Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système (200), un dispositif mobile (210), un dispositif de traitement (220), un procédé (700) et un programme informatique formulant des recommandations de santé à un sujet. Un capteur d'activité (211) détermine un niveau d'activité du sujet (211a) pendant un premier intervalle de temps. Une unité d'évaluation d'activité (221) compare le niveau d'activité (211a) à au moins un seuil d'activité. Une unité de catégorisation (212) permet au sujet d'assigner une activité audit premier intervalle de temps. Une unité de formulation de recommandations (222) formule une recommandation de santé au sujet en se basant sur la comparaison établie par l'unité d'évaluation d'activité et sur l'activité assignée. Le système (200) ne se limite pas aux capteurs d'activité mais peut également comprendre d'autres capteurs d'autres paramètres vitaux, par exemple la fréquence cardiaque, la fréquence respiratoire, la pression sanguine, le taux de glucose, etc.
