Abstract

Selon des modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de transmission de données, une station de base et un équipement utilisateur (UE), et elle s'applique au domaine technique des communications. Le procédé consiste à : détecter si une cellule sans licence passe d'un état indisponible à un état disponible ; lorsque la cellule sans licence passe de l'état indisponible à l'état disponible, déterminer si un nombre convenu d'occasions d'envoi pour des informations de communication particulières sont manquées lors de la dernière fois où la cellule sans licence est indisponible ; si c'est le cas, envoyer en plus les informations de communication à un UE par l'intermédiaire de la cellule sans licence actuellement disponible. On détermine, en déterminant si un nombre convenu d'occasions d'envoi d'informations de communication particulières sont manquées lors de la dernière fois où une cellule sans licence est indisponible, s'il faut envoyer en plus les informations de communication ; les informations de communication sont envoyées en plus si les occasions d'envoi sont manquées ; ou autrement, les informations de communication ne pas envoyées en plus.
