背景技术

目前运营商的移动网络与WLAN网络是两个独立运营的网络,而且往往WLAN网络处于低利用率的状态,因此如何将运营商的移动网络与WLAN网络资源更好的进行融合与协调,提高运营商网络资源的利用率也是运营商急需解决的问题。
第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP,3rd Generation Partnership Project)已经开始在Release 12的RAN2 WLAN/3GPP无线交互(Radio Interworking)项目中研究了如何在无线侧使长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)网络和WLAN网络在无线接入网(RAN,Radio Access Network)侧进一步融合以达到二者动态负载均衡的目的。

本发明的实施例提供业务处理方法和相关装置及通信系统,以期可以提高移动网络的无线接入设备获悉用户设备的WLAN网络相关信息的及时性和准确性,进而提高移动网络和WLAN网络的融合效率。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。

参见图1-a,图1-a是本发明实施例提供的一种网络架构示意图,图1-a所示网络架构中的一些用户设备(UE,User Equipment)可同时与移动网络(如LTE网络)的无线接入设备(如eNB)和WLAN接入点(AP,Access Point)进行连接。
无线接入设备和WLAN接入点的信号覆盖范围存在信号覆盖重叠区,处于信号覆盖重叠区的UE可以同时与移动网络的无线接入设备和WLAN接入 点进行连接,未处于信号覆盖重叠区的UE就无法同时与移动网络的无线接入设备和WLAN接入点连接。
其中,在本发明的一些应用场景中,对于UE而言,RAN侧可通过广播信令或专用信令向UE提供辅助信息。如果RAN侧和UE均支持接入网发现和选择功能单元(ANDSF,Access Network Discovery Support Functions),UE可利用RAN侧提供的辅助信息,并从ANDSF获得分流策略,将业务数据包分流到WLAN或者RAN侧。如果RAN侧和UE不支持ANDSF,UE可利用RAN侧提供的辅助信息,并根据RAN协议中预先设定好的策略,将业务分流到WLAN或者RAN侧。并且RAN侧还可在广播信令或专用信令中携带备选WLAN ID,以便UE能够快速的找到目标WLAN AP进行分流。
图1-b还举例示出了eNB的一种协议栈架构示意图,eNB可以包括分组数据汇聚协议栈(PDCP,Packet Data Convergence Protocol)、媒体接入控制协议栈和无线链路控制(RLC,Radio Link Control)协议栈,eNB还包括WLAN媒体接入控制协议栈。
在图1-a所示的网络架构中,从移动网络的核心网传下来的数据包可由移动网络的无线接入设备决定哪些数据包经过移动网络传输给UE,哪些经过相连的WLAN AP传输给UE。UE同时连接移动网络和WLAN网络以便进行数据的传输。因此,UE何时开启和关闭WLAN通信模块,对LTE-WLAN RAN侧深度融合(LTE-WLAN Radio Level Integration)有着重要影响。而且,发明人研究发现用户对WLAN的使用偏好是在进行深度融合时需考虑的,比如用户为了省电会将UE的WLAN通信模块手动关闭,这就会造成LTE-WLAN RAN侧深度融合的失败。
因此,本发明实施例提出了一些使得移动网络的无线接入设备可在LTE-WLAN RAN侧深度融合过程中(即无线接入设备正在运行的LTE-WLAN RAN侧深度融合模式的过程中)感知WLAN AP与UE的WLAN通信模块之间的链路失败的方法,例如可在LTE-WLAN RAN侧深度融合过程中感知UE的WLAN通信模块是否关闭等的方法,以便于移动网络的无线接入设备能够据此及时终止相应的LTE-WLAN RAN侧深度融合等。
下面通过一些具体实施例进行探讨。

可选的,在本发明一些可能实施方式中,所述方法还可包括:在所述通知 消息指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下,所述无线接入设备将已经缓存到所述接入点的还未成功向所述用户设备传输的数据包转为通过所述移动网络向所述用户设备传输。特殊情况下无线接入设备也可忽略掉已经缓存到所述接入点的还未成功向所述用户设备传输的数据包。

  1. 一种业务处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动网络的无线接入设备接收通知消息;
    在所述通知消息指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下,所述无线接入设备将准备通过所述无线局域网接入点向所述用户设备传输的数据包转为通过所述移动网络向所述用户设备传输。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括用于指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的原因的字段;

    所述方法还包括:在所述通知消息指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下,所述无线接入设备将已经缓存到所述接入点的还未成功向所述用户设备传输的数据包转为通过所述移动网络向所述用户设备传输。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述通知消息指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下,所述无线接入设备通知所述接入点停止向所述用户设备发送数据包。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述移动网络的无线接入设备接收通知消息包括:移动网络的无线接入设备接收所述接入点在确定所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的情况下发送的通知消息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述无线接入设备接收所述接入点在确定所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的情况下发送的通知消息包括:无线接入设备接收所述接入点在确定所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的情况下通过Xw接口发送的通知消息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动网络的无线接入设备接收通知消息,包括:移动网络的无线接入设备接收所述用户设备在无线局域网通信模块被关闭的情况下发送的通知消息,或移动网络的无线接入设备接收所述用户设备在准备关闭无线局域网通信模块的情况下发送的通知消息,或移动网络的无线接入设备接收所述用户设备在无线局域网通信模块所能检测到的其所连接的无线局域网接入点的信号强度低于阈值的情况下发送的通知消息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息为无线资源控制层信令。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述通知消息携带有如下信息的至少一种:所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块的媒体接入控制地址、所述接入点的媒体接入控制地址和所述接入点的工作信道标识。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述通知消息指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下,所述无线接入设备关闭所述无线接入设备和/或所述用户设备正在运行的长期演进-无线局域网(LTE-WLAN)无线接入网侧深度融合模式。
  11. 一种业务处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    无线局域网接入点在确定所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下生成通知消息,其中,所述通知消息用于指示出所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败;
    向移动网络的无线接入设备发送所述通知消息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括用于 指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的原因的字段;
    其中,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的第一指示信息,或者,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块所能检测到的其所连接的无线局域网接入点的信号强度低于阈值的第二指示信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败包括:
    在接收到所述用户设备发送的去关联(Disassociation)帧的情况下确定所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败;或在向所述用户设备连续发送多个数据包都出现错误的情况下确定所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向移动网络的无线接入设备发送所述通知消息,包括:通过Xw接口向移动网络的无线接入设备发送所述通知消息。
  15. 根据权利要求11至14任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息携带有如下信息之中的至少一种:所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块的媒体接入控制地址、所述接入点的媒体接入控制地址和所述接入点的工作信道标识。
  16. 一种业务处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    用户设备在无线局域网接入点与所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败或者将要失败的情况下生成通知消息,其中,所述通知消息用于指示出无线局域网接入点与所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败;
    向移动网络的无线接入设备发送所述通知消息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括用于指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的原因的字段;
    其中,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的第一指示信息,或者,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块所能检测到的其所连接的无线局域网接入点的信号强度低于阈值的第二指示信息。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息为无线资源控制层信令。
  19. 根据权利要求16至18任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息携带有如下信息之中的至少一种:所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块的媒体接入控制地址、所述接入点的媒体接入控制地址和所述接入点的工作信道标识。
  20. 一种移动网络的无线接入设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收通知消息;
    传输控制单元,用于在所述通知消息指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下,将准备通过所述无线局域网接入点向所述用户设备传输的数据包转为通过所述移动网络向所述用户设备传输。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的无线接入设备,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括用于指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的原因的字段;
    其中,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的第一指示信息,或者,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块所能检测到的其所连接的无线局域网接入点的信号强度低于阈值的第二指示信息。
  22. 根据权利要求20或21所述的无线接入设备,其特征在于,
    所述传输控制单元还用于,在所述通知消息指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下,将已经缓存到所述接入点的还未成功向所述用户设备传输的数据包转为通过所述移动网络向所述用户设备传输。
  23. 根据权利要求20至22任一项所述无线接入设备,其特征在于,所述传输控制单元还用于,在所述通知消息指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下,通知所述接入点停止向所述用户设备发送数据包。
  24. 根据权利要求20至23任一项所述无线接入设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于,接收所述接入点在确定所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的情况下发送的通知消息。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的无线接入设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于,接收所述接入点在确定所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的情况下通过Xw接口发送的通知消息。
  26. 根据权利要求20至23任一项所述无线接入设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元具体用于,接收所述用户设备在无线局域网通信模块被关闭的情况下发送的通知消息,或接收所述用户设备在准备关闭无线局域网通信模块的情况下发送的通知消息,或接收所述用户设备在无线局域网通信模块所能检测到的其所连接的无线局域网接入点的信号强度低于阈值的情况下发送的通知消息。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述无线接入设备,其特征在于,所述通知消息为无线资源控制层信令。
  28. 根据权利要求20至27任一项所述无线接入设备,其特征在于,
    所述通知消息携带有如下信息的至少一种:所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块的媒体接入控制地址、所述接入点的媒体接入控制地址和所述接入点的工作信道标识。
  29. 根据权利要求20至28任一项所述无线接入设备,其特征在于,所述传输控制单元还用于,在所述通知消息指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下,关闭所述无线接入设备和/或所述用户设备正在运行的长期演进-无线局域网(LTE-WLAN)无线接入网侧深度融合模式。
  30. 一种无线局域网接入点,其特征在于,包括:
    生成单元,用于在确定所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的情况下生成通知消息,其中,所述通知消息用于指示出所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败;
    发送单元,用于向移动网络的无线接入设备发送所述通知消息。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的接入点,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括用于指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的原因的字段;
    其中,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的第一指示信息,或者,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块所能检测到的其所连接的无线局域网接入点的信号强度低于阈值的第二指示信息。
  32. 根据权利要求30或31所述的接入点,其特征在于,所述生成单元确定所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败包括:在接收到所述用户设备发送的去关联(Disassociation)帧的情况下确定所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败;或在向所述用户设备连续发送多个数据包都出现错误的情况下确定所述接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败。
  33. 根据权利要求30至32任一项所述的接入点,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元具体用于通过Xw接口向移动网络的无线接入设备发送所述通知消息。
  34. 根据权利要求30至33任意一项所述的接入点,其特征在于,所述通知消息携带有如下信息之中的至少一种:所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块的媒体接入控制地址、所述接入点的媒体接入控制地址和所述接入点的工作信道标识。
  35. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    生成单元,用于在无线局域网接入点与所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败或者将要失败的情况下生成通知消息,其中,所述通知消息用于指示出无线局域网接入点与所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的 链路失败;
    发送单元,用于向移动网络的无线接入设备发送所述通知消息。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括用于指示出无线局域网接入点与用户设备的无线局域网通信模块之间的链路失败的原因的字段;其中,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块被关闭的第一指示信息,或者,所述字段携带有指示所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块所能检测到的其所连接的无线局域网接入点的信号强度低于阈值的第二指示信息。
  37. 根据权利要求35或36所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述通知消息为无线资源控制层信令。
  38. 根据权利要求35至37任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述通知消息携带有如下信息之中的至少一种:所述用户设备的无线局域网通信模块的媒体接入控制地址、所述接入点的媒体接入控制地址和所述接入点的工作信道标识。
  39. 一种无线网络的无线接入设备,其特征在于,包括:
    相连接的处理器和存储器;其中,所述处理器用于执行权利要求1至10任一项所述的无线接入设备所执行的步骤。
  40. 一种无线局域网接入点,其特征在于,包括:
    相连接的处理器和存储器;其中,所述处理器用于执行权利要求11至15任一项所述的接入点所执行的步骤。
  41. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    相连接的处理器和存储器;其中,所述处理器用于执行权利要求16至19任一项所述的用户设备所执行的步骤。
  42. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求20至29任一项或39所述的无线接入设备,以及如权利要求30至34任意一项或40所述的接入点;
    或,如权利要求20至29任一项或39所述的无线接入设备,以及如权利要求35至38任意一项或41所述的用户设备。
