La présente invention concerne une machine d'exercice multifonctionnelle pour partie centrale et abdominaux, qui est un appareil permettant à un utilisateur d'exercer ses muscles abdominaux par le biais d'une variété de mouvements guidés. L'appareil comprend un cadre à inclinaison réglable, une piste, un siège pivotant, un appui-tête réglable en hauteur, une première perche pouvant être saisie, une seconde perche pouvant être saisie et un dossier. La piste est montée sur le cadre à inclinaison réglable. Le dossier et le siège pivotant soutiennent le corps de l'utilisateur lorsque le dossier coulisse le long de la piste et le siège pivotant est fixé au niveau de son extrémité à la piste. L'appui-tête réglable en hauteur est monté entre les deux perches de préhension. L'extrémité proximale pour chaque perche de préhension est reliée de façon rotative au dossier, ce qui permet à l'utilisateur de tenir l'extrémité distale de chaque perche de préhension. En tirant les perches de préhension vers son abdomen, l'utilisateur entraîne un mouvement de l'appareil pour exercer ses muscles abdominaux.
