所述电线快速对接接头的公端子和母端子为非中心对称布置的方型结构,户外阳伞的可拆卸处安装密封圈,容置腔内还安装串联于电路中并和蓄电池输出端电连接的稳压器,其中底座由花岗岩制成,所述同一根短伞杆设置呈等径,上下相邻两短伞杆中的上短伞杆的外径直径小于下短伞杆的外径直径,相应的套筒内表面的上端直径亦小于下端的直径,短伞杆上的外螺纹长度大于套筒内与之相配合的内螺纹长度。
所述伞部或底座上安装和蓄电池电连接的视频播放器和/或音频播放器,视频播放器和/或音频播放器分别和无线通讯装置电连接。
所述容置腔内安装和蓄电池电连接控制器和GPS定位装置,伞部或底座上安装和蓄电池电连接的音频播放器,GPS定位装置和控制器电连接,控制器和音频播放器电连接,GPS定位装置检测到户外阳伞移动位置时,控制音频播放器发出报警声音。
所述容置腔内安装和蓄电池电连接控制器,伞部的伞面下方安装和蓄电池电连接的LED照明灯,在伞部的顶端安装光线传感器,LED照明灯和光线传感器均和控制器电连接,控制器接收到光线传感器检测到的光照度值小于控制器内预先记载的光照度值时,打开LED照明灯;伞部还安装现有技术成熟的伞面自动开启装置,伞面自动开启装置和控制器电连接,控制器和无线通讯装置电连接,通过遥控器控制伞面自动开启装置打开或关闭伞面;在伞部顶端安装雨量检测装置,雨量检测装置和控制器电连接,,控制器接收到雨量检测装置检测到的雨量值大于控制器内预先记载的雨量值时,控制伞面自动开启装置开启伞面。
采用上述方案后,本发明并未改变自发电户外阳伞的结构,而是对底座进行了改造,将原有的底座内部设置成容置腔,并将蓄电池安装在该容置腔内的一体式设计,蓄电池的大小可根据需要进行调整,底座设置的越大自然容置腔可做的越大,能够容纳的蓄电池也就越大,因此大大增加了蓄电能力,为无线通讯装置的持续工作提供源源不断电力,用户即可以通过该无线通讯装置获取或传递信息。
再通过具有公端子和母端子的电线快速对接接头实现伞杆和底座电线的连接,通过可拆卸式的设计,从而方便运输。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1-2所示,是本发明揭示的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,包括发电装置1、伞部2和底座3,发电装置1安装在伞部2上方,伞部2的伞杆4的下端安装底座3。发电装置1可以为现有技术成熟的太阳能发电和/或风力发电等,比如采用可自动朝阳的太阳能发电装置,或直接铺设在伞面的太阳能发电装置,或采用具有风向自动转向系统的风力发电装置,或者结合使用。
底座3内部开设容置腔31,容置腔31内安装蓄电池32,伞杆4内部安装电线,通过电线连接发电装置和蓄电池32,因此蓄电池32的大小可根据需要进行调整,底座3设置的越大自然容置腔31可做的越大,能够容纳的蓄电池32也就越大,大大增加了蓄电量。为了保证用电电压的稳定性,容置腔31内还安装串联于电路中并和蓄电池32输出端电连接的稳压器321。并且蓄电池32本身的重量可替代部分底座3的重量,因此还可以减少底座3的材料用量。
伞杆4和底座3通过具有公端子61和母端子62的电线快速对接接头6实现电线的连接,通过可拆卸式的设计,从而使运输非常方便,使蓄电池32和底座3一体式的设计得以进行商业应用。其中伞杆4下端安装电线快速对接接头6的公端子61,相应的底座3安装电线快速对接接头6的母端子62。由于母端子62是内敛的,因此不会被重量很大的底座3碰到而损坏,运输过程中底座3还可以堆叠运输,减少运输空间。由于伞杆4较轻较细,因此运输时对公端子61可进行单独保护,也可将伞杆4捆成束状后进行集中保护。
使用户外阳伞时,为了不让底座3和伞杆4之间的作用力传递到电线快速对接接头6上,而损坏电线快速对接接头6,再结合3所示,底座3上形成固定座33,伞杆4下端径向向外形成安装板41,安装板41上开设三个以上安装孔(简单结构,图中未示出),固定座33上形成和该安装孔对应的螺栓孔331,安装板41通过螺栓固定在固定座33上,通过三个以上的螺栓定位,保证伞杆4的底端在底座3上不发生移动,本实施例采用四个螺栓固定定位。
底座很重,因此使用后,一般的户外阳伞只将伞部收走,底座留在原地,但本发明的底座3并非一般的底座,如果将伞部2拆除后,底座3就暴露在外,雨水等就会进入容置腔31,导致内部元件损坏,因此在收伞部2时,必须将底座3一起收回。为了便于底座3的搬运,如图3所示,在底座3上表面安装左右两个提手34,通过提手34进行搬运。
如搬运距离较远,则需多人协作进行,很费人力,为了使单人即可完成长距离移动,如图3和图4所示,在底座3的后端安装两个轮子35,底座3底面安装左右两拉杆36,左右两拉杆36前端通过拉把37固定连接,底座3的底面开设贯穿底座3底面前后两端的左右两插槽38,插槽38的长度大于拉杆36,左右两拉杆36分别插置的左右两插槽38内,插槽38的前端安装有兼做拉杆36导向用的拉杆挡板39,拉杆挡板39通过螺钉固定安装在底座3的底面,左右两拉杆36的后端均安装有挡块361,挡块361卡在拉杆挡板39处防止拉杆36脱出。使用时,抽出两拉杆36,拉动拉杆36即可移动底座3。
其中底座3由花岗岩制成,而非一般容易脱落的砂浆混泥土,因此减少了内部粉尘,增加了容置腔31内的元件的使用寿命。
如图5所示,伞杆4包括套筒43和两根以上的短伞杆42,通过套筒43固定两相邻的短伞杆42。相邻两短伞杆42的对接端分别安装电线快速对接接头7的公端子71和母端子72,比如上短伞杆421安装公端子71,下短伞杆422安装母端子72。
相邻两短伞杆42的对接端的外表面分别开设正丝外螺纹423和反丝外螺纹424,套筒43内表面的两端亦分别开设对应的正丝内螺纹431和反丝内螺纹432,如图6所示,比如套筒43的下端和下短伞杆422分别开设正丝内螺纹431和正丝外螺纹423,套筒43的上端和上短伞杆421分别开设反丝内螺纹432和反丝外螺纹424,因此只需像正常旋螺母一样,顺时针旋转固定,逆时针则松脱。
安装时,先将电线快速对接接头7的公端子71和母端子72对接好位置,再保持两短伞杆42不动,旋动套筒43,由于相连两短伞杆42和套筒43之间采用的是不同旋向的正丝螺纹和反丝螺纹连接,因此旋动套筒43时即可同时将两短伞杆42沿轴线移动进套筒43内,完成固定,同时电线快速对接接头7的公端子71也完全插入进母端子72,完成电线的连接。通过套筒43承受短伞杆42之间的作用力,从而起到保护电线快速对接接头7的作用。
使用过程中受风压的作用,上短伞杆421可能会随风转动,此时下短伞杆422不转,那么必然会损坏公端子71或母端子72,为了保证上短伞杆421和下短伞杆422不发生相对转动,进行如下改进,如图5所示,上短伞杆421和下短伞杆422的对接端均开设若干个径向的螺纹孔425,对应的套筒43开设若干个径向通孔433,安装时,通过螺栓将套筒43、上短伞杆421和下短伞杆422固定,即可防止上短伞杆421和下短伞杆422发生相对旋转。
为了能够在安装时快速的将螺纹孔425对准径向通孔433,以便螺栓固定,上短伞杆421和下短伞杆422的对接端的端面和其外螺纹之间具有直径小于该外螺纹内径的无螺纹段426,安装时需满足,当旋转套筒43使上短伞杆421和下短伞杆422对接端的端面接触时,螺纹孔425刚好位于径向通孔433处。
然由于制造工艺或磨损等原因,上短伞杆421和下短伞杆422对接端的端面接触时,螺纹孔425和径向通孔433可能会发生错位,此时需留调整的空间,因此需将短伞杆42上的外螺纹长度设置呈大于套筒43内与之相配合的内螺纹长度,此时进行向上向下微调均可以。
为了保证电线能够准确的对接,如图8所示,电线快速对接接头(6,7)的公端子(61,71)和母端子(62,72)为非中心对称布置的方型结构,因此只有一个位置才能将公端子(61,71)插入母端子(62,72)内时,不会出现错位的情况。
本实施例的每根短伞杆42均由金属管制成,通过金属管才能很好的支撑体积大、重量大的户外阳伞,为了防止漏电,电线和短伞杆42内壁之间安装绝缘套44,用以防止电线和短伞杆42内壁接触。
该绝缘套44可以是从短伞杆42上端一直延伸至下端的长绝缘套,本实施例为了不影响绝缘性能,同时为了节省材料,采用短绝缘套,即将绝缘套44设置呈圆柱形,如图9所示,绝缘套44开设均匀布置的纵向固定孔441,将电线有序的均匀布置在纵向固定孔441内。由于本实施例短伞杆42内的电线是通过电线快速对接接头6固定的,因此在安装时,如图7所示,需将电线拉直后,再固定电线快速对接接头6,根据短伞杆42的实际长度,选择采用不同数量的绝缘套44,即可保证拉直后电线不发生摆动而碰触到短伞杆42的金属内壁。
绝缘套44由橡胶制成,橡胶本身具有一定的弹性,因此使用时,绝缘套44可牢牢的吸附在短伞杆42内,不发生下滑,防止电线的未固定区域突然变的太长,从而易发生摆动,和短伞杆42内壁发生摩擦,特别是长时间使用后有老化现象的电线,易由于摩擦碰撞而破坏电线保护皮,导致导线直接和短伞杆42的金属内壁接触。
由于短伞杆42内部安装有绝缘套44,如果像一般伞杆那样,同一根伞杆的直径上小下大,那么绝缘套44必然会下滑,从而出现上述情况,为此,本实施例的同一根短伞杆42设置呈等径,对于不同的短伞杆42,上短伞杆421的外径直径小于下短伞杆422的外径直径,相应的套筒43内表面的上端直径亦小于下端直径。
其中本实施例的户外阳伞的可拆卸处均安装密封圈(常见构件,图中未示出),使户外阳伞内部具有防水防尘能力,保证其内部用电设施的正常运行。
如图1所示,本实施例无线通讯装置(常见部件,图中未示出)的本体安装在底座3内,其无线发射器5则安装在伞杆4上,由于大大增加了蓄电池32的蓄电量,因此通过自发电阳伞本身即可长时间的驱动无线通讯装置工作。通过无线发射器5可发射WIFI网络信号用于网上冲浪。
基于蓄电量充足的蓄电池32,还可以安装如下各种装置
本实施例伞杆安装视频播放器81,底座安装音频播放器82,将上述播放器和无线通讯装置相连,可以上传和下载视频、音频信息。当相邻处安装多部户外阳伞时,还能通过无线通讯装置将该多部户外阳伞进行组网,实现信息的共享。还可以通过无线通讯装置将没一部户外阳伞均和主服务器进行相连,因此用户可以直接和主服务器进行信息交互,比如寻求服务等。
在底座3的容置腔31内安装控制器(常见部件,图中未示出),在底座3的容置腔31内安装GPS定位装置(常见部件,图中未示出),其发射天线83则安装在伞杆4的顶端,将GPS定位装置和控制器相连,控制器则和音频播放器82相连,当GPS定位装置检测到户外阳伞移动位置时,控制音频播放器82发出报警声音,从而起到防盗的作用。
还可在伞面下安装和蓄电池32电连接的LED照明灯84,在伞部2顶端安装光线传感器85,LED照明灯84和光线传感器85均和控制器电连接,当光线传感器85检测到光照度值小于控制器内预先记载的光照度值时,控制器打开LED照明灯84。
伞部4还安装现有技术成熟的伞面自动开启装置86,伞面自动开启装置86和控制器电连接,控制器和无线通讯装置电连接,因此通过遥控器可手动控制伞面自动开启装置86打开或关闭伞面。也可以在伞部4顶端安装雨量检测装置87,雨量检测装置87和控制器相连,因此即使无人的条件下,当雨量检测装置87检测到雨量值大于控制器内预先记载的雨量值时,控制器控制伞面自动开启装置86开启伞面。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明的保护范围的限定。凡依本案的设计思路所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1、一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:包括发电装置、伞部和底座,发电装置安装在伞部上方,伞部的伞杆的下端以可拆卸的方式安装底座,底座内部开设容置腔,容置腔内安装蓄电池,伞杆内部安装电线,通过电线连接发电装置和蓄电池,伞杆和底座通过具有公端子和母端子的电线快速对接接头实现电线的连接,伞部或底座安装和蓄电池电连接的无线通讯装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:所述底座上形成固定座,伞杆下端径向向外形成安装板,安装板上开设三个以上安装孔,固定座上形成和该安装孔对应的螺栓孔,安装板通过螺栓固定在固定座上。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:所述底座上表面安装左右两个提手,底座的后端安装有两个轮子,底座底面安装左右两拉杆,左右两拉杆前端通过拉把固定连接,底座的底面开设贯穿底座本体底面前后两端的左右两插槽,插槽的长度大于拉杆,左右两拉杆分别插置的左右两插槽内,插槽的前端安装有兼做拉杆导向用的拉杆挡板,拉杆挡板通过螺钉固定安装在底座的底面,左右两拉杆的后端均安装有挡块,挡块卡在拉杆挡板处防止拉杆脱出。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:所述伞杆包括套筒和两根以上的短伞杆,上下相邻两短伞杆的对接端分别安装电线快速对接接头的公端子和母端子,上下相邻的两短伞杆的对接端的外表面分别开设反丝外螺纹和正丝外螺纹,套筒内表面的上下端亦分别开设对应的反丝内螺纹和正丝内螺纹,通过套筒将上下相邻的两短伞杆相互固定。
5、如权利要求4所述的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:所述短伞杆的对接端开设径向的螺纹孔,对应的套筒开设径向通孔,通过螺栓将套筒和短伞杆固定以防止套筒和短伞杆发生相对旋转。
6、如权利要求4所述的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:所述短伞杆由金属管制成,电线和短伞杆内壁之间安装若干个呈圆柱形的由橡胶制成的绝缘套,绝缘套开设用于固定电线且均匀布置的若干纵向固定孔。
7、如权利要求4所述的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:所述电线快速对接接头的公端子和母端子为非中心对称布置的方型结构,户外阳伞的可拆卸处安装密封圈,容置腔内还安装串联于电路中并和蓄电池输出端电连接的稳压器,其中底座由花岗岩制成,所述同一根短伞杆设置呈等径,上下相邻两短伞杆中的上短伞杆的外径直径小于下短伞杆的外径直径,相应的套筒内表面的上端直径亦小于下端的直径,短伞杆上的外螺纹长度大于套筒内与之相配合的内螺纹长度。
8、如权利要求1所述的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:所述伞部或底座上安装和蓄电池电连接的视频播放器和/或音频播放器,视频播放器和/或音频播放器分别和无线通讯装置电连接。
9、如权利要求1所述的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:所述容置腔内安装和蓄电池电连接控制器和GPS定位装置,伞部或底座上安装和蓄电池电连接的音频播放器,GPS定位装置和控制器电连接,控制器和音频播放器电连接,GPS定位装置检测到户外阳伞移动位置时,控制音频播放器发出报警声音。
10、如权利要求1所述的一种能提供无线信息交互的多功能户外阳伞,其特征在于:所述容置腔内安装和蓄电池电连接控制器,伞部的伞面下方安装和蓄电池电连接的LED照明灯,在伞部的顶端安装光线传感器,LED照明灯和光线传感器均和控制器电连接,控制器接收到光线传感器检测到的光照度值小于控制器内预先记载的光照度值时,打开LED照明灯;伞部还安装现有技术成熟的伞面自动开启装置,伞面自动开启装置和控制器电连接,控制器和无线通讯装置电连接,通过遥控器控制伞面自动开启装置打开或关闭伞面;在伞部顶端安装雨量检测装置,雨量检测装置和控制器电连接,控制器接收到雨量检测装置检测到的雨量值大于控制器内预先记载的雨量值时,控制伞面自动开启装置开启伞面。
