Abstract

The present abstract relates to an invention patent for a tag for marking variable data without a support and protection (linerless) and shielding tape, and a method for obtaining same, which pertain to the field of self-adhesive articles, known as a tag, comprising, in one possible embodiment: an upper release and shielding layer (10), formed by a layer (6)' of silicone; a layer (6)" of BOPP or PET film and a lamination and shielding adhesive layer (20); a sensory mark (30); optionally, a personalization layer (4); a layer (3) or register areas (windows) (3)' of ink for laser marking; a layer constituted by the body of an ordinary paper tag (2); and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (5) adhered to the rear face of the body (2); said layer (6)' of silicone; and the layer (6)" of BOPP or PET film, which constitute the upper release and shielding layer (10), originally, constitute the support and protection (liner) tape of the self-adhesive material from which the tag is obtained.
