发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种设计简单、结构合理、采用UPS数字检测控制电路驱动,且可以指示电池充电状态、可以调节LED光源亮度、并实现关闭记忆功能的带后备电源的多功能应急LED灯泡,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种带后备电源的多功能应急LED灯泡,其结构特征在于,其包括CC-CV控制电路,电池充放电保护电路、电池、充电状态显示模块、UPS数字检测控制电路、LED调光电路及LED发光源;所述UPS数字检测控制电路与CC-CV控制电路、电池充放电保护电路、电池、LED调光电路连接,CC-CV控制电路、电池充放电路、电池、充电状态显示模块依次连接,LED调光电路与LED发光源连接,CC-CV控制电路与市电连接;LED发光源的正极端与LED调光电路,LED发光源的负极端通过三极管Q1与UPS数字调光控制电路连接。

通过上述所采取的改进方案,简化了应急LED灯泡的结构,采用锂聚合物电池,使之具有体积小、电量多、续航时间长的优点;CC-CV控制电路能提供稳定的电源输出,并且具有寿命长、成本低、发热量低的优点;电池充放电保护电路能很好地保护锂聚合物电池的充放电,以提高电池的使用寿命,并通过指示灯显示电池的充电状态;UPS数字检测控制电路可以实时检测市电是否有电及市电通断的情况,使应急LED灯泡具有手电筒功能、应急照明功能、常规照明功能及关灯时亮度记忆功能,可以记住上次关闭时所调节好的亮度,并且实现上述功能的自动切换;LED调光电路可以调节LED光源亮度,满足使用要求。

5V电源进入IC3第1脚后,经第3脚输出连接电阻R14调节充电电流,第4脚为充电电源输出,输出的电流直接进入电池VCC端,当电池低于4.2V时,IC3内部自动开启充电,IC3第4脚输电至电池VCC端,当电池端电量达到4.2V时,充电电路停止充电。充电状态显示模块显示电池是否充满电,IC3第2脚连接指示灯LED1,第6脚连接指示灯LED2。充电时,IC3第2脚有高电平输出,指示灯LED1亮;当充满电,IC3第2脚高电平变为低电平,第6脚低电平变为高电平,指示灯LED 2亮灯,以示意电池已充满电。当市电有电时,电池充放电保护电路自检电池是否满电,使电池的电量处于最优状态,保证电池的使用寿命。

UPS数字检测控制电路检测到市电有电时,应急照明功能及临时照明功能关闭,此时,通过在市电上设置的控制开关的通断(市电的通断),可以控制LED发光源的启闭。
UPS数字检测控制电路检测到无电时,应急照明功能及临时照明功能开启;若此时,应急LED灯泡A、B两端经控制开关接合或人手接合后,IC2的A点经控制开关或人手回路接合,即IC2判断出A点由1变为0,IC2-5的输出端从0变为1,与IC2-5的输出给IC2-6及LED调光电路、LED调光电路连接的三极管Q1推动LED发光源开启;反之LED发光源关闭;从而使本发明具有手电筒功能、应急照明功能、常规照明功能及关闭记忆,以上功能均可自动切换,IC2-6及LED调光电路设有亮度记忆功能,能记忆前一次关闭时的光度。
