽上设有第二定位口,所述第一连接部的末端为第一限位端,所述第二连接部的末端都为第二限位端,第一限位端与第一定位口相适配,第二限位端与第二定位口相适配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的框架结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部上分别设有第一固定件,所述第一滑槽和所述第二滑槽内分别设有第二固定件,第二固定件与第一固定件相适配。
- 根据权利要求4所述的框架结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定件为螺丝,所述第二固定件上设有与所述第一固定件相适配的螺孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的框架结构,其特征在于,所述转角连接件还包括底板,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部设置在底板上。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的框架结构,其特征在于,所述边框和所述转角连接件的数量都为四个,四个所述边框通过四个所述转角连接件连接形成一个闭合的、方形的框架。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的框架结构,其特征在于,所述边框的形状为直线形或弧线形。
- 根据权利要求8所述的框架结构,其特征在于,所述边框的形状为直线形,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部垂直相连。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的框架结构,其特征在于,所述边框为铝合金边框,所述转角连接件为铝合金连接件。
