背景技术
电子计算机X线断层螺旋扫描仪又称为CT扫描仪,CT自上世纪70年代问世以来,不断的获得改进,从第一代到第五代,不断缩短扫描时间和提高图像质量。1989年由于解决了高压发生器与X线球管一起旋转的难题。X线管可以螺旋式的运动了。再加上滑环技术,把CT技术推上了一个新的水平,螺旋CT扫描不仅速度快,而且获得了三维信息,增加了信息处理的内容和灵活性,它可以得到真正的三维重建图像,使血管立体成像称为可能。1998年在单螺旋、双螺旋的基础上,医学工程技术人员又推出了多层螺旋CT,是CT的发展又上了一层楼。多层螺旋CT与单层螺旋CT机比较,有很大的改进。不仅大大提高了扫描速度,而且可以对身体的较长范围进行不间断的数据采集,可获得大量的信息,另外经过计算机的后处理,可获得薄至0.75mm一层的图像。
但是在使用过程中,扫描辐射离子是360度向外发散的,而扫描图像是按断面移动扫描成像的,所以绝大部分是没有必要的,这样患者就会照射到多余的辐射,对身体造成不必要的损害。而且传统的扫描床在每个患者进行扫描之前为了卫生都必须要更换新的一次性床罩,但是更换的过程十分的浪费时间,就会降低扫描的效率,另外由于患者的情况不同,高度固定的扫描床会对扫描工作带来诸多的不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种电子计算 机X线断层螺旋扫描仪,它可以调节扫描床的高度,适用于各种不同情况的患者,而且缩短扫描时间,提高扫描效率,可以有效的阻止被检查人员接受多余的不必要放射粒子辐射。
本发明解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案是:一种电子计算机X线断层螺旋扫描仪,包括扫描器、扫描床和计算机,所述扫描器包括外壳、扫描腔和扫描设备,所述外壳上设置有显示器,所述扫描腔为圆形,所述扫描腔设置在扫描器的中间,所述扫描设备包括滑环、X射线发生器、探测器和数据采集器,所述滑环与扫描腔为同心圆,所述滑环设置在外壳内部,所述X射线发生器和探测器设置在滑环上,所述X射线发生器与探测器位置相对,所述数据采集器设置在滑环的外侧,所述数据采集器分别与计算机和显示器相连,所述扫描床设置在扫描腔的一侧,所述扫描床的上方设置有扫描床板,所述扫描床板上设置有多层保护床罩,所述扫描床的两侧设置有收容腔,所述收容腔内设置有防辐射护罩,所述扫描床的下端设置有液压升降装置。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电子计算机X线断层螺旋扫描仪,其特征在于:所述控制面板设置有电源开关、扫描键组、床板移动键、防辐射护罩启动键和扫描床升降键,所述扫描键组设置在控制面板的中间,所述电源开关设置在扫描键组的上侧,所述床板移动键设置在扫描键组的左侧,所述防辐射护罩启动键设置在扫描键组的右侧,所述扫描床升降键设置在扫描键组的下侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子计算机X线断层螺旋扫描仪,其特征在于:所述防辐射护罩包括多个弧形盖板,所述弧形盖板折叠设置在收容腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子计算机X线断层螺旋扫描仪,其特征在于:所述液压升降装置包括油箱、液压油齿轮泵、单向阀、电磁阀 和液压缸,所述油箱通过液压油齿轮泵与液压缸相连,所述单向阀设置在油箱和液压齿轮泵之间,所述电磁阀设置在液压齿轮泵上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子计算机X线断层螺旋扫描仪,其特征在于:所述扫描床的上表面两侧设置有滑槽,所述扫描床板的下端设置有滑块,所述滑块与滑槽滑动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子计算机X线断层螺旋扫描仪,其特征在于:所述扫描床板的端部设置有头枕,所述头枕的两侧设置有肩槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子计算机X线断层螺旋扫描仪,其特征在于:所述计算机连接有打印机。
