Description

风光互补多功能空气制水系统 技术领域
本发明涉及空气制水领域,特别是一种集太阳能、风能以及市电为一体的三合一风光互补多功能空气制水系统。
背景技术
水的需求是普遍的,在许多地方,可靠的干净水源不足以满足人类的需求。由于地震、洪水、战争等原因造成的供水系统的损坏,导致缺乏可靠的干净水源。将水运输到需要水的地区可能会很昂贵。掘井和建立水处理设施需要时间、精力和设备。
空气制水机以先进技术为支撑,以便满足大众最基本的安全饮水需求,适应了资源与环境领域的循环化要求。在自然灾害和社会环境应急处理中,无论是缺乏水源,特别是在干旱的地区,或者是供水被切断,或者是水质无法得到保障的情况下,空气制水机从人们呼吸的空气中汲取水分,生成安全的饮用水,保障了人民的饮水权利。但是比如在偏远的干旱地区生活,没有电力的保障,制水机就不能使用,从而造成资源的浪费。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种集太阳能、风能以及市电为一体的三合一风光互补多功能空气制水系统。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:设计一种风光互补多功能空气制水系统,包括具有可连接市电的电源接口的制水机,所述制水机设有风机、风道、冷凝器、接水过滤网、集水箱和上水箱,其中所述冷凝器位于所述风道内,所述接水过滤网和集水箱依次位于所述冷凝器的下方,所述集水箱和上水箱内分别设有灭菌装置,所述集水箱与所述上水箱之间设有水质过滤管路,所述水质过滤管路上设有抽水泵和过滤装置,所述制水机还通过其电源接口连接于风光互补发电系统,所述风光互补发电系统包括风力发电机、太阳能电池板、充电控制器、蓄电单元和供电单元,所述风力发电机和太阳能电池板连接于所述充电控制器,所述充电控制器与蓄电单元及供电单元相连,所述供电单元连接于所述制水机的电源接口。
  进一步地,所述水质过滤管路共有两路,每路水质过滤管路上分别设有所述抽水泵和过滤装置,以便防止水路堵塞,确保出水量。
  进一步地,所述过滤装置包括初级过滤器和次级过滤器,其中所述初级过滤器为活性碳或沸石过滤器,所述次级过滤器为反渗透膜过滤器。
  进一步地,所述反渗透膜过滤器连接于废水比例器,所述废水比例器的输出端与返回所述接水过滤网的回流管或废水外排口相连通。
  进一步地,所述水质过滤管路上还设有紫外线灭菌装置。
  进一步地,所述上水箱的第一出水端通过加压水泵和活性炭口感改善装置连接至饮用出水口。
  进一步地,所述上水箱的第二出水端通过回流管连接至所述接水过滤网。
  进一步地,所述冷凝器的风道上游侧依次设有空气过滤网和紫外线灭菌装置,所述冷凝器的风道下游侧设有臭氧发生器。从而,该制水系统不仅能为用户提供干净、卫生的饮用水,而且起到空气清新的作用。
  进一步地,所述集水箱和上水箱内分别设有紫外线灭菌装置。
  进一步地,所述水质过滤管路的输入端还连接于由进水阀控制的自来水管路。
有益效果
  本发明的集太阳能、风能以及市电为一体的三合一风光互补多功能空气制水系统,通过于制水机上的风机保持风道上的空气循环,风道上设有用于冷凝空气制水的冷凝器和依次设于冷凝器下方的接水过滤网和集水箱,所述集水箱至上水箱的水质过滤管路上设有抽水泵和过滤装置。本发明的风光互补多功能空气制水系统设有风力发电机和太阳能电池板,利用充电控制器和蓄电单元储存电能,并通过供电单元为制水机提供电能,解决了没有市电供应的情况下造成制水机不能使用的问题,同时,也适合于在海岛上以及海上船只上应用。

本发明的实施方式
下面将详细描述本发明的各种实施方式,其中的实施例结合附图进行说明并在下文中描述。尽管本发明将结合示例性实施方式进行说明,应当理解本发明不限于这些示例性实施方式。相反,本发明不仅包括这些实施方式,而且还包括各种变形、改进。
  如图1,本发明的风光互补多功能空气制水系统包括具有可连接市电和风光互补发电系统的电源接口的制水机30,所述风光互补发电系统包括风力发电机31、太阳能电池板32、充电控制器33、蓄电单元34和供电单元35等, 风力发电机31和太阳能电池板32连接于充电控制器33,充电控制器33与蓄电单元34及供电单元35相连,供电单元35连接于制水机30的电源接口。
  如图2,所述制水机30设有风机1、风道、冷凝器3、接水过滤网5、集水箱6和上水箱11,其中冷凝器3位于风道内,接水过滤网5和集水箱6依次位于冷凝器3的下方。为了增强过滤、净化效果和空气清新的作用,冷凝器3的风道上游侧依次设有空气过滤网2和紫外线灭菌装置14,冷凝器3的风道下游侧设有臭氧发生器18。紫外线灭菌装置14用于杀灭潮湿冷凝器表面生长的细菌,保持表面清洁,臭氧发生器18产生的臭氧为无色、无残留、有轻微气味的气体,有极强的消毒、灭菌功能,风机1排出的风将臭氧带向室内,起到杀菌、去污、除味等空气清新作用。
  为了对制得的水进行有效的灭菌以获得更安全的饮用水,集水箱6和上水箱11内分别设有紫外线灭菌装置15、16,集水箱6与上水箱11之间设有水质过滤管路23,水质过滤管路23上设有抽水泵7和过滤装置。为了确保制水能力,所述水质过滤管路23共有两路,每路水质过滤管路23上分别设有抽水泵7和过滤装置。为了让水过滤得比较彻底,所述过滤装置包括初级过滤器和次级过滤器,其中所述初级过滤器为活性碳或沸石过滤器8,所述次级过滤器为反渗透膜过滤器9,反渗透膜过滤器9的反渗透膜孔径为0.0001um,所以所有的细菌、病毒、重金属等都无法通过反渗透膜,所生成的水绝对纯净、无菌,这样就能最大限度地保证在绝大多数环境下所生成的水安全、干净,符合标准。
  为了有利于废水的排出及部分回收,两路水质过滤管路的反渗透膜过滤器9分别连接于废水比例器10,废水比例器10的输出端与返回接水过滤网5的回流管19或废水外排口相连通,以便将废水比例器10输出的废水返回接水过滤网5进行再次水质净化。
  另外,两路水质过滤管路的反渗透膜过滤器9会合后通过紫外线灭菌装置17连接至上水箱11的入水端。为了便于用户直接采用自来水作为供水水源,水质过滤管路的输入端(抽水泵7的上游侧)还连接于由进水阀4控制的自来水管路22。
  上水箱11的第一出水端通过加压水泵12和活性炭口感改善装置13连接至饮用出水口21,其中,加压水泵12可用于确保出水压力,活性炭口感改善装置13用于改善饮用水的口感。为了节约能源,在短期内不使用的情况下,增设水质循环装置,将上水箱11的第二出水端通过回流管20连接至接水过滤网5,在规定时间内未使用时,自动将上水箱11的水循环流动,确保水质不变,防止细菌再生。
  采用风机1对空气循环,使空气通过空气过滤网2初过滤后,经过紫外线灭菌装置14灭菌杀毒后,由冷凝器3将洁净的空气转换成水,通过接水过滤网5注入水箱6内,再由水箱6内的紫外线灭菌装置15对水箱6里的水进行灭菌。
  为了便于调节和控制,本系统采用全自动控制。
  本发明同时具有空气制水、除湿、自来水净化直饮,空气清新等功能,制出的水经过内部过滤系统和杀菌装置后即可生成直接饮用的水,维护清洗方便、简单、易于使用并且节约了居住空间,具有较大的推广应用价值。本发明解决了没有市电供应的情况下造成制水机不能使用的问题,同时,也适合于在海岛上以及海上船只上应用。
  当然,上述实施方式仅是本发明优选的实施方式,而且不同实施方式的技术特征可以相互组合和共享。实际应用时,本发明还可以有更多的变化,而不限于上述实施方式。
工业实用性
本发明的风光互补多功能空气制水系统可以在工业上制造和使用,具备工业实用性。

  1. 一种风光互补多功能空气制水系统,包括具有可连接市电的电源接口的制水机,所述制水机设有风机、风道、冷凝器、接水过滤网、集水箱和上水箱,其中所述冷凝器位于所述风道内,所述接水过滤网和集水箱依次位于所述冷凝器的下方,所述集水箱和上水箱内分别设有灭菌装置,所述集水箱与所述上水箱之间设有水质过滤管路,所述水质过滤管路上设有抽水泵和过滤装置,所述制水机还通过其电源接口连接于风光互补发电系统,所述风光互补发电系统包括风力发电机、太阳能电池板、充电控制器、蓄电单元和供电单元, 所述风力发电机和太阳能电池板连接于所述充电控制器,所述充电控制器与蓄电单元及供电单元相连,所述供电单元连接于所述制水机的电源接口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风光互补多功能空气制水系统,其特征在于:所述水质过滤管路共有两路,每路水质过滤管路上分别设有所述抽水泵和过滤装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风光互补多功能空气制水系统,其特征在于:所述过滤装置包括初级过滤器和次级过滤器,其中所述初级过滤器为活性碳或沸石过滤器,所述次级过滤器为反渗透膜过滤器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风光互补多功能空气制水系统,其特征在于:所述反渗透膜过滤器连接于废水比例器,所述废水比例器的输出端与返回所述接水过滤网的回流管或废水外排口相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的风光互补多功能空气制水系统,其特征在于:所述水质过滤管路上还设有紫外线灭菌装置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的风光互补多功能空气制水系统,其特征在于:所述上水箱的第一出水端通过加压水泵和活性炭口感改善装置连接至饮用出水口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的风光互补多功能空气制水系统,其特征在于:所述上水箱的第二出水端通过回流管连接至所述接水过滤网。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的风光互补多功能空气制水系统,其特征在于:所述冷凝器的风道上游侧依次设有空气过滤网和紫外线灭菌装置,所述冷凝器的风道下游侧设有臭氧发生器。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的风光互补多功能空气制水系统,其特征在于:所述集水箱和上水箱内分别设有紫外线灭菌装置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的风光互补多功能空气制水系统,其特征在于:所述水质过滤管路的输入端还连接于由进水阀控制的自来水管路。
